After all, the boy was a stranger...and though his memory may have lapsed, it did not change any of those factors and she had enough of a background in such affairs to be cautious of such things. Still, there was no crime committed that warranted an arrest, nor reason to bring this to the full militia....not yet... "Since you are here for the future and until you are able to enroll yourself...perhaps a place to stay is in order to start..." With a smile on her face, the dark haired female would then lean in close as she looked him over once more. "I can imagine that you are short on funds to afford a residence of your own...and if so...I am happy to help you establish yourself a room for a while...consider it a welcome gift to a future defender of our village..."
