DESCRIPTION:

A pack of bears have been terrorizing local villages, killing livestock and destroying property. Normally hunters would be able to take care of them and drive them off but these bears have proven to be very stubborn and refuse to back down. Many have commented on a strange group always being seen near the attack watching over the carnage. Further investigation has revealed that a very small group of raiders led by a Nuke-nin has been in fact training these bears in order to attack and pillage the smaller villages. So a call for their extermination has been put out on both their heads as well as the heads of their pets if necessary. Caution is advised as no other information about their bear training method has come to light.

This is actually the grounds of a C-rank mission and a very similar mission was done as so, you need to incorporate some level of shinobi opposition to achieve B-rank.
