National Guard Mission Rank: C Rank NPC Required: N/A Random Mission Scenario: Disabled Participants: Uchiha Issei and Uchiha Kazui Description: A heavy storm has passed through the lands of Hi no Kuni, leaving nothing but devastation in it’s wake. Despite that fact, many villages managed to withstand it’s wrath, except one smaller village around the outskirts of Hi no Kuni. The storm passed right over this village, destroying houses, buildings, and throwing trees all over. While most of the villagers survived, some of them are still missing, along with the fact that numerous wild animals have gone out on the prowl in search of food and shelter since their homes have become damaged as well. The people are asking for shinobi assistance to help clean up the area, but most importantly they are being asked to help locate and search for any survivors while protecting the villagers from the threats of stray animals.

Why is this not D rank? There's no immediate threat for the team: "combat with other shinobi is unlikely, combat with wild animals and less threatening forces is more likely".

Gib me a reason to see C rank worth in this. Otherwise it is a cleaning/lost and found D rank.
