✚ Kamui Perma Ban Reinstated

It was recently brought to our attention that a site had rules and systems taken from our site and only slightly been modified. After a brief investigation it was realized that the admin of this site was Kamui. After Natsu attempted to bring up the stolen systems to her she was promptly banned from the site's c-box and discord. Shortly after Natsu was sent direct messages with the claims that since she was once part of the staff she had a right to use the systems. Staff know this is incorrect however according to Brian Ordonez, an admin of Proboards  (This a quote from the proboards support thread where the CC demanded stuff they helped work on for the site be deleted)

"if you assisted in the construction of a forum and are demanding that any non-copyrighted structural foundation you've built exclusively for that forum be removed that's not something that we'll act upon as you voluntarily created and provided that content for the administrator's use."

The key thing there that applies to this situation is that a site's structural foundation regardless of it's writer belongs to the site/site administration. Although that hardly applies since the only thing I recall her actually writing up was our initial jutsu rules which had to be rewritten when it became apparent that they were lifted from N:E. As of now staff are merely going to reinstate the ban and put the site on the wall of shame in the advert board. If Kamui's site starts to get significant traffic and continues to steal systems we'll message proboards to have them go in an delete our content.
