Whether slow or fast, these disidents have not truly risen up until recently, with the unveiling of incredible feats of engineering that some deem unnatural, or inhumane.  To this degree, a request has gone out to protect the latest project from this unknown group. It is not clear whether they are a group of thugs, or the start of something much worse, much greater, but what is clear is Shinobi are needed to guard the project site at night.
