DESCRIPTION:

The village's supply of chemicals for all kinds of use have dwindled and needs replacing. Along with this, the Research and Development unit have come up with a few methods of deploying/launching/spreading the chemicals over larger areas which need to be tested,

Yuki Fuyumi has been assigned to create multiple of the missing chemicals and test deployment. Minako will be overseeing the testing of these and be the deciding factor in the completion of the mission. 

If all of the missing chemicals are created and a succesfull launching method is found, then the missions is a success. 
If only the chemicals are synthesized and all deployment ideas from the R&D department fail, the mission is considered a failure.

Mission parameters are a bit sketchy. You're saying you're going to get something but don't elaborate past 'deployment'. Can you explain further please.

I need to know what they're getting, what counts as a success and where they're doing it.
