DESCRIPTION:
A group of pirates that formerly terrorized the coastlines of the continent has decided to move to Mizu no Kuni waters. A small fleet of 3-4 ships has been waylaying trade for the past week, and the merchants have requested help to deal with the problem. There are rumors that the Pirate's leader has some capacity to use jutsu. The mission will be considered complete when the pirates are removed as a hostile force.
