DESCRIPTION:

An individual known as Titan has appeared within the land of storms, they're sporting a group of roughens, but they themselves are the only ones to be gifted with any sort of ninja skill. Techniques have been described by the actions they've already committed within the land. Actions such as raiding homes and assaulting villagers. This group is doing whatever it wills and is taking advantage of the smaller villages in the land. Such action cannot be ignored, so it's tasked upon Amegakure shinobi to execute this individual and their team.
