She had never seen or heard her brother cry before, the tears that ran down his cheek and onto her shoulder was a realization to the girl that this was just as hard for Hotaru than it was for herself. It’s a shame they had to be separated, but there was no point in dwelling in the past, she stood before him now having grown out of her illness stricken childhood healthy and more mature - though it wasn’t like she had the luxury of choosing to grow up slow, she had to take care of herself and others throughout the years.

"I know..” The girl mumbled softly beneath her voice, shifting her gaze towards the drapes, watching as sunlight continued to shine through. "I probably would have done the same, if the roles were reversed.” It was clear that Kazui respected her brother’s decision of sending her back - he only wanted the best for her

"But there is so much that remains unsaid, and I wouldn’t be able to live with myself knowing that I let you go without getting a chance to catch up on lost time.”

She often wished things could be different, that she could’ve had a normal life, or at least have her brother around as she grew older. But wishful thinking never got much done, they had the rest of their lives to get to know one another and that’s all the girl could truly ask for.

Crimson hues focused back onto Hotaru as he explained that it’d be best if they left the orphanage soon. She questioned the reason why but she understood that it wouldn't be optimal for them to stay around innocent children while they were wanted individuals. But where could they possibly go? Besides, this was the life he built away from Konohagakure - surely the decision was a tough one to make. The girl sighed. "You’re right.” If being discovered was their main concern then the two would more than likely have to live a nomadic lifestyle, ever moving - much like the wind. Perhaps they could create multiple safe havens along the way. As much as she hated to say, the ANBU were overly persistent, so they would never call off their search.

One of the smartest in her class, the Uchiha often found herself correcting and/or helping out people older than herself. Many considered her very intellectual then, but that was just only the surface of her potential. Now, the girl is regarded as a genius, her IQ is nothing to be taken lightly or to be taken for granted, even as a young chunin. The teen possesses amazing mental capacity, is able to concentrate flawlessly even in the heat of battle, can calculate things in her head with great speed, and is able to remember many things with perfect recollection, even if it’s just useless information that is meant to be disregarded. In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. The girl is highly alert, aware, and very analytical, and she is also very ingenious and is capable of thinking outside of the box as well. Not only is she capable of reading, analyzing, and breaking down a person’s fighting style, but she can also determine what kind of person they are just by the way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and their thoughts on certain things. While doing this, it’s incredibly difficult to deceive the girl, especially if one is not skilled in the art of deception. Furthermore, Kazui can formulate numerous plans to certain situations in mere seconds. She thinks 10 steps ahead, and always has a back up plan just incase.

Gone In The Wind - Blistering Speed
As a child, Kazui was born weaker than others. Her health conditions set the girl at a disadvantage physically since birth, however her constant effort and drive to become the best has pushed her far beyond many others the same rank as herself. Her speed is nothing to be taken lightly, she has pushed herself physically to be able to not only outpace her opponent, but outright force them into keeping up with her and pushing them to the brink with her speed as well. The girl is fast, quick, and agile, even rivaling those who dedicated their entire life to the art of taijutsu to the point where if they haven’t specifically honed their speed, then the girl could outright outclass them in that regard. Those with weak perception often have trouble perceiving the girl’s movements, and to a normal human’s eye perceiving her is nigh impossible. All of her movements are inhumanly quick and hard to keep track of, and when used in conjunction with her sharingan, it can make her a formidable opponent for even the strongest of shinobi.

There was a problem that Kazui noticed during her time in the academy and that was the fact that she often found herself tiring out and exhausting herself rather quickly, even when she had just started she could feel herself beginning to wilt. So to counter those measures, the girl studied and asked around, trying to find the reason behind it and if there was a way she could fix it. She wasn’t born with massive reserves so while she utilized her justus, she often did so wastefully. But now, the girl has managed to control the amount of chakra she uses in a technique that allows her to fight much longer than before. She uses the absolute bare minimum of the chakra that’s needed, and not a drop more.

Uchiha Bloodline: Two Tomoe Sharingan
Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. One tomoe unlocks the eye of insight, it grants the user the ability to see chakra within an opponent or ally and it also gives an increase to the user’s perceptive abilities. Two tomoe grants the user the eye of hypnotism, while in turn increasing the previous abilities that the ‘Eye of Insight’ grants. The girl’s precognition and perception is heightened well beyond what’s achievable by even the most skilled and elite shinobi, allowing her more of a predictive insight on her opponent as well as the world around her. In terms of her being able to track extremely fast objects and people alike, the eye also allows a natural reactive ability that helps her respond more accurately than a single tomoe could ever allow. Kazui is one quick girl, which isn’t hard to tell. Thanks to her training, the girl has amazing agility and reflexes that allow her to keep herself out of harms way. Even without her sharingan being active, Kazui possesses sharp perceptive abilities and reflexes that allows her to become an escape artist of some sort as well as a complete nuisance to those trying to fight her. The girl’s reaction speed is superb and not to be taken lightly as it is, however, when the dojutsu is active, taking into account the girl’s great speed and adding her keen reflexes into the mix, it’s capabilities are much more potent and useful to the Uchiha. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

Wake Up To Reality - KME Genjutsu Prowess
As an Uchiha it is believed that Kazui and many of her clanmen were born with a natural affinity for the art of genjutsu, but of course none of it can ever come to fruition if there is no effort placed behind it. However, since she was constantly reminded by those around her about that fact, the girl began to focus on the art more than ever before.

Although her illusions do become much more elaborate, less flawed in a certain sense, and stronger, the true results come more in the form of defending herself against genjutsu. Her vast knowledge of the art as well as her training and extremely high sensory capabilities allow for the Uchiha’s escape efforts to be significantly stronger than it normally is, allowing her to free herself from genjutsu up to 1 rank above what she is typically capable of via the special ability granted to the Uchiha with The Sharingan’s genjutsu escape. As Kazui grew older and gained more experience and familiarity with the ninja arts, the girl’s chakra control had essentially been mastered along with her speed and accuracy with forming hand-seals. Countless of hours spent training, learning, and even creating new jutsu has made the girl grow familiar with every seal needed to perform any jutsu, every motion for every combination, her body absorbed and memorized - allowing her to flow through the motions with no given thought or effort. Her speed with forming these seals is insanely quick and precise, she’s even capable of stringing together the lengthiest combinations of hand seals and casting jutsu faster than most can even dream of keeping up with, making it appear as if she hadn’t even tried to use any hand-seals to begin with. Her vast knowledge and familiarity with sealing in addition to her refined chakra control has lead her to being able to utilize only a single hand to form a seal as well, though she only does this under certain circumstances.

While that would provide them some challenge in overcoming security, it would also make it more difficult for the Leaf to operate without creating political strife.

Part of him wanted to retreat west into Wood or Law Country, but he knew they’d come for a fresh nukenin eventually no matter where they went. Truth be told they would have found him here eventually more than likely, without his mind in tact, but he wouldn’t give her that grim detail.

"We have some time, you’ll need to rest before we travel,” he told her. He seemed to have gotten control of his composure again and released her. "Let’s take a step outside.”

So long as she followed he would lead her out of the front door and into the streets of Tori. Canals where at their sides as they walked along dry dirt paths that were well traveled. Some of the nicer buildings features hints of green bushes and savanna trees.

While they had time, he should try to make the most of it.

"We can talk about more serious matters later,” he said. "When is the last time that you’ve eaten?”

He’d point to a place that rose with the smell of cumin. Curry was a popular dish here, better prepared here than anywhere else.

The girl remained silent for the most part as Hotaru mentioned that she would need to rest before they made their move. There was no argument to be made there, although her emotions gave the false impression that she was energized, but truthfully her body was exhausted especially after spending close to a year wandering somewhat aimlessly until she managed to find who she had been searching for. Physical and mental exhaustion was beginning to feel like a burden on the young teen’s shoulders. Food was often scarce, but she didn’t require a lot to begin with - often finding just barely enough ingredients to consider her ‘meal’ nutritional.

Nevertheless, as her brother’s embrace came to an end, Kazui would take a step back, wipe her eyes again, and give him a nod. "Hai..” She spoke in agreement. Following behind Hotaru, the two would take to the streets of Tori. It was a beautiful place with a bit of greenery, much to the likes of Hi no Kuni.

As she continued through the canals, her mind raced a mile a minute, mostly thoughts of where they would be heading after leaving this place behind. Different places had different advantages, and Kazui couldn’t help but find herself trying to analyze it all. It wasn’t until Hotaru spoke up that her focus would return. Soft ebony eyes looked up towards Hotaru, she knew he wouldn’t be too happy to hear her response. "It’s been maybe a day..” Give or take. Following his point, the girl would glance at the restaurant adjacent to them, a delight scent escaping from within its walls, she’d feel a slight growl in her stomach.

Kazui would start making her way towards the restaurant, but before they could get to the entrance she would jog ahead of her brother, turning on her heel, essentially cutting off his path. "I want to pay for us…since you paid for our meal last time.” She explained to Hotaru in her soft spoken yet somewhat serious tone. The girl wouldn’t enter until he agreed.

[attr="class","hotaruBody"]Hotaru paused when she offered to pay for the food, his expression blank beneath his collar for a moment. He shrugged his shoulders and a small smile curled onto his lip. "That’s fair,” he agreed. "You are grown I suppose.”

He’d head into the restaurant. The main room was large and featured a sunroof that allowed natural lighting to glow against cobblestone walls. A drab brown banner with golden frills and intricate triangular patterns hung above a large banquet table against the center left wall. Then there were rows of stools with yellow cushions along a central table. Customers paid little mind to their entry and talked among themselves. Behind the common area the movement of two chefs in white coats could be seen.
A man with bronze skin and dark hair wearing a black uniform stepped to meet them.

"Dr. Kazutoshi, nice to see you,” the man said. "Oh, what a spitting resemblance. Family from out of town?”

"Yes,” Hotaru said. "We’d like a private table please.”

"Oh, sure. Right this way,” he said.

Hotaru followed them to an area on the right side of the restaurant where little sliding doors rested. The silhouettes of people could be seen in one that they passed by and then the host took the to one that was empty. The inside was a small room with a small dining table and chairs. Hotaru nodded at them and they made their way away from them after telling them they would be attended to soon.

After getting seated, he looked at Kazui and took a deep breath out.

"I’m happy to see you again,” he said. "It feels like I’ve woken up from a deep sleep.”

For a moment Kazui stood there motionless as Hotaru’s words began to register within her mind. Was it really that easy? The girl wasn’t sure what to exactly expect from her brother, part of her figured that he would try to treat her as a kid like everyone else tends to do, but that wasn’t the case. He even went as far as acknowledging that she wasn’t a child anymore. A smile curled on the teen’s lips as a wave of happiness washed over her.

Regardless she would quickly follow behind. The interior of the place was beautiful, which was something Kazui hadn’t seen in awhile. "Fancy.” She spoke softly. The intricate designs as well as the addition of the private booths made the establishment seem rather high end compared to what she had grown used to, though she wasn’t complaining. Dark hues scanned the place religiously, looking for anything interesting or anything that felt out of place. Everything seemed to check out however.

Her attention was drawn back towards Hotaru once one of the server’s greeted him as Dr. Kazutoshi and made a mention of family visiting from out of town. Kazui wouldn’t say anything however, instead she’d just give the man a wave as her brother handled the talking. A private booth for the two of them would allow them privacy to catch up and enjoy one another’s company without having to worry about being recognized by anyone unwanted.

Nevertheless, Kazui continued to follow shortly behind Hotaru’s footsteps. Looking at each individual booth as they passed them by until they were brought into an unoccupied space. The girl would grab a seat across from Hotaru without acknowledging the server for a second time.

"Yeah, I’m happy to be here with you again. I’m sorry..for not staying in Konohagakure. I just…” She wasn’t sure if any explanation she had would’ve been reasonable. Part of her felt as if she was just being a brat. "It’s not fair..” She mumbled gently beneath her voice. Her childhood was stolen, and their family was completely broken apart. One part due to fate, the other due to corrupt leadership. It wasn’t fair.

In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. Her health conditions set the girl at a disadvantage physically since birth, however her constant effort and drive to become the best has pushed her far beyond many others the same rank as herself. Her speed is nothing to be taken lightly, she has pushed herself physically to be able to not only outpace her opponent, but outright force them into keeping up with her and pushing them to the brink with her speed as well. The girl is fast, quick, and agile, even rivaling those who dedicated their entire life to the art of taijutsu to the point where if they haven’t specifically honed their speed, then the girl could outright outclass them in that regard. Those with weak perception often have trouble perceiving the girl’s movements, and to a normal human’s eye perceiving her is nigh impossible. All of her movements are inhumanly quick and hard to keep track of, and when used in conjunction with her sharingan, it can make her a formidable opponent for even the strongest of shinobi.

There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. The girl’s reaction speed is superb and not to be taken lightly as it is, however, when the dojutsu is active, taking into account the girl’s great speed and adding her keen reflexes into the mix, it’s capabilities are much more potent and useful to the Uchiha. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

He searched his pockets for a kunai to hold onto beneath the table in case of an ambush, but remembered that he had thought himself a man of peace not an hour ago and his weapons were stashed in a seal hidden behind his bed.

"You’ve come here now of your own accord, so the situation is different,” he said. "You’ll be safer with me now. We can’t undo the past, but maybe we can bring some fairness to others.”

He smiled as his eyes caught a shadow approaching the door. There was a knock, followed by it opening and the waiter reappearing with a pitcher of fresh water that had slices of lemon floating in it. As it opened, the noise of conversations in the restaurant floated in at a louder volume. The waiter poured it for both of them and stood, expecting an order from them.

"Oh. I will have vegetable curry please,” he said. He looked to Kazui to order, knowing that she hadn’t really time to look at the menu. There were various forms of curry as well as other cuisines that were more familiar from back in the east available. After she ordered the waiter would depart and allow them privacy once again.

She didn’t have to apologize, but there was a strong desire to do so even though she knew that she hadn’t done anything wrong in particular. The girl knew however that Hotaru didn’t plan on ever remembering her again, which was why she felt bad and a bit down - she didn’t mean to throw a wrench into his plans. "I know but..” Kazui would take a moment to think about the entire situation as whole, putting herself into Hotaru’s shoes. Had the roles been reversed, she would’ve wanted her younger sibling to be in a place that was relatively safe and definitely not wandering various nations looking for her.

The girl took a deep breath and simply smiled. There was no point of complaining now, besides she had the coolest brother ever and he was sitting right across from her, that’s all she could really ask for.

"I guess you’re right.”

Before she could add on however there would be a knock at the door. Giving the waiter her attention, she’d watch as her glass was filled with water.

"Can I have vegetable curry as well?” She asked. She was his younger, it was only right that she copied him from time to time. Nevertheless, the waiter would jot down the orders and would quickly let the two return to their privacy.

"The orphanage can continue without my direct hand at this point,” Hotaru said. "I’ve trained a small staff and acquired financial backing for it from the city. It was a step in the right direction, and a large part of that wanted to live that fantasy for the rest of my days.”

He studied her with his silver eyes as he spoke. He had only been able to quell his need for justice when he sent her back with his ideals planted in the recesses of her mind. It gave him hope that one day she might have risen to a rank of influence to bring change to Konohagakure. That was off the table now, he thought, but he didn’t view Kazui as a pawn to be played. If coming here was her choice then he would support her, and he was all the happier for her company. It just meant that he could not retire to a peaceful existence, one that was never meant for him.

"At one point, I wanted to join with those who wanted to burn it all down so that we could build things back better,” Hotaru whispered. "I don’t think that is the best way anymore. I’d like to continue operations to save kids from the life, but I’d also like to go to areas creating these situations and build those communities up and remove the wolves who prey upon them.” He paused for a moment. He usually didn’t like to give big speeches, and it almost felt like a sales pitch, but it was a good way to better communicate what he was all about than anything he could think of. "Is that something you could get behind, Kazui?”

Kazui listened closely to what her brother had to say in return, it was kind of an interesting topic to her and she enjoyed learning more about what drives Hotaru to keep going. The girl would turn her attention completely to him as he explained that the orphanage would be fine without him having a direct hand in their affairs. He was fairly confident in the capabilities of his associates and with him still backing them they would be in good hands.

"Well I’m sure they are all beyond grateful to have had you for that long.” The girl said, her eyes averting back towards her glass of water, condensation running down the length of the cup and creating a tiny puddle on the table beneath. Kazui would take a sip despite not being particularly thirsty at the moment, she just really enjoyed the taste of the lemon.

She would continue to listen to her brother, glancing back and forth between his cool gray eyes and various objects in the booth - she knew she could let her guard down a bit with him. The mention of a previous reviewer organization however would cause her eyes to lock onto his. She was never really fond of Gattai, and unfortunately she had to interact with former members to attempt to find Hotaru, thinking that her brother might have joined their ranks.

Honestly, she was just glad that he decided to find his own way. Willing to help the less fortunate while not exactly targeting the villages as a whole, it was much more sensible and surely something that Kazui could find herself helping out with.

"Unfortunately I’ve seen just how cruel this world can be, especially for children. Though it wasn't something that I originally concerned myself with, being so far beyond the village’s gates has opened my eyes to the bigger issues that we face..so..” Political drama was now trivial to her. Miniscule in comparison to the injustice that the innocent often had to endure without much of a say. "I’d love to help in any way that I can.” The girl answered.

In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. The girl is highly alert, aware, and very analytical, and she is also very ingenious and is capable of thinking outside of the box as well. Not only is she capable of reading, analyzing, and breaking down a person’s fighting style, but she can also determine what kind of person they are just by the way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and their thoughts on certain things. Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. One tomoe unlocks the eye of insight, it grants the user the ability to see chakra within an opponent or ally and it also gives an increase to the user’s perceptive abilities. Two tomoe grants the user the eye of hypnotism, while in turn increasing the previous abilities that the ‘Eye of Insight’ grants. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

As an Uchiha it is believed that Kazui and many of her clanmen were born with a natural affinity for the art of genjutsu, but of course none of it can ever come to fruition if there is no effort placed behind it. However, since she was constantly reminded by those around her about that fact, the girl began to focus on the art more than ever before.

Although her illusions do become much more elaborate, less flawed in a certain sense, and stronger, the true results come more in the form of defending herself against genjutsu. The chance to really get to know his sister had presented itself to him, and he wasn’t going to pass the opportunity up. "I’m really happy to hear that, Kazui,” he said. "Being all alone, it was really hard.” It felt odd to be vulnerable, he hadn’t really been since before Kazui was born with someone who bore her likeness.

The door to the booth opened once more and in came the waiter with two bowls. The dishes still simmered with a golden-brown sauce over a bed of potato and chickpeas. The steam gave off the scents of cumin, garlic, and cooked onion. He placed the bowls in front of them and bowed, departing and leaving them back to their privacy for a final time. Hotaru didn’t go for a bite at first, instead he leaned over the dish and breathed in the aroma of it with his eyes closed before he sat back and looked at Kazui again.

"There is still bound to be trouble for us, and should I see the opportunity to save someone far to young for that life I will take it even if it means agitating a village,” Hotaru said. He wanted to make sure that she understood his position. "But I hope to work towards gaining political allies who can put an end to it legally.”

After speaking he lifted a spoon into the curry and gathered a small amount of food and brought it to his mouth. It had a hearty warmth and spice to it that sang in his mouth. It was hard to maintain a serious face after tasting something as pleasant as one of his favorite foods, he smiled at Kazui and hoped that she would enjoy the dish as well.

Kazui gave her brother a weak smile and chuckled, she was glad to see just how relieved he was that she agreed. "Yeah, I’ll always have your back, you won’t have to do it all by yourself. We were meant to take care of each other after all.” She reassured her brother as her expression grew softer. It was a heartwarming moment, but this was the first time that Kazui truly saw her brother, or anyone from their clan for that matter, being so open and vulnerable.

Nevertheless, Kazui would straighten herself in her seat and arrange her side of the table to have enough room for their food, she could sense the waiter returning - so she just assumed the man would have their food as well. Once the door opened, the waiter would rest the two bowls in front of the two of them. The girl had to admit that the food looked amazing, definitely one of the best dishes she had seen in months. "Thank you.” She spoke softly, bowing her head slightly as the waiter would do the same before making his exit.

Unlike her brother however, Kazui would dive directly into the meal, taking a small bite of veggies as Hotaru explained there were still dangers ahead for them, seeing as he was willing to step in and help any child that may need it regardless of the village in question. Though, their ultimate goal would be to find a way to put an end to it legally.

The girl smiled. She was well aware of just how dedicated Hotaru was, seeing as he had risked life and limb in order to reconnect with his younger sister. However, instead of reminding him of the incident, Kazui nodded in agreement. "That is fine.” She answered. "But I want to make sure we can do so in the safest way possible.” She stated, giving even more thought to what she had said. There was always safety in numbers, that was something that she had to figure out over time - despite being one of the strongest kunoichi from Konoha, she learned to put her pride aside and accept help from those who offered it.

"Perhaps we can try to find like minded individuals?”

She suggested before taking another bite of the curry.

He wouldn’t be able to act as brazenly as before, but that meant doing smaller acts and indirect opposition. They couldn’t take on much more heat than their rogue status afforded them. In the end he wanted to focus on helping as many people as he could, and right now he could do more focusing on small acts than he could trying to topple the evils of the shinobi system head on.

"We’ll start by going to an area where one of the smaller villages are, close enough to impact several of the larger ones. I think we’ll be able to avoid the local security easier than they would,” Hotaru said. "We will focus on finding more people first, I know of a powerful shinobi with a like mind who might be willing to join our cause.”

He didn’t feel safe saying out loud where their destination was, something so specific could endanger them if they had somehow missed an eavesdropped able to pick up their hushed words. He brought another spoonful to his lips and lightly blew on the chunk of potato before putting it into his mouth. He took a few moments to chew it and then wiped his mouth after swallowing.

"I hope that you are enjoying the meal,” Hotaru said. "Take care to drink as much fluid as you can,” he said, hinting that their next movement was going to take them through the desert once more. He didn’t dare to cross through Amegakure a second time. Even if Kaze no Kuni was an ally of Konoha, the outskirts of the desert seemed a better chance for them to get to Kawa no Kuni.

"Just passing through this time though,” he said. The last time they went to the desert he was dropping her off to get taken back home. This time would be different.

Despite the leaf village painting the vision of Hotaru being an enemy of their home and an all around bad guy, Kazui couldn’t help but to feel the warmth of not only his chakra, but the general love and care he gave off whenever she was around. It was clear that she meant the world to him, and the same could be said vice versa. The teen just couldn’t wrap her head around why they were so adamant on giving up on him, especially at such an early age. There was a love she had for both Konoha, as well as her brother, so choosing either, felt as if she were turning her back on the other.

However at this point it was clear where her heart truly resided.

So the plan would be for them to find refuge within a smaller nation that would potentially allow for them to quickly get involved with any of the more established nations at the drop of the hat. The girl’s mind pondered, but it didn’t take long for her to land on the thought of residing in River country. Previous missions as a genin showed her just how accessible the other nations were from this particular country. She’d keep this thought to herself though, for obvious reasons. As for the shinobi that Hotaru mentioned, well Kazui would just have to see for herself. She wasn’t all too open when it came to outsiders.

Nevertheless, Kazui would continue to eat, only stopping to sip away at her water from time to time. "Hai.” Since Hotaru made it clear that they would need to stay hydrated as they would be passing through Wind country, she would make sure to do just that.

"I must say, I am excited to finally be able to work beside you.” She spoke with a smile. Rumor had it that he was an outstanding shinobi, once in a generation some may even consider. Though she did have a brief scuffle with him before, she highly doubted that he displayed the true range of his abilities.

The teen possesses amazing mental capacity, is able to concentrate flawlessly even in the heat of battle, can calculate things in her head with great speed, and is able to remember many things with perfect recollection, even if it’s just useless information that is meant to be disregarded. In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. The girl is highly alert, aware, and very analytical, and she is also very ingenious and is capable of thinking outside of the box as well. Not only is she capable of reading, analyzing, and breaking down a person’s fighting style, but she can also determine what kind of person they are just by the way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and their thoughts on certain things. Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

Wake Up To Reality - KME Genjutsu Prowess
As an Uchiha it is believed that Kazui and many of her clanmen were born with a natural affinity for the art of genjutsu, but of course none of it can ever come to fruition if there is no effort placed behind it. However, since she was constantly reminded by those around her about that fact, the girl began to focus on the art more than ever before.

Although her illusions do become much more elaborate, less flawed in a certain sense, and stronger, the true results come more in the form of defending herself against genjutsu. Based on her performance in the chunin exams with two more years of training behind her belt he had no doubt that she was a huge threat to anyone who crossed her.

"My methods of movement generally involve a great deal of what I learned back then. If you’ve found me though, you must possess some sort of skill in tracking or perhaps something more. Am I correct?” he asked.

Could it be that she was a skilled enough tracker to find his chakra signature? He had heard rumors of people reaching that level of skill in sensory ninjutsu, but he wasn’t sure of it. Either way, it would be a valuable tool for staying ahead of ANBU if they chose to come after them.

Kazui gave her brother a smile as he mentioned how he finally had someone he could trust around, it meant the world to her to hear him say such a thing. "I guess the same could be said for the both of us.” The teen spoke jokingly, laughing a bit awkwardly as she realized even when she was in Konoha surrounded by friends, there was still a sense of mistrust she felt, a type of energy that she knew Hotaru wouldn’t reciprocate in the slightest.

A slight sigh escaped her lips however as Hotaru insisted that she may have surpassed him in regards to their combat ability. Though, in all honesty it was flattering for those around her to notice just how much hard work she put into her craft, it made her think that maybe if she did stick with the typical career as a kunoichi that she might’ve actually become Hokage one day - but the chances of that happening now were virtually out of the window.

As it now stood, Kazui was simply just living, and only time would tell what they will be faced with, regardless the girl was ready to take on the world and potentially help those who need it.

"Well, I wouldn’t label myself much of a skilled tracker or anything of that nature.” The girl spoke as she lowered her spoon, potentially underselling herself but it was how she felt. "It took me nearly a year to find you..but I was fortunate to learn from the Hokage’s assistant after the chunin exams, which is how I learned sensory, and without it I may not have found you today.” She answered, lifting her spoon and taking another bite of her curry. "It’s pretty cool actually. I can theoretically keep tabs on everyone as far as 15 kilometers out, but it can get a bit overwhelming at times.” There was more to the ability that the girl left unexplained, such as its ability to feel if a person is generally cold or welcoming, as well as the ability of sensing emotions to a degree.

Regardless, after taking her final bite, the girl would push the bowl to the side. There was still a bit leftover, but she didn’t want to stuff herself too much.
