DESCRIPTION:
A corrupt nobleman of Tsuchi no Kuni, Takemori Sagawa, has been in talks with an agent of Kusagakure, supplying stolen goods, treasures, and weapons to Kusa in exchange for exorbitant sums of money. This money funds Sagawa's more "exciting" underground affairs. It's said that Sagawa prefers lavish evenings with his tainted money versus getting his own hands dirty. In order to shut down his greedy operation and halt supplies being fed to the enemy, operatives should use either charm or force to accomplish the following:

(a) acquire the name and general whereabouts of Sagawa's right hand who dictates his business in the field--and carry out his assassination.

(b) gather sufficient data on Sagawa's operations in order to pin down his men and supply routes so that Iwagakure's forces can shut him down permanently.

If the situation allows (optional), Sagawa should be taken out, as well. The team's focus should be on intelligence gathering to ensure all loose ends concerning the operation are sufficiently obliterated. The nobleman has a known taste for coin, alcohol, and especially women, but torture is potentially viable as well if his tongue proves stubborn. He roots his business and pleasure in Tora, near the border closest to Nohara no Kuni.
