DESCRIPTION: Like Flash bomb or Smoke bomb, it may look like small spheres wrapped in paper or they can be more conventional canisters.  ABILITIES: Chili pepper bombs create a red clouds of smoke for a very short instant and on a radius of three meters when it detonates. They are used for create an diversions which cause troublesome irritation at eyes and at nose especially, due to the concentration of capsaicin in the bomb. As they particularly irritate the senses, it causes minor pain that can be used on oneself or on an ally to hope to escape from a very weaker genjutsu.

you'll need to remove this line or edit it to specify that it only causes minor pain towards breaking out of a genjutsu. we use a "pain table" to judge whether or not someone can break out of a genjutsu without Kai - seen here - irritating the senses would count as minor pain and only works on the weaker of genjutsu. the way you have it worded might accidentally lead to someone abusing the pepper bombs.
