Greetings again NFB!

I'd like to start by apologizing on my lameness for both a lack of template to the post and the delay in posting this announcement.

As usual we're always doing things in the background to attempt to improve the site and we've recently made a good few rulings to change the site hopefully for the better.

Training & Missions:

We've decided to update the training and mission rules, as to enable more people playing the scenarios they enjoy, as well as remove any reason for members to not RP certain things with each other. Going forward there will be no mission or training thread cap, but instead you'll simply be limited in how often you can turn them in at one per week. You'll now post up the completion of both in your purchases threads to help us keep track.

Leadership Ruling:

To better communicate the responsibilities of our kage's, lords and lady's going forward there is going to be a list of requirements for a leader to perform. This list presently consists of things already listed in responsibilities, but it'll be less gray on what is or isn't acceptable. Every AC we will be checking on leaders activity to make sure they meet this list. Each AC it's missed will force us to peg a strike onto that member, upon getting three strikes they will be evaluated for removal and only in the rarest instances be given the chance to continue being leader.

Promotion System:

After much discussion we decided the rate at which many want to rank greatly exceeds what would be reasonable within the universe we're RP'ing. Due to this we're increasing the wait between SA acquisition and promotion in order to try to keep a more reasonable rate of performance enhancement. As even the greatest of shinobi in Naruto, who'd we'd not even allow be made on this site took longer to reach their ranks than we can on site. You're welcome to attempt to appeal for an earlier promotion, but this will need to be a higher ranked appeal as it will now be against the standing guidelines.

Jutsu Index:

As many have pointed out in the past and gotten confused over previously, we've decided that having two separate boards and threads for jutsu can be confusing and is unnecessary. Our 'canon' jutsu index has been moved to the archive for now, to maintain good links until that can be sorted. However all the list jutsu have been added to the jutsu threads in Jutsu and Abilities registration. They're in the same threads as the other jutsu index, but kept in a separate post to designate they were created by the site and thus we have more control over them. IE: Balancing changes, rewording to clear confusion or simply screw around with coding for practice.

Return of an Aikon:

Due to Thetis's sudden departure from the staff, our former staff member Aika has offered her aid and thus is returning to the staff team. Aika had good reasons to step down earlier, so please be extra kind and considerate to her on this return. As well as obviously thank and congratulate her return to the staff team!
