INFORMATIONBefore Kirigakure, before the Daimyo was crowned, before anything, the islands now called Mizu no Kuni were pirate lands. Ruled by whoever held the strongest ship and the most loyal men. Eventually, the main land was claimed by a Daimyo and for years the Daimyo's fleet battled the pirates laying claim to the sea and its minor islands.
The islands belonged to the founding clans, along with legendary weapons the clans' fleet were joined to make up the Daimyo's navy once the clans joined together to form Kirigakure.
Seemingly the only thing which has remained strong during Mizu no Kuni's devastation, is its navy. The sailors seeking spoils from foreign coasts to supply their travels and repairs.

Shojo Nakigo [Maiden's Cry]
OWNER: Mizu no Kuni Daimyo/Suiryu Butai.

DESCRIPTION:Dark hull and with three masts, Maiden’s Cry is a rather formidable ship. She was a former pirate ship and the hull blends in well with the cliff sides and the water and skies on darker days. On sunny days she is a dark shadow on the waters, but without her colors flying high she is easily mistaken for a simple merchant’s ship.
She flies three thin flags at the top, and while all sails are black as night, a second is rolled down on their largest sail when they fully commit to the role of a pirate vassal. This cover displays a skull with two blades crossed below.

Swift:
Maiden’s Cry is perfect for cutting through the waves and she advances at an alarming pace even when no wind is there to aid her. This is due to advanced use of suiton to help boost her, it puts a very small drain on her sailors, which is more or less negatable.
Hull Cutter:
Equipped with advanced jagged blades, she can extend to cut through the hull of other ship which have no reinforced hulls. It works great as a way to tether her to another ship as well, as they can cut into metal and the like and remain there until the blades a pulled back in or detached from the Maiden’s Cry.
Kiniro Shinigami Sentai [Golden Reaper fleet]

DESCRIPTION:The golden hulls reflect the sun and shine like a nugget of gold, bronze and silver. While it were to be believed it was made of pure gold, the ship is constructed of metal and wood, simply painted and plated with a small layer of fool's gold(Pyrite).
The baroque is sturdy and done in much the same fashion as the rest of the ship, it is however noted to be rather slippery and hard to climb as well to get anything pointy to dig into the hull.
There are a total of 50 ships and as such is one of the larger hosts.

Animated Warrior:
Perhaps most curious is the ship’s figurine’s ability to come alive and deliver devastating blows with its scythe. It can also be used to reach a ship and pull it closer to the Reaper, making it easier to board. The figurine can cut through metal and the like with ease. It has also been used to pull the Reaper closer to where it wants to dock, enabling it to break through lesser ships and push them aside.
Immortal:
Much like the reaper depicted at the ship’s front, the hull is extremely sturdy and is reinforced. You will not be breaking through this unless you have some serious power behind your attacks. It shrugs of projectiles and hooks and other grappling equipment doesn’t work here. Kunai and such cannot penetrate it and simply bounces off of the hull.
Ryoushi Okusan Sentai [Fisher Wife -fleet]

RESTRICTIONS: Mizu no Kuni Daimyo - Suiryu Butai.
DESCRIPTION: A simpler ship, it is swift and carries its cargo just as so. It dances on the waves and if you look at it, by all means, it is a merchant’s dream. Two and a half masts, two crows nests and three sails. The front and the rear are spiked, it has several oars and can move swiftly through the waters. Silver and blue decorate the top of the boat’s vessel.
ABILITIES:Fisher boat:
An expert at catching things, it is equipped with several nets and wheels and an modified crossbow launchers enabling it to shoot the nets into the air and over a wide area in the water as well. They can shoot much further than any kunai can be thrown and cover and area double the length of the boat itself. The nets are anchored to the boat by chains which can be reeled in.
Sturdy Vessel:
Despite its simple structure, it can take on even the largest waves and most horrible weather. You won’t find this ship sinking easily!
Kamaitachi Sentai [Cuts caused by whirlwinds - fleet]

DESCRIPTION:Ships composed of metal and wood, the hull is spiked and you are more likely to be impaled or your hand off than scale it via the sides. It has several oars and when it is armed it is more of a moving sword than a ship.
The sail are a dark colors which fits well against the night skies as well as in cloudy weather. It has several sails and three masts as well as several vertical baldes extending out from the ship - though they look like simple flag pole unless you are next to them, they are most often waving the banner of the daimyo.
The fleet consists of 30 ships.
ABILITIES:Wind Caller:
The ship is able to channel wind jutsu, the jutsu will be launched in all directions unless the jutsu is meant to focus on one point in which case the caster will have to direct it in a direction. It is cast by weaving the seals required for the jutsu and then pour wind chakra into the boat.
Blade Storm:
The entire ship can be armed/activated, which means compartments will open and lock the hidden blades in place and turn the entire ship into the equivalent of a reverse pincushion. The blades are razor sharp and cut into anything which touches it unless it is somehow reinforced, but even then it has been known to cut the battle grade Wariuchi silk which the Kirigakure flak jackets and such are made of.
Haiiro Megami Sentai [Grey Goddess - fleet]
OWNER: Mizu no kuni Daimyo - Suiryu Butai.

CLASSIFICATION: Offensive, Defensive.
ELEMENT: Suiton.
RESTRICTIONS: Mizu no kuni Daimyo Suiryu Butai.
DESCRIPTION:The Grey Goddess is one ship, her fleet is a large host of much lesser ships. The Grey Goddess is a large grey vessel made from various materials. It is decorated with a squid and possesses large sails and four masts. On the sails are a squid with a large red eye. The ship as a front figurine which is a mermaid with squid friends, she however extends out to become a barrel for jutsu.
The lesser ships are grey and resemble simple fishboats and small merchant vessels.
The fleet consists of approximately 501 ships.
ABILITIES:Legion:
The Grey Goddess have a host of ships in her fleet, these possess not an individual strength but they can overwhelm and provide constant pressure against an enemy vessel. They cannot carry a heavy load and so they are used as platforms for launching jutsu and harpoons. They also carry supplies.
Kami-sama:
The Grey Goddess possess incredible defensive capabilities and can resist most attacks. It is a floating fortress few can ever hope to sink.
Dragon's Breath:
The ship has several barrels which serve to guide projectile jutsu. By utilizing these barrels shinobi and those trained in the art of chakra can launch attacks from within the ship. The barrels can be aimed at the target. The Goddess grants a boost to Suiton techniques enhancing their power, due to it being her element. All elemental attacks can be launched through these, but only suiton are boosted. It works best with projectile attacks or attacks which are a continous stream.
Last Stand:
The Goddess will never surrender. She is equipped with a few Kiniro Shinigami boats which can be used as a last resort to escape when the Goddess' Last Stand has been activated. The Last Stand will activate fuinjutsu explosives and blow the ship to smitherines, the shrapnel and blast taking out the nearest enemies and damaging those further out. Blast radiuses are: 1 km for the inner radius. 5 Km for the outer radius. 6 km in total.
Ryuu Sentai [Dragon fleet]

DESCRIPTION:The Dragon fleet is made up of wood and painted in black and red colors. They all possess black sails. The ships are swift in water due to their build and size and despite their lack of any massive sails and defensive tools, they are a host not to be taken lightly.
The fleet consists of 50 ships.
ABILITIES:Dragon Fire:
The front figurine is a disguised barrel meant to boost and guide katon jutsu. It can be moved as you want. It enables the fleet to live up to its name.
Sachiaru KinIka Sentai [Lucky Gold Squip Fleet]

DESCRIPTION:The grey fleet with black sails and a golden squid displayed on them, the Sachiaru Kinika fleet is large with a total of 100 ships. They are all given a metal front wedge which can aid them in collisions.
ABILITIES:Many Armed Capture:
The ships are all equipped with harpoons, hooks and other nasties, which enables the ship to hook itself to its target, most often used as a group to tear ships and structures into the water.
Taikomochi Soyokaze [Jester's Breath]

DESCRIPTION:The Jester's Breath is a long ship with three masts and is quite a nice ship for travel and can brave some of the shallower waters its heavier and deeper reaching colleagues cannot. The front of the ship is fashioned into a maw of a shark, but in reality is a platform which can be entered from inside the ship.
It is a ship meant to carry wares and supplies.
ABILITIES:Swift Aid:
The ship is meant to sail supplies to other ships and outposts, it is a very swift ship and few things can hope to catch it.
Akebono Ryu Sentai[Dawn Dragon fleet]

DESCRIPTION:This small fleet is decorated with a seaserpent's head and neck at the front and its tail at the end. It is done in wood, green and gold. The sails are red and displays the golden insignia of Mizu no Kuni.
The fleet is meant as a travel vessel holds the people needed, food and sleeping quarters.
it is made up of 25 ships.
ABILITIES:Barrier Conduit:
The ships are made to be able to channel barrier techniques. It is done by the user weaving the seals and then funneling the chakra into the ship. It only applies to barriers. Walls and other defensive barriers will encase the entire ship in a bubble or box form as the chakra is spread out throughout the ship instead of in a certain direction. If the barrier is a projectile or a point attack, it will need a direction indicated by the caster.
Swift Sailer:
The ships are swift and made good use of wind and sea, even wihtout it can travel faster than most vessels. It is sure to always reach its destination in good time.
Shiroi Kyoufu Sentai [White Terror Fleet]

DESCRIPTION:The hulls are white as bleached bone and the vessels are rather aerodynamic. All ships are fashioned to have a monster maw at the front, here hides countless blades which can be extended out to skewer any intruder attempting to enter via the maw. It is also used to pierce the hulls of ships it can get a hold of. The sails are muted orange. Rather than having masts, the sails are attached to the ship itself.
All ships have smaller supporting structures which help them cut through the water and they can be raised up above water and raise smaller sails which help the boat reach its top speed.
The Fleet consists of around 150 ships.
ABILITIES:Hidden Mist Heralds:
While no great war ship, the white ships are many and what they lack in fire power they make up for in speed. To further their ability, the ships have been imbued with seals and the like, leading to a constant mist, like the Kirigakure staple; The Hidden Mist jutsu - by feeding the ship the cast cost of the jutsu diferent variants of the hidden mist jutsu can be used-, following them around. Each ship possesses a thick mist with a radius of 5 km.
Swifter than wind:
The ships are swift and can race past most ships with no trouble. If the wind is with them? They can outrun ships of higher quality as well. One thing is for certain, the heralds will not be caught and will not be pinned down.
Kyoufu Tonami [Dread Tide]

CLASSIFICATION: Defensive/Offensive.

DESCRIPTION:A Monstrosity of a ship. The Dread Tide makes even the grandest of merchant vessels seem small, even the Grey Goddess stands lower than this mountain. While she will not be traversing any shallow waters, she is a menace to all else existing on the sea.
She is equipped with several weapons and barrels meant for directing jutsu. her sails are made of Wariuchi Battle grade silk and will not be easily damaged, but they do have spare sails in case they are.
The inside of the ship is equipped with several different bays but it includes a fully functional laboratory and operations area for medics. Sleeping quarters with hammocks-bunkbeds in thre tiers. A sizable kitchen as well. A training area which double as an extra meeting room.

Long Range:
While the barrels can guide any jutsu, they favor katon and will boost the katon technique enhancing the power and range of the jutsu. The mechaisms in this ship means the jutsu(as long as it is a projectile) can be boosted out to enhance its range tenfold.
Impenetrable Defense:
To pierce this would be an impossible task. The Dread Tide is known for shrugging off the most piercing attacks in the world, however she does have a limit, if a piercing technique of the higest grade is applied to the exact same place thrice? The hull of the ship can no longer withstand it.
Resistant:
While shrugging off the piercing attacks, she is just as sturdy when it comes to blunt damage and continous pressure. You will need to apply an incredible pressure for 5 rotations to dent the vessel, another 3 rotations to hope to damage its sailing/floating ability.
Last Resort:
The Ship has several Wanigami and Kiniro Shinigami ships stored away to use as escape boats, the boats are shot out of the Dread Tide at an incredible speed to get the escape vessels as far away as possible.
Gensanchi Sentai [Homestead fleet

CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary.
ELEMENT: Doton/Suiton.
RESTRICTIONS: Mizu no Kuni Daimyo - Suiryu Butai
DESCRIPTION:The largest submarine voyager. It is built for deep sea diving, the hull dark and made from the hardest material the nation has been able to provide, so while it is no Ranmataru steel it is no laughing matter either.
The hull is simple, very few cow eyes and only one large sphere where you can get a better view of where you are. However sheets of the outer shell can be draw back to reveal the sea world around you.
The inside is designed for long stays and contain rations to last three years, albeit condensed to cans, powders, and pills. It contains facilities such as a gym, meeting rooms, and general supplies. A medic bay and laboratory. It contains some capacity for growing things, but is is not recommended unless you are only staying for a year.
The large vessel has a few sub vessels meant for exploration, but all in all, only 5 exists. They can most of the population of Kirigakure.
ABILITIES:Deep Sea Voyager:
The Ship can withstand immense pressure, enabling it to withstand things which would normally crush any other ship. It can safely travel to the deepest trench Mizu no Kuni knows, the one by Suiryu Bay. It applies above sea as well, you will not be crushing this ship unless you are applying immense pressre for 10 rotations.
Research Station:
The ship has several smaller vessels which can speed through the waters and withstand the pressure of the deep sea as well. They are equipped with a light, a mechanical hand to pick up things to be stored in its small storage container, four harpoon shots as well, but that is about it. It cannot store food for long journeys at most you'd be able to bring enough rations for a week.
Underwater Weaponry:
The main ship has several harpoon slots and it can fire them great distances to deliver some piercing attacks. It has several cannisters of ink to provide a quick smoke screen to hide in.
Water Dweller:
The ship is able to channel doton and suiton, one for defensive capapbilities and the other for offensive moves. The attacks will extend out to all directions from the ship unless it is a point attack in which case it needs to be directed by the caster. It boosts Doton and suiton defensive moves to be able to endure more.
Same Kakutouka Sentai [Shark Fighter Fleet]

CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary.
ELEMENT: Futon.
RESTRICTIONS: Mizu no Kuni Daimyo - Suiryu Butai
DESCRIPTION:The Shark Fighters are all built with speed in mind. While their material isn't the highest grade, they are lightweight and move far faster than any ordinary ship. They are designed to resemble sharks and have a great view of the waters around them. They come in different sizes, the largest being 10 meters long and a multiple person unit, others are meant for one or two people and much smaller.
The skeleton of the sharks are metal, most of the money was invested in the durable glass windows, the fins are durable as well.
The colors range from grey and white to a muted brown, all resembling colors found on sharks.
ABILITIES:Limit Breaker
The fleet is one of the swiftest in the entire navy. The move at such speeds they can keep up with sudden twits and turns, much like smaller fish do. Their machinery enables them to move faster than any natural shark, only the Mako shark could hope to keep up with the Shark Fighters over short distances.
The ship cannot keep this pace up all day though and will break down if this level of speed is maintained for great lengths of time.
Torpedo Time!
Equipped two options, harpoons or explosives(balls of explosive tags). Only one thing can be used at the time and changing needs 1 rotation. They fire their projectiles from their mouth and at high speeds. Whatever space isn't dedicated to the crew is dedicated to this weaponry.
Cutting Edges
The entire hull is chakra reactive and when fuuton chakra is poured into the hull the entire ship will cut through the water much easier. The fuuton turns the fins and other edges of the ship into blades capable of cutting through wood, thin metal pieces(armor, thin blades, ninja wire etc).
Wanigame Yubi Sentai [Snapper Turtle's Toes fleet]

DESCRIPTION:Made of metal and complicated wiring, the Snapper Turtle fleet is a collection of turtle submarines from before the civil war. They have been updated and repaired and now shine as if newly built.
There is one larger turtle, this is the fleet's admiral's personal ship. The slightly smaller ships making up the rest of the fleet are meant to resemble overgrown turtle young.
The shell of the Snappers is painted to be able to blend in with the ocean, the feet and tail are used to propel it around in the water and the feet are equipped with what looks to be claws. The Snappers have few windows, but inside there is sufficient lighting and a few floors.
ABILITIES:Snapper's shell
All of the Snappers are chakra conductive and chakra can be pushed into specific parts of the turtle to withstand heavy blows or explosive attacks. It is its greatest defense mechanism, but it also allows for easy sending of messeages between the Snappers and any other Kirigakure vessels nearby.
Boom Boom Pow!
The Snappers all contain heavy duty explosives which can be shot out of their mouths. The explosive is capable of breaking apart any regular grade metal and wood certainly doesn't stand a chance. The small Snappers have a total of 50 rounds. The large Snapper has a total of 100 rounds ready to go at all times.
Unless back up rations are stated to be in the hull, then they cannot be reloaded until the ship return to Kirigakure or receive a shipment from another ship/submarine.
