DESCRIPTION: The Cloud Hopper is an old river barge drawn from retirement and given a new life.  not a very expensive ship. The captain has taken special care to turn it into something of a mobile home. The ship is some 60 feet long from and 20 feet wide.  From keel to the raised top deck the ship is only 15 feet in height, leaving little room for space below decks.  Instead the interior is only a small cabin.  It has a small but well equipped galley as well as a comfortable sitting room.  Two small lofts make up the partial second floor, but by the looks of the ship it holds more people outside. Atop the roof of the cabin is the rear deck and it holds both some open space, and the wheel house.  A canopy of woven canvas provides shade, and a handful of comfortable hammocks are tied between different posts.  There are a few colorful flags decorating the ship, but the most obvious bares the symbol of Iwagakure on it. ABILITIES: This ship does not fly under its own power.  It sails on the wind as any ship in the water would.  The fact that it can fly stems only from Ryoko's ability to manipulate the density and weight of objects with her earth jutsu. Likewise, this ship is made from wood, and is not overly reinforced.  It is just an old barge, with some living space. The sails on this ship are clearly special hanging below instead of above.  With their weight supported on great levers they are able to be manipulated through many axis of rotation, allowing the ship to catch the wind from almost any angle, even allowing the captain to tack almost directly into the wind. To save on chakra there are also a large number of sandbags acting as ballast tied from each side and from the front and back of the ship.  Releasing these can allow the ship to fly higher and weight to make it lighter, but chakra must be used to make the ship heavier.
