DESCRIPTION:

Shihon is a glittering gem upon Hi no Kuni's landscape, tall towers and splendid streets are all the talk of any visitor. But recently dissent has been spreading; first on the outer lying villages of Tanzaku, Kiretsu and Hakayo. 

Workers, for reasons yet to be discovered, have taken up arms against the artisans and wealthy of the country in an attempt to get rid of them. While the outlying villages and cities have had their unrest kerbed, intel has been fed back to Konoha heads that the unrest is spreading like a virus towards Shihon. ANBU have reported news of plans to attack the royal family at the Naozane Dynasty Palace. While nothing solid has been proven about the plot except the potential for shinobi trained forces being involved, it is something that Konoha cannot take lightly. 

Kasumi has assigned herself to the task of accompanying ANBU Operative Kazuto since it is close to her hometown and her mind works in mysterious ways, as well as Uzumaki Tadashi being assigned by the Hokage as part of the War Council's effort to avert the very thing they are sworn in to plan on. 

Scout out Shihon, find the cause of the unrest and if required save the Royal Family and Daimyo from the threat of assassination that will undoubtedly throw Hi no Kuni into another civil war.
