 Taro would realize the change in how things were being perceived. He could put the pieces together of his own teammates actions, so it'd be no surprised her equally skilled throw would deliver a point for the blue team. Annoying, but he'd not let that type of thing slip by again. So when Tsuri threw her snowball, he'd take no risks in this dodge. He'd use the full capability of this cremation technique and allow his whole body to seemingly collapse into a low spread flame. Along the snowball to whizz over him. Immediately following the dodge, he'd seemingly reform in a crotched position. Quickly assuming he couldn't nail a throw with his senses off, or dodge an onslaught from the opposition to dodge more. He'd choose to abandon the free for all in the center, but instead load himself with one snow ball he could hold between handseals. Performing a singular seal, as he'd create the snow ball even. Taro would launch himself with the bursting step technique, as he'd force both his feet to rocket him forward after Tsuri. He couldn't perdict when he'd hit her until it was a little to late, so as he'd gotten close he'd break the enhanced stepping technique for the regular one. His free hand reaching out to attempt to grab the girls shoulder, as he'd attempt to use touch over sight and simply slap the snowball into the side of the academy student from close quarters. If she was hit by Hinata already, he'd divert his path and just race to be first to that fort. Perhaps escaping Sango's range and freeing himself from the genjutsu. If he was the one to take out Tsuri or was lucky enough to do so, then Taro would still likely attempt to rush off from her for the fort. He felt too visually hindered to really throw and instead hoped to use speed and sporadic flight to some degree would make him a harder target. Especially the farther he'd remove himself from the confrontation. Granted he himself wasn't already out.

Taro as a member of the Nakajima clan, has been trained in the hijutsu known as cremation. This ability allows him to turn his body either fully or partially into fire and evade blows or propel his own. In the clan a color flame is usually gifted to each member by their cremations color, Taro however is a special case as his initial flame was seen as black. However after his chakra burn was sealed away, he's typically seen with red and orange flames in cremation. It isn't the color given to him exactly though, as it's known this is likely due to the seal. However inherent skills aside, Taro is incredibly skilled in using the cremation technique and utilizes it primarily with his taijutsu.

Using weighted scrolls to carry a bunch of typically useless equipment, Taro has managed to greatly improve his physical prowess. As one the weights are removed he's able to move much faster than the average shinobi and often uses this advantage to overwhelm those he's lured into a false sense of security. Though a large part of his effective tactic was ruined by showcasing it during the chuunin exams. It still however is a very important trait for a physical fighter to have, as many have resorted to such intense training these days.
Fire Powah; That Packs a Punch! #3
Mastering only one element it's quite common to become increasingly good in that element. Often shinobi boost the size or characteristic of that element, Taro on the other hand had a far more clear focus. He enjoyed fighting close up, so to better imbue his cremation to his form of combat, Taro has improved the force behind all his Nakajima techniques. Allowing him easily twice the packed power in each fire enhanced punch, kick or step.

NAME: Haini no Jutsu | Cremation Technique (Embodiment)

DESCRIPTION:
The hiijutsu of the Nakajima clan. This technique allows the user to turn their body into living fire, making them immune to physical attacks. Every inch of the users body becomes fire, or if they prefer just one part. The user is able to absorb natural fire, not created with chakra, to heal themselves and restore chakra. The drawbacks to this technique being that it limits the user to using only Katon or non-elemental jutsus. It also makes the user more susceptible to Fuuton jutsu, which feeds the fire and forces the user to burn through their chakra, with powerful Fuuton attacks causing the body to detonate and expel a massive amount of chakra.

DESCRIPTION:
A technique which amplifies the burst of flame from combustion step, this increases the propulsion of the first jutsu. Not only allowing the shinobi to maintain off the ground, but also allowing them to freely rise up higher at a moderate pace. This technique can also boost sideways momentum or greatly boost a downward dive bomb. The chakra cost of this technique stacks with the combustion step.

DESCRIPTION:
Through partial cremation the user will turn both their feet into fire, as well as a most of their lower legs. The fire will be directed downwards, pushing in whatever direction the leg points. The force of this push is enough to give the user lift enough to slow a fall and hover a few inches of the ground with heat.
