Kirigakure has requested steel from Iwagakure for some steel to help repair the village. Tantetsu Sakichi and Yutakako Katsurou was assign to represent Iwagakure as they are to protect a small convoy of steel and other supplies on the river through the countries of Arashi No Kuni (Storm) and Kawa no Kuni (River). Once into Kawa no Kuni, they would meet up with Sourei Kobashi and Koshutora Ryo who represents from Kirigakure to switch the supplies into a more deep sea boats before continuing on around the non-shinobi nation of Tea Country. Possible threats are from near-by pirates either from near by shinobi countries or the village of Kagerougakure. Once reached to Kirigakure, Sakichi and Katsurou are to stand by and to help as needed or are released from the Mizukage to head back to Iwagakure.
