Greetings NFB,

We are attempting to keep villages active and hold coveted leader positions to a higher standard.  Due to absences without warning and lack of activity seen either in chat or in posting, we will be opening up leadership positions in Kirigakure, Kusagakure, Amegakure, and Yukigakure.  

I urge anyone that wishes to apply to visit this page to familiarize yourself with expectations and freedoms.  Take further note that we want to see active participation in site endeavors.  Whether that's recruiting in cbox, making events, or posting actively; all would be preferred but some presence is required at the very, very minimum.   In the case in which a leader may be busy, they need to let staff know they'll be absent rather than vanishing without warning.  
 

We are announcing this so that we get an active and working Kage. Anyone interested in a position should send a Private Message to all of the staff members. Haru , Sega , AP™ , LazyNeko , Natsu , Yoshiko , Q , Aika ,  and Yoritomo .

This position will not be decided by an IC event but hand-picked. People running for the position will have until 6/24/2018 [June 24] to submit applications.

On top of this note, our current Leaders for these nations are welcome to resubmit an application if he/she feels that the removal is unjust or that there are extenuating circumstances for his/her absence - but we are also opening up applications for new and custom Leaders.

Interest in Leadership Position

Character Idea/Outline - We would like a general concept of the idea.  Who is this character going to be both in ability and in ideology?  How does their story fit into the timeline and why would they have been chosen?

Character's and Nation's History - Max of 500 words in how they were involved with the nation and why they're an asset to be considered for position of Leader. The main purpose of this section is to show that you are aware of the village's timeline and their past Leaders.  How your character fits into that is the smaller portion of this section, we want to know you have a working knowledge of the nation's history so that you can keep the timeline correct, check character and clan histories, and be able to either answer questions or know where to go to find the answers.

Plans for the Nation - If you were given the position, would you be active and help the village grow?  What are your plans for the village?  OOC and IC plans would be encouraged to mention.  Not only plots, but what jobs you would take on for your beloved village OOC as well.  What do you think best shows an active and welcoming leader for site and IC nation?

Greetings NFB,

I am pleased to announce the new leaders of Kirigakure, Kusagakure, Amegakure, and Yukigakure!   There were many applicants for these positions with many great ideas and motivations for both characters and villages but unfortunately we can only pick one per place.   We are hoping that the decisions made will have people excited for what's to come in the future and that there will be plenty of activity and fun.   

Thank you all for the time you put in, now without further delay,

Kirigakure will now be lead by Kaguya Minako played by our lovely Moro.

Kusagakure is being handed over to a genius, prodigy yet to be named puppeteered by our goofball Codex. 

Amegakure will return to the capable hands of Shikaka Tatsuo steered by our terrifying Aika.

Last but never least!   Yukigakure will be affectionately handed over to a Flame of the North played with the burning passion of our priceless Apalooka.
