Hunter Conquest ""We're here" Moment Music The efforts of Zakku's network and her own knowledge of her clan's movements had allowed for a clear point of contact in which for them to secure their location and finally be able to act upon their plans to reclaim the freedom of the Clan. Despite Arashi's own williness to remember just what blood flowed through her, Ayukawa intended to follow through with her goal to help her family, and with Zakku's help, she'd do it. No longer would she allow some old man to discard and use her clan like this. She'd take it back...by force if need be. Narrowing her eyes, the young girl would keep to the shadows as she slowed her breathing and focused on the encampment. It was larger than normal, meaning that they had settled there for the season, they had no intention of going anywhere. But, that also meant that huntresses and hunters would have taken positions to ensure their safety. It was meant to ward off any active predators or travelers that might get any ideas. Though as she looked on, she'd see a lot of things that didn't make sense. Merchants were allowed at times, but not at the main camp, not like this... In fact, it appeared as if some had made themselves at home and were even conversing with other Saeko in a more casual manner. A odd shift, though at least it was friendly. Though she also saw those that were being held captive...and under small guard. "We don't normally do this..." Sinking back down behind the dune, she'd hold an expression of confusion before peeking her head back out to look on at the sight once more to be sure. "Still, it shouldn't change anything...we just need to reach the elders and then..." Placing one hand into her puppet limb, she'd close it into a fist as she sent it into her palm. "We kill them and that should free the others...that way, we can ensure that the Clan is safe....finally..." It would be a bit strange for her to be so ready to execute someone, but at the moment the girl was operating under the idea that this was the only way. Not only that, it was the best way to make all of it right. It had to be enough...at least for now...the rest would sort itself out... Looking once more toward Zakku, she'd hold a serious expression as she prepared herself for what came next. "Zedaki and the hunters are the only thing in the way and we will likely have to fight them..."

Zakkus clone shot him a worried look.  The original could tell what the look was about because he felt the same thing.  Worry.  Worry for what she was on the verge of becoming.  Just like him.  A killer with insatiable appetite that scared him at times.  This wasn't the time to worry yet.  Zakku clicked his tongue and jerked his head making his clone go back to focusing on the clan from their hidden dune.  Crossing his arms the blue haired temporarily rogue shiniobit closed his eyes in thought.  "It'd be best to avoid conflict until we manage to get inside.  If we can't find a way to avoid conflict it's going to make this a lot harder especially when trying to convince others you're in the right."  

Giving Ayukawa a light chop to the head he'd uncross his legs and move to a crouched position and lean to get a view for himself.  "Then again if we can knock out these hunters before anyone can raise an alarm we should be in the clear."  Rubbing the stubble on his chin Zakku continued his examination.  This was something he'd never planned for.  Taking on Ayukawa and Arashi was one thing.  He'd had years to watch and learn their movements and attacks.  A whole clan of them was another story.  Numerous unknowns and yet he wasn't scared he felt a thrill from the situation.  "There is also the front door.  We could disquise as Zedachi and the other hunters and just walk right in."  Zakkus clone suggested sliding down the dune towards the original and Ayukawa,  "Ya know given they don't beat the snot out of you two first."

Hunter Conquest ""I know that!" Though Zakku was trying to calm her in a playful way, he'd find his light chop against her head swiped away as she used her puppet limb, keeping her attention on the camp. There was a lot of things going through her mind. The smell, the numbers, the idea of just what she'd have to do to get in to prove her point. More than that, there was the nagging sensation of desire. She almost wanted to get caught. Just for the chance to see Zedakai again. A part of her wanted to face him, to fight him, to make him hurt as badly as he had hurt her. As she watched them, his words began to draw her out of such thoughts, prompting her to look at him and his double with a calm and yet almost frustrated expression. Stealth would be the best way in which to deal with the hunters. Even more so, it would prevent people from getting hurt if they were to subdue them outside of the camp. They were dealing with hunters with more experience and more dedication than any others. Perhaps it would be unwise to try and push it by trying to force their way in. As Ayukawa would frown, she'd hear the suggestions before then shaking her head. "Fine...I'll go and check around to see if there's an opening for us to use...perhaps the best way would be to seek one that has the least guard....that way...deceiving them would be a bit easier....remember...my clan has more heightened senses than most, we're able to tell others from fakes due to scent, not just sight..." In saying this, Ayukawa would begin to move away, her attention focused on far off point in the circular camp. As she disappeared into the dark, a voice would come to Zakku, appearing as no more than an echo before forming itself in behind her. "Yea...ya totally have this handled...color me impressed...I could not have been more wrong..." As the voice would become more familiar, Arashi would appear as she then knelt down before then shaking her head as she watched Ayukawa move further into the other part of the camp. "Wouldn't keep my eyes off her though...."

The pair of Zakkus scowled.  Of course she'd be here.  He had to go and open his big mouth.  Or this was just another mean hallucination.  Both Zakkus squinted at Arashi before focusing on Ayukawa.  "Look hallucination or not I told you we have this."  Bracing himself Zakku knew to leave his Raiton out of this and use his natural speed.  "Do us both a favor and stay out of this.  We don't need you."  The original darted from cover to cover following Ayukawa.

The clone watched the original before looking at Arashi.  "You two really need to just beat the ever living hell out of each other and get it over with."  Creeping back to the edge to watch over the hunter the clone kept his gaze fixed on the group ready to return to the original the moment he saw something wrong.  "You know he didn't mean it.  After Nezumi, Miori, and Rin leaving he's developed a bit of a protectiveness over her.  Like something else told him to watch over her."    Sighing as he watched Zakku follow his teammate darting from darkness to darkness the clone sat on his heels.  "Hm?"  The clone leaned forward watching the patrol of a hunter.  He hadn't noticed a pattern in their movements but that was because they moved in random.  It was smart it didn't allow interlopers like them get an easy advantage to getting past.  "Clever."  He muttered and stayed in the darkness watching over the original and Ayukawa.

Hunter Conquest Arashi would roll her eyes before watching the shinobi dart after Ayukawa. Clearly, whatever issues the two were having in this matter wouldn't be resolved with her usual smarminess. Sadly, she knew that and yet she did so anyway. As she was left behind with the clone, she'd hear it speak on how she should go easy on him, considering what he was going through. With what was going on to their little group, it was hard not to feel at least somewhat protective over what he had left. In the end, it probably didn't help that she had also given him the task of getting close to her and also being her indirect role model. Was it any surprise that a lot of Ayukawa's actions were more than a bit reckless when her examples were split between two different people? One of which was fiercely devoted to the people they cared about? It shouldn't have been, but the actions were plain as day who she was taking after. Which was what worried her, and she only speculate if Zakku had caught onto it as well. Still, Arashi was also to blame as well....for a lot of things... She was the one that had allowed for Rin's role to be switched and basically erased him. She was also the one that had not seen what the girl was willing to die for in her relationship, ignoring the signs until they were too late. Nor had she been there when she went rogue and confronted the Clan on her dishonor and banishment. Had she acted sooner, could she perhaps have avoided such a fate? No...and as her thoughts reflected this, she'd affirm this as she allowed her attire to change, replacing her jounin gear with that of more causal wear before then looking at the group's marching patterns. They were indeed scattered, which was the point. They wanted to be out of order in a way that would allow for any possible observer to be unaware of just what possible move they might make. It made it so that they couldn't be caught off-guard, nor could they be taken aback by a sudden attack. "Thats one way to put it..." In hearing the clone's compliment, she'd then narrow her vision as she spoke. "Zak isn't the only one that feels that way...it was the reason I asked him in the first place to look after her...but Ayukawa is hurting right now and I've been there...and so has he...the difference is that she hasn't done anything that she can't come back from....and I trust him to know that...so tell em that for me..." In saying that, Arashi would swiftly stab the clone in the chest, the sand blade fading back into her skin as she rose up before making her way out into the open. "መልካም ምሽት እህቶች..." ------------------------- The sudden movement by Zakku at her back had daunted Ayukawa for a moment, yet she soon shifted her attention to the rapid footsteps making it's way past their hiding spot. Keeping low, she'd watch as they began to approach a cloaked figure, see the guard scatter and move in to support. Leaving less of a presence at the entry point she had been spying to the west of her position. A single guard now remained, but what had drew them so feverishly out of place. "No way..." As she smelled the familiar odor of her cousin, she'd watch as the females moved in unison around her, prompting her to follow at their center as they moved into the camp. "መርገም...why did she have to show up?" Ayukawa would frown before then looking on to see the single huntress. Her gaze still seemed focus on the incoming escort, leading to her looking back toward Zakku as she moved in. It would be close, but just as the woman prepared to turn, she'd feel the sudden rush of the smaller female as she tackled her swiftly to the ground. "ይቅር በይኝ እህት.."(Forgive me sister) As Ayukawa tightened her grip around the woman's neck, she'd increase the pressure upon her, holding her in place as she wrapped her legs across her waist. Keeping her to the ground, the light sound of struggle within the brush, the movement would cease as she would be released, the huntress's breathing soft, but still visible in the chill of the night.

Zakku gripped his chest as his clones chakra rushed back into him.  So that's how it felt to get stabbed in the chest.  Mentally adding it to his list of wounds and how they felt he reflected on his clones memories.  Looking at Ayukawa for a moment before watching the commotion.  "You clever fool."  Zakku muttered with a slight smile as he watched Arashi draw in the hunters.  He was so going to owe her a lot after this.  More debts to add to the pile he guessed.

Staying back as Ayukawa grabbed a lone huntress and quickly brought her to the ground.  He could hear what sounded like gibberish to him but he recognized as the Saeko language.  He was still clueless as to what was said.  

Watching the brush stop moving Zakku moved in and spotted the lone huntress breathing unconcious.  He exhaled a breath he had no idea he was holding and moved back.  Weaving his hand sign he changed his look.

                 Saeko Ayukawa

Zakku changed into his Gurēsu persona dressed in the same clothes as the other huntresses.  It'd been a long time since Zakku had used this disguise and he knew the notoriety surrounding it had dropped significantly over the years,   Leaning over the brush Zakku pointed to the unconscious woman.  "Can I get her scarf?  I need to cover my scent a bit better.  Plus it goes great with my hair.  No offense but you might not be able to pull it off quite like I can."  Gurēsu would smile cheekily at Ayukawa.

Hunter Conquest Though Arashi's arrival may have given them an opening, Ayukawa was more keen on focusing on the rest of what they needed to do. Of course, they still had the issue of the rest of the camp, and while they may have drawn away the patrol, it wouldn't last long if they began to sniff out that something was amiss. Thankfully, it appeared that Zakku was attempting to try and recitfy that, transforming his appearance into that of a female...a very...pale female... In hearing the request for the scarf as a means to cover his scent, the young girl would blink for a moment, only to gently remove the article from the now unconscious woman, handing it to him as he made mention that it probably wouldn't look good on her. "Ummmmmmmm" There were so many questions.....so...so many...though the girl honestly was doing her best not to allow them to slip out as she bite her lip, prompting her to rise up as she looked around. "I think that should work?....But you might still want to stay as far away from any others as well...it won't mask it completely..." It would do though...that much was all they needed...what she needed... Taking a moment to smell check the now female Zakku, the teen would crouch down low, moving forward as she looked around the camp for another location for cover. In noting a small tent, she'd nod her head in it's direction as the moved forward. Swiftly placing herself behind it, she'd wait for Zakku to follow, peeking out as she watched more Saeko begin to march forward, as if being drawn to an area to convene. Likely due to Arashi's arrival. Still, perhaps this would be a good thing. "Well...at least we know where the elders will be...with Arashi here, they'll want to meet publicly with her and the clan always holds open meetings. Everyone will be there...including him..." Ayukawa would then release a breath as she looked around and began searching an opening in which they could also follow, prompting her to stop as she saw her mother and father moving passed, stopping as she disappeared behind the tent once more.

Sneaks
Gurēsu wrapped the scarf around her chest and back tying it off.  Nodding back at Ayukawa Zakku followed Ayukawa to the small tent and darted behind it backwards watching to be sure they remained unseen.  Peaking out the otherside of the tent he watched the Saeko move to one location.  

"We're not here for him.  Yet."  Gurēsu frowned at Ayukawa but stopped seeing her back up.  Taking a peak Zakku spotted a pair that looked similar to Ayukawa.  Pulling back Zakku'd reach out and place a gentle hand on Ayukawas back.  He flash her a reassuring smile.  "I'll find us a way in."  Moving around her and towards the edge of the small Tent Zakku peaked out once more.

Watching the Saeko move towards a single direction was eerie.  It felt almost unnatural but he supposed it wasn't everyday someone like Arashi showed up to the area.   Then he spotted their way in.  So inconspicuous and yet so clear.  Waving Ayukawa Over he'd point a perfectly manicured finger at a pile of boxes containing supplies.  "We're gonna get as close as we can with that.  Plus it'll give us a great view of whats going on."  Moving her hand over she'd point out different darkened areas for them to move between.

Hunter Conquest Familiar feelings of betrayal returned as she followed after Zakku, her expression calm before finally returning it to determination. She had been abandoned by them, by this place. It was the elders at fault, but they had been the ones to turn their backs on her, no longer believing in her. To them, they would have no children left alive than to live in the knowledge of her decisions. This would change when they saw the truth...it had to... With them using the boxes as cover, the Saeko would look out to peer at the gathering. The clan was large, and mixed in with unfamiliar faces. It was different, but the change seemed to be gradual with how much time had passed. Lady Kasumi had wanted them to branch out and be more accepting of others within their group. But not to the point where they forgot what they were. It was a gentle balance, and while it appeared that some of this was accepted, the rest was still marginally disagreed upon. Yet, these arguments within the gathering were silenced as the three men approached at the center of it. "Enough! We will decide this matter at another time...understand that our relationships with the Aiel and outside traders were given with the blessing of our chief...it is now up to us to continue with such partnerships until we deem otherwise!" As one man would step down, he'd then nod toward his fellows as they began to take their seats. A roaring fire raged in the middle, yet everyone did the same as they looked on. "But we have more important matters...such as the appearance of our distant family....Arashi...you have come here unexpectedly..." Arashi would draw her hood down as she made her way forward, her expression serious as she began to speak. "I've come to see what the clan has done in it's efforts to find it's chief and daughter...it has been some time since word has reached me on either and my own efforts have proven less eventful..." There was a quiet stirring in the camp at this, faces looking at one another as the elders would seem to do the same. Save for one...the man whom had given Ayukawa her sentence. "It is to our regret that we have heard nothing of their efforts to the west...while we do hope for their safe return...understand that we have taken our positions of leadership and are guiding our people the best we know how..." The voices would gather, yet soon be driven to silence as the elder held up his hand. "If it is concern you have for our mother...I deem it unfortunate that not even Suna has found nothing to note their return..." "That right?" Raising her brow, Arashi would cross her arms over her chest, looking to the older male as he narrowed his gaze upon her. "You sound resentful at the truth of my words Daughter of Kasumi...but is it not the Will of Suna that you follow? You speak on behalf of the village as it's second...the Kazekage being the one to give heed to it...if your efforts have not swayed the man who is beloved to our heiress...what hope do we have to cling to her return?" It was a clear shift in responsiblity, an attempt to blame any lack of progress upon Suna...on Arashi and her father... Yet this matter had little to do with what Ayukawa wanted to do here. If nothing else, it seemed like a distraction... "We should move in now...their right there..." Her swiftness to want to strike was clear, but it was rash in light of the situation. Arashi was clearly trying to get more information and while she was keeping it subtle, there was a motive here.

 Saeko Ayukawa

Gurēsu crossed her arms leaning against the wall taking a casual stance.  Helping to add to their cover incase they got spotted.  Just two girls trying to catch a view of Arashi.  "Stay.  Still."  Gurēsu scolded Ayukawa through gritted teeth.  Her eyes would momentarily shift from the action to Ayukawa with the same irritation he'd use to get from teachers and senseis.

"We've got nothing to act on besides ghosts and rumors so we're going to look crazy."  The Blue haired shinobi dude disguised as a red haired girl told Ayukawa before shifting her gaze back to Arashi.  "We move only when we get enough evidence or something happens to Arashi.  She knows what she's doing."  'I hope'  Zakku thought to himself and watched.  His green eyes moving around the crowd but trying to keep Ayukawa in his peripherals.  He understood her eagerness very well but knew it'd do them no good to invade right now.  They'd only make her look worse and even add more infamy to his reputation than he was willing to deal with.  At the moment at least.

Hunter Conquest Ayukawa would narrow her eyes as she heard the girl's instructions, gritting her teeth as she remained frozen. Though she didn't move from their joined cover, her thoughts were racing as she considered her options. He's not going to help me.... There was only one chance here and even if she managed to convince him, now that Arashi was here, things wouldn't go any smoother with her getting what she wanted... The Elder's head... Though with the conversation seeming to have grown silence, there was clear skeptism among all that watched on...even between the two elders that stood beside the man. The man that seemed to think that there would be no return of their leader, whom now claimed to blame this lack of action upon the daughter. As Arashi stood there, taking this ambush of verbal abuse, the girl would then narrow her eyes as she then closed them solemly. "I guess ya right...." In saying this, Arashi would then look at him with a serious expression. "So theres only one path to go..." In saying this, the young woman would begin to move forward as she stepped forward. "I claim the Rite of Leadership!" That was enough to give the older man pause and shock, leading to the clan in a similar state. "What?! In all respect...you can not take such a title!" "Considering I am the only heiress remaining and that my mother's title is that of Clan Leader...I'm sure I can...in which...I assume the position of Clan Head...." As the man stumbled within his moment, the two at his side would then speak as they seemed to be in agreement. "She is right Kota....The Daughter of Kasumi has every right to take leadership and it is only natural that she do so in light of Kasumi's absence..." Kota would frown, his eyes narrowed as he looked toward Arashi as she began her approach to the middle area, her eyes narrowed as a smirk crossed her face. "Laws are laws...and I would honor those laws as you would...right?" "This is....unheard of! In the chance that our clan's leadership has fallen, it comes to those of the Elders to see our clan through! YOU! You are no more than a half-breed!" This language and denial of their way was enough to give even more pause to the gathering, which in a way, was no more than usual as each member would look to one another. Though Arashi was not surprised in the least. In fact...it was as if she had expected it. "I do not expect to take it without challenge.....would you like to stand before me?" The direct challenge would be laid as Arashi narrowed her expression, keeping her eyes locked on Kota as he held his ground. "You speak for the people, but I see none that wish to stand with you in this....look around..." Kota would see the looks of the Saeko, their expressions narrowed in on him as they all remained where they were. "It's easier to rule when none wish to step to ya huh? Thats why the Saeko have followed you this far....but enough..." Arashi would hold her position as she crossed her arms over her chest. "You either stand with me or face me in Trial by Combat Kota...there is no other choice for you...." "Would you all stand with this outsider!? This one who only has claim by the fact that her mother was foolish enough to..." "Speak of my mother one more time...ya already on my shit list..." Kota would freeze as the Elders would nod in agreement to this. His eyes would narrow in as he saw the woman before him. Arashi...as defiant as her mother the day the woman left to make peace with the outside world. The woman who would later go and change their ways to suit this new world...outside of judgement, outside of regard for tradition. Now...this one stood in his way... "I...will not let you ruin my work! I have come to finally gain some semblance of control! A return to what our people are! YOU WOULD TURN IT ALL BACK!" Arashi would stare at him, her expression calm as she then shook her head. "Look upon your elder! ወደነበርንበት መመለስ እፈልጋለሁ ይላል...ነገር ግን ሁላችሁንም ያሳፍራል...የሚናገሩትን ያስወጣል፤እያንዳንዱ ሰው የራሱን እውነት እንዲፈልግ መንገዳችን እንደሚፈልግ ጠንቅቆ ያውቃል።..." (He claims to want a return to what we were...yet he treats you all with shame...he casts out those that speak for themselves, knowing full well that our ways demand that each person seek their own truth...) Arashi would continue to speak as she moved around the center circle, her expression still holding onto the hope that they heard her...that Ayukawa...heard her... "ወንድሞቻችሁን... እህቶቻችሁን... ሴት ልጆቻችሁን እና ወንዶች ልጆቻችሁን እውነቶቻቸውን ፈልጋችሁ በማየት እስከ መጨረሻው እንድታባርሩ ያደርጋችኋል... ይህ መርህ ደግሞ እንድንበለጽግ እና ከዘላኖች እንድንበልጥ ያስቻለን ነው። ..." (He would make you cast out your brothers...your sisters...your daughters and sons for finding their truths and seeing it through to the end...and this principle is one that has allowed us to thrive and become more than nomads...) In saying this...Arashi would pound her fist against her chest, looking at each Saeko with a small smile. "We are the Heart.....we are the people who mastered these lands when none dared and we become more when we seek our truths with our hearts....we stand stronger...when we come together, even when we may disagree....but come to understand the reasons behind one another's actions....we do not abandon....even when we do not accept....we seek only to come together and find a way to see their truth and understand....and live..." Arashi would then turn toward Kota as she keep her gaze on him. "If we allow such thinking to cloud our path...we are no better than those that wish to destroy us...like a snake from within...." The silence from the Saeko remained, but soon a cry would reach out as others echoed in response. The cry grew louder, each one resonating with the next. Ayukawa would watch this and seem almost in awe of it. She....she could see her people echoing the decree, keeping together as one as they seemed to finally see...

 Saeko Ayukawa

Joining in the cheering Zakku found himself cheering with the rest of the Saeko.  Confident enough their cheers would be drowned out by the others Gurēsu clapped and cheered.  "Ya See?  I told you Arashi had it handled."  While most of the words went over Zakkus head entirely the ending had even him pumped.   Seeing the Saeko cheer for Arashi made him regret his words to her over how everything was turning out.  He really needed to apologize.

"And you doubted her.  I can't believe it."  Gurēsu lied and shook her head disapprovingly smiling happily.  Though it was a happy moment Zakku couldn't help but feel a cold dagger of dread sticking through his chest.  It made his arm tingle.  The same arm Ayukawa had broken in the exams. Something wasn't sitting right with him.  Gripping his arm slightly his green eyes scanned the crowd.  Something just wasn't right to him.  It was just a bit too happy of an ending.  It had to be nerves or just his paranoia.  That was all it had to be right?  Unintentionally he began to grind his teeth as he gripped his arm tighter.

[Saeko Ayukawa]

Hunter Conquest "Yea...I guess your right...Heh..." Ayukawa would look on as her clan seemed to take the words of Arashi to heart, having seemed to have taken to her leadership so easily. It was somewhat disheartening to see them so inspired...and it did in a way make her feel as if her own intentions had been for nothing. She thought that...she'd be the one to save her people. But instead...it was Arashi who had managed to succeed in the end. The desert princess...victorious... She almost felt bitter... As the Clan continued to rally, the two elders opposite of Kota would raise their hands, calming everyone as they began to speak. "As to be expected from the Daughter of Kasumi...her words have reached the heart of our clan and reminded us of just what we have strived for. In this...it is without question that we accept this decree from our Clan Leader...Kota...do you not agree?" The man would remain silent, the clear disgust expressed on his face as he looked toward Arashi. The woman had gotten in his way, and now there was no going back. If he did nothing now, he would lose all creditability forever. Already she had shamed him, and now the people were turning on him just as quickly. This would indeed be the end unless he did something. "It would appear that the Clan has decided...." Kota would narrow his gaze, seeming to give all the more reason for Guresu's fears and concerns as he then backed away. "I did not wish to do this...but if the clan is to return to the way it was...I must act on my truth as well...NOW!" Within moments, it would appear as if bandits would begin to show within the clan, individuals masked and armed. Others bearing swords and knives, some with clubs and bow like weapons. As they began to cause members of the clan to scatter, Kota would begin his retreat as Arashi would quickly move in to shield the elders that remained. The attacks were strong, but Arashi was more than able to handle them as she looked toward the huntresses. As she signaled them to engage, the fight against the bandits would begin to rage, the Saeko making known the reason why they were so skilled. "So much for that..." As she repelled the attackers away from the two men, Arashi would look toward Guresu with a calm expression, then stopping short as she realized that Ayukawa was no longer beside him. "Where's Ayu?!" Asking this, Arashi would glance around her as the girl was no longer in sight, prompting her to then look back at her friend with a concerned expression.

This was a new feeling.  Zakku had never been on the outside looking in at chaos someone else had caused.  It was strange kind of mystifying in a way.  Looking at Arashi he waved at her carefree.  "What do you mean she's right her-WAAAAAAH!"  Zakku screamed his disguise disappearing in a puff.

"SHE WAS RIGHT HERE!" Zakku screamed and looked around.  His green eyes darting around wildly trying to catch any glimpse of Ayukawa.  It was useless to look for her like this.  He knew where she was heading.  "Damn you."  Zakku cursed and darted after Kota.  Jumping and leaping across the chaos Zakku landed on the heads of bandits and used them as stepping stones to get to the elders box. He didn't speak or crack a joke as he darted off after Kota past the elders and Arashi.  He just hoped he could stop Ayukawa from becoming just like him.

Hunter Conquest Legendary While it was very much a chaotic scene with the rise of Kota's forces attacking members of the Saeko Clan, Arashi was more than able of holding things down within her current position. This meant that Zakku would be on his own in dealing with the now actively rogue shinobi and the fleeing elder. Which, meant that he'd have to quick as Ayukawa had already gained quite the head start. Dashing through the forces, the Saeko would leap forward much like that of a wild animal chasing her prey as she had Kota within her sights. On each side of her, she'd see hunters and huntresses defending themselves against the bandits. The people that this man had sent to disassemble their clan from within. There was no way of telling just how long he had been mounting such a group of attackers, yet the size of them and their readiness proved that they had at least assumed that someone or something might stand in his way eventually. Be it Lady Kasumi, the Clan Chief, or even the Clan itself. In the end, he had betrayed his own people...and he would pay for it. More and more fighting seemed to be getting in the way, people getting hurt and blood being spilled in the name of all this. But still, despite all this, Ayukawa remained trained on the target of her nightmares. The man that had taken everything from her! She'd have his head! SHE NEEDED HIM DEAD!! This fury that had been building up seemed to explode into her lungs, pushing her to run even harder as she ignored those that might need her help. She had to keep going. She had to reach Kota. As Kota stubbled only a few feet away, he'd look over his shoulder to see the girl on his heels, gritting his teeth before signaling three bandits to intercept. "GET RID OF HER!!" Seeing these men in her way, charged in like a rhino, her body low before she used her puppet like limb to bash through, her eyes narrowed with a purple like glare as she slammed her fist against them. Twisting her body around one of their necks, she'd toss them forward as she rolled upon their back to the opposite side. As the man fell, the others would attempt to move in, only to see the girl having already back in her advance. But they did see Zakku, prompting them to begin their attack once more, one releasing a blast of fire from their lips, the other using Fuuton to try and blow him back. With Ayukawa drawing closer, she'd scream in her native tongue as she felt something slam into her chest, seeing the large figure standing in front of her to be that of Zeta. With being knocked off her feet, her body would fling into a nearby hut, causing her to tumble over into a heap before flipping herself upright. "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!" The Clan champion looked toward Ayukawa, unaware of the situation that prompted the elder to run, but knowing his duty was to protect the Elders at all cost. As far as he knew, she was the one that began this ruckus. This man had haunted Ayukawa's dreams since he had beaten her to an inch of her life. This monster was the thing in her way, and she wasn't going to let him stop her. "You caused this little one! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FURTHER THIS ENCOUNTER!" His eyes snapped in her direction upon ensuring that Kota had gotten some distance, he'd then watch as she moved in swiftly, moving around her like water as he swayed from one side to the next, avoiding her kicks as she barraged him with clear fury in her eyes.
