Continuing to observe her surroundings, the Mikatakujira watched as a familiar speedy warrior came closing in, it wasn't the first time she had to face this fighter. Waruichi Asuka... weeks... months prior, they had a hand in a pot holding an assembly for students, albeit Kuni was roped into it. Now, well what was going to happen was very much not for academy students to watch. With this setup, it was a true blood sport. The Chūnin had no pleasantries to say to Asuka, she just waited and looked around for the other Kunoichi to come for combat. Kunikunosaku felt her threads start tensing. Hey... now is that fair? She thought as she watched Asuka. The Takigakure shinobi didn't even get to throw a strike before her threads pulled her back, watching as blurs quickly shot past her peripherals. The girl clenched her teeth as she moved back. It looked like things would be especially harder but by clearing past her monsters, she hoped they would divert their attacks towards Asuka.

Kunikunosaku for the most part remained silent. She had to keep her wits and focus on her opponent... and the monsters bold enough to cross into the high pitched area, to her, she didn't know of the sound being emitted but knew something about this clearing was making it relatively safe. As to how Kunikunosaku did not know. She just knew she needed to take out Asuka fast, and with the indirect help of the monsters, now didn't seem impossible. After all, they were not Genin this time around, there also was no backup. The Mikatakujira looked around before weaving a singular seal, adorning that Earthen armor once more to protect her from wayward attacks. The Kunoichi focused on the situation before her, a powerful area-of-effect attack would surely clear them to fight, however, most of Kuni's attacks were to devastate a singular opponent, not the multiples.

With tools to protect herself, Kuni would slowly eject the second dagger she has with her. An attempt to give herself the advantage of versatility. The girl hoped that her dodge made them go after the next Kunoichi, Kunikunosaku didn't know how much chakra her opponent had left and that variable made things rather difficult to gauge, so forth, she truly had to rely on the environment if she wanted even the slightest chance to win.

Jiongu | Earth Grudge Fear

After having to recycle the roots that ended up killing the previous Apprentice just to transfer Jiongu to Kunikunosaku, the mass of black roots recollects most of its abilities from the Apprentice previous while forming new ones with its new master/host, Kunikunosaku. As far as the roots are concerned, like any organism, it desires to feed and survive, all else is not required, nor necessary to function. As for the Symbiotic Relationship benefits Kunikunosaku can control the thread-like roots however she wishes. The thread are quite versatile, acting much like surgical threads they can be used to sew up wounds stretch, or harden for attacks akin to squid tentacles, as well as being equally flexible and significantly dexterous. In time, Kunikunosaku will learn that as long as they keep a heart attached to at least some of the roots making up her body at all times, she is functionally immortal, only dying once all the threads are completely removed from any living hearts, and is unable to be poisoned. Because all of her vital organs and their corresponding systems are gone, Kunikunosaku has no need to breathe, eat, or sleep. The roots are sufficiently maintained by storing hearts that are pumping and living, in turn drawing sustenance from them. These roots also allow Kunikunosaku to utilize the inherent nature of any hearts she adds to their body, allowing them to perform jutsu of that element as if it was their natural affinity.

Symbiotic Relationship: Mutualism

After gaining knowledge on how Jiongu behaves and acts, Kunikunosaku developed a strong bond with the Jiongu entity. Accepting both live in her now; that both are what makes up Kunikunosaku. As a result of this understanding and bond, Jiongu aids her in combat - despite being a small boost. When conditions are met, Jiongu can provide an aided strength boost to Kunikunosaku during combat. It is still relative to her natural strength at the time. While this has no speed benefits, this boost of strength can put her up to par with the max strength of her peers at the same rank level. As she matures and gains new skills and new statuses. So too does her strength grow.

Symbiotic Bond: Strong Mind, Strong Body
As Kunikunosaku developed a stronger relationship with Jiongu, the creature bestowed Kunikunosaku an additional gift. That which is bestowed grants her the body as strong as her will. As long as she has the will to fight and keep pushing forward, Kunikunosaku has attained a sense of a strong body. She can still feel all the pain she receives, however, her will will push through it; literally making her body push through the pain and maintain functionality despite the egregious wounds she may receive. Overwhelming pain at one time or other will breaking input can debilitate the girl's will-driven tolerance to falter to the degree of an average shinobi, opening her up to common pain. It is this will that allows her to force the tendrils/roots/threads to repair themselves from injury or stitch back together. This will increases with her skill as she becomes more confident and driven to satiate both her needs and Jiongu's.

Power of a God:
After a great time learning how to control Jiongu, Kunikunosaku has learned to store chakra in each of her threads so long as they continue to be attached to at least one of her hearts. This extra storage capacity allows the girl to amass greater amounts of chakra within herself, expanding her reserves beyond that of the normal shinobi her rank. As with many other abilities, this ability continues to grow as the girl does through the ranks and years.

Cursed Master:

As a reward for attaining a greater deal of control over her symbiotic relationship with Jiongu, Kunikunosaku acquired the keys to the gate of mastering her abilities. This new boon allows Kunikunosaku to double the impact of her EGF ninjutsu. In addition, a passive boon is the ability to completely negate Jiongu's manipulation to consume more hearts. These boons together allow Kuni to further manipulate Jiongu against its basic natures, improving her unique utilization. While still young and unrefined, the ability is expected to grow as their bond deepens to even further levels.

Medical Knowledge:

Being from Takigakure's prestigious clan medical clan, Kunikunosaku is also set to learn the human anatomy, biology, and Kinesthetics, While this knowledge DOES NOT give her access to Medical Ninjutsu Techniques, however, the knowledge does unlock abilities of precision to the human body with every attack. This knowledge grants field combat medic aid but nowhere near the degree of those actually trained in it.

DESCRIPTION:

Using the fact that their body is little more than a mass of jiongu threads to their advantage, the user will quickly escape out of the path of a incoming attack by by pushing out through their feet or any body part that is in contact with the ground, the tendrils burrowing into the ground as they make their escape with them reappearing a short distance away. Much like the replacement technique, the user must prep themselves to burrow away a post ahead of time.

Description
Doton: Yari is a Ninjutsu based off of the Maisou no Jutsu of Takigakure. After forming the needed Snake handseal, the user will harden their body using the Earth Element. It should also be noted that this version is much, much weaker than the Taki clan's true embodiment technique.

JUST REMEMBER , ANYONE CAN MAKE A FIST

As Asuka made her way towards the signature her suspicions were true it was Kuni. "Long time no see!” the girl would say exchanging a quick pleasantry, setting herself up for battle seeing that she was what stood between her and victory.

But before there was any response the presence of monsters would force Asuka’s attention towards them and before she even had time to fully turn her head the two were quickly swarmed. Charging the two of them at a great speeds, faster than anything that Asuka could hope to match at her current level.

Kuni would leap out of the way seemingly trying to divert their attention away from her, Asuka on the other hand rather than run would stand and fight. And so using her strength Asuka would pull back her fist and smash it into the ground creating a massive shockwave that would rattle the floor and tear apart the debris along the ground.

The force would blast back the creatures and possibly create a large wave of water that would collide and potentially wash the monsters away potentially injuring or damage Kuni as well as debris would shoot up from the ground getting mixed in with the large cascade of water. In the aftermath if the surrounding coast was clear the girl would attempt to cross the gate and hopefully put an end to this long and arduous battle.

DESCRIPTION:
Crater Punch is a devastating punch that is only usable by those who have CES. The user will pour chakra into the front of their fists, What looks like inhuman strength, the user will explode their chakra at the extent of a punch which shoots the chakra off at such a rate it feels as if a sonic boom is achieved. Used on the ground to create gigantic craters, the user can utilize this to create devastation to the landscape and flick boulders into the air. As well this technique can also be used without striking an object or landscape, exploding the air itself into a sonic boom, this attack as enough energy to to cause a wind tunnel for a short moment of momentum of wind which only very few people can withstand to stand-in.

With the rigorous training that Asuka had to endure as she honed her body to levels of perfection rivaling that of any martial arts master. Asuka's strength has increased 10 fold to the point where she is able to crush stoned within her grasp and breaks bones of lesser individuals with ease. And while she still has much to learn as a chunin. The youth's power is not one to be challenged lightly, as she is able to perform physical feats that would seem inhuman to even most shinobi.

Hijutsu: Kinu no Eikyō:
Asuka is a member of the Waruichi clan and as such has the ability to control a special chakra infused silk that was forged by a special group of silkworms that feed on the corpses of dead clansmen. With it Asuka can craft and shape the silk to her will and uses it in a mostly supplementary fashion to aid her in battle alongside her powerful taijutsu skills.

Iron Burst:
As a sole practitioner of Taijutsu Asuka has relentlessly pushed her body against itself for spectacular results: her strength carries over into her speed, and as such alongside the control she exerts body in spirit and in mind, she is intensely faster than those of a similar level of strength and maneuvering expertly as if the air were an extension of her own body.

A Disciplined Iron Bull:
During Asuka's time as a genin the youth had begun to realize that in order to excel as a shinobi she needed to learn how to properly utilize her chakra. And while she doesn't posses the greatest of reserves the youth has learned through rigorous meditation how to keep her chakra still and calm. As a result she is now able to wield it with a great deal of control and is able to channel only the necessary amounts of chakra into the few jutsu she uses in order to make the most of their abilities whilst still being able to keep up in a fight.

Kuni would dodge, but this did nothing to divert attention. At least, in terms of the monsters that were in this area. They had many, many eyes on their heads and so were able to turn on a dime. Her extravagant actions only garnered attention from at least two of the monsters who would swivel and run at her.

The punch delivered by Asuka was a powerful one, it certainly catapulted the monsters going towards Kuni double fold. Whilst sending the one running at Asuka? Backward. That said, the water here was kind of like a marsh. So it caused a bit of a huge blast of water as well, a lot of mud and infested waters flew everywhere. The punch itself revealed more monsters from underneath as well they too flew. But that only served to create a bit more of an issue. Since it did not outright kill them, now there were more monsters in the area. And they would descend upon Kuni and Asuka quite indiscriminately.

The End is Nigh

The girl's Doton reactive armor formed shock absorbers to keep her stationery from the ground shaking, but it did nothing the stop or slow the incoming wave. Kunikunosaku would sigh before gripping the dagger tight and sending a surge of chakra down her arm. The girl made a horizontal, crescent-shaped blast to hopefully cut through and blast through the debris, the oncoming monsters, and the water. With the doton armor to assist in shielding her from all the pressure, Kuni used the Long Limb jutsu in her legs to launch herself high into the air, retracting her legs once she was a comfortable twenty meters above the ground. The girl adjusted herself to bullet dive towards the Waruichi. "ASUUUUKAAAAAA!" Kuni would yell with the undertone of Jiongu's screech of horror. She would look straight at the opposite Chūnin with the intent to kill her in hopes to take her attention and look at Kuni so she could petrify her with a genjutsu.

She would send another chakra surge to her blade and swing forth another crescent of chakra straight at Asuka, Kuni herself wasn't going to die here, so it had to be her opponent unless, by some twist of fate, a miracle would save the Waruichi. Everything was coming to an end here and finally, the Kunoichi would do what Taro tried so hard to prevent her from. It wasn't bad luck things came down to this, it was a series of events that led up to their bout, and a victory here wouldn't stop her from pursuing what she truly wanted... the death of Uchiha Issei. In the event the chakra wave missed, Kuni readied her dagger to drive it through Asuka.

There was no chance the Mikatakujira would miss such a grand opportunity, she aimed to mitigate her chances of a loss as much as possible.

Employing the use of chakra flow, the user runs chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung on command. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as these projectiles are capable of completely penetrating large stone pillars and still travel in their intended direction.

By utilizing their kinjutsu, the user will extend on of their limbs. They can then direct the limbs to attack opponents with the maximum length of the limbs being 35 meters. Along with lengthening the limbs themselves the user can move a mass of tendrils and a heart with them into the limb, allowing it to act independently from the main body.

DESCRIPTION:
As the name suggests, the user binds the opponent in a genjutsu by the opponent viewing the user glare, rendering them incapable of movement; and this genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time. Unlike other genjutsu that use illusory objects to stop movements, this genjutsu simply affects the target's sense of touch to make it feel as if every inch of their body surrounded by hardened cement, effectively paralyzing the target. Once the target(s) are bound, the user or an ally can rush up to the enemy and deliver a devastating killing blow.

After unleashing her powerful blow towards the earth the monsters were catapulted back a great deal in addition to this however it only revealed even more monsters not good and what’s worse it seemed like that was the only monster that had it out for her. Seeing the urgency of the moment Asuka crafts a hand seal in order to move her clear of the psychopathic pack of powerful protruding terrifying tendrils.

Using it she would body flicker her way past the monsters and Kuni as well leaving her to her fate but there was no time to look back once arriving at the gate the girl would book it dashing through the gate. Hoping to avoid whatever monsters would come her way hoping that her tempered bandages would help ward her off from any attacks that would come her way. And if so she’d clear through the gate and bring this battle to its end.

If she managed to cross the gate and needed to present evidence of her having the objective she’d remove the bell from her pocket and give it a ring to show her victory. It had been a rather arduous event but hopefully with that one last ring she’d bring it to an end.

By invigorating one's entire body with chakra, a shinobi can seemingly disappear and reappear in another location faster than most people can see. Often times one's movements are disguised with the use of an extra element, be it a smoke bomb, leaves, water, sand, etc. in order to hide the user's trajectory from those with skilled eyes. Though it mimics teleportation, it is important to remember this jutsu merely boosts the agility of its user. As useful as this technique is, it can only be used 4 times in a battle thread, compounding in exertion and difficulty each time. with any more usages beyond that result in muscle tears in the legs from overexertion. The hand seal for this technique must be held until the shinobi reaches their destination, making it impossible to utilize other techniques regardless of any preparation.

Kuni was hugely on the offensive, going after Asuka with all her might. But, there was little that could be done against the body flicker technique when done right.

Asuka performed it expertly to get past Kuni's attack and used her overall speed to book it straight to the opened finish line. Opened only due to her having acquired the objective earlier on.

The moment she crossed into the gates, a loud, shrill whistle could be heard. It was not like the siren from before. Something would avert the monsters. They would suddenly stop moving towards the two girls left on the island.

"Waruichi Asuka has taken the objective to the finish line. Therefore, I announce the event as completed~" The familiar voice over the crackling incom would giggle before it would go silent.

The two girls would be left a moment longer, and then both would be knocked out. They would awaken to proper medical care - if needed - back in Kirigakure no Sato where their journey for this event had begun.
