The more damage the deer has sustained before its demise, the less useful it'll be to the family once it's been processed.

With some of the profits they've requested for some capable hands and keen eyes to help sift for gold. Once the participants have found enough gold to pay for the mission, Kumogakure will be keeping a small percentage of whatever is found. The extra hands should be more than worth it though.

Bear necessities Mission Rank: C NPC Required: No (optional) Random Mission Scenario: Disabled Participants: Open Description: Something has caused a massive bear to leave its natural habitat and walk the streets of the village of Biei. Something has riled up the bear and the villagers are afraid to go outside because the beast appears to be vicious. In order to easily locate the bear, one should talk to the village leader living in the small hut at the center of the village; it may even be possible to just track down the bear normally. Killing the bear will suffice if that's the route that you want to go, but capturing the bear is also a valid option.

Silent hills Mission Rank: B NPC Required: yes Random Mission Scenario: Enabled Participants: Open Description: Something has been driving all kinds of animals out of Shire Valley, and this seems to be the cause of the massive bear that made it's way into Biei Village. Additionally, people that have journeyed through the valley have been going missing recently. Investigate the cause of this strange activity, and put a stop to it if possible. The threat level of whatever is causing the strange activity is currently unknown, but whatever it is seems to be most active whenever there's a thick layer of fog covering the valley.
