DESCRIPTION:

Within one of the poorer neighborhoods of Sunagakure, a small scuffle has begun between two groups of residents. Both feel the other has begun to take resources and jobs from their respective blocks. As the situation has begun to escalate beyond arguments and turned to violence, Sato Rin has been dispatched to provide medical assistance while Yasa Shingo will provide escort. Once established, Shingo and Rin are charged with prevention of further major scuffles and gathering information. Once they feel they have achieved satisfactory intel, they are to report to HQ where a Senior team will determine if further action or patrols are required.
