Rumors about a sinister cult using human sacrifices have been spreading out. The local law enforcement failed to find their hideout, but they did managed to capture one of their fanatic members, who claimed their group were cleaning the city of its impure inhabitants before taking his own life. Most of the victims have been young people, no older than twenty-five, and they all went missing during a full-moon. Sagyo sent word to the Hidden Leaf, begging for Shinobi assistance.
