There is only one path left to take.

Kasumi was adjusting poorly to the exams and their set up. It seemed everywhere she went she ran into enemies of the state, and especially Konoha ninja. Hell, even her roommate was one of those slimey few. She wanted a break from them, and had heard rumors that someone from a nearby ally village had actually joined the exams.

This started her quest to find the Yuki ninja and make at least one ally here.

Yuki was the snow village, so she decided that she would check the coldest areas first. The boy had to have that weird white hair, right? That was like their staple wasn't it?

She found herself on the roof of one of the buildings, ignoring a slight chill in the air as she looked out over the courtyard. There was no way he was just hiding in his room, was there?

"This place is actually really pretty though. If you ignore the trash that's littered all about. Heh."

She spotted someone. Someone that fit the description she heard and she peered over to see if it was him. Would he feel her eyes boring into him?

Demon Chakra:
Kasumi has become known for her strange chakara form. When in a dire situation, she is capable of releasing her chakra, which in turn takes a strange color unlike the normal blue color of chakra, and takes the form of a demonic cat figure. She is then enveloped in a demon shroud.

This ability grants her a fierce looking aura, that may come off as intimidating and a tenacity to push beyond their normal limits physically- when this mode is activated, Kasumi is harder to knock out or kill and will generally fight for longer than a normal body is capable of.

Keeping this ability active has a medium drain on Kasumi's chakara.


Kenjutsu Training:
Since a young age, Kasumi has felt the weight of a sword in her hands. She's practiced combat with swords, and is able to compete with some of the best sword users around. That said, people who lack training with a sword or intensive Taijutsu tend to be overwhelmed by her skill.

Large Chakra Reserves:
Kasumi was born with higher than average chakara reserves, letting her use more chakara and jutsu without being exhausted. A natural gift from her lineage. She has learned how to properly take advantage of these reserves.

Kazu sat on a rooftop of a building a decent distance from the dormitories that he would be staying in prior to the chuunin exams. He'd had a long day getting here. His sensei had told him a couple of weeks prior that Kazu had the opportunity to attend the exams and that, if he chose to go, he would be Kazu's escort. It was really too much effort for Kazu to be motivated, not to mention he didn't really feel like he was qualified for the whole thing, but he couldn't say no to his sensei. Still, it wasn't too bad for the white-haired boy, he had found a place to relax and since it was winter, it was only slightly warmer than Kazu was used to.

He had met his roommate at the dorms earlier and let her know that he'd be out most of the day, he still wasn't very social after all. Even with those from his own village. That had all led him to finding this nice chilly rooftop. The one thing that bugged the lazy boy though was the reasoning for his village sending him to this exam. Did they think he was ready or was it just so he could learn from the exams? Either way his sensei seemed to trust him enough to not be looking for him. That man could find him with such little effort that it was scary. Unbeknownst to him a girl who had been looking for him had determined his location, he just laid back onto the roof of the building and looked up at the clouds, his feet hanging off the edge. "I wish every day could be as relaxing as today."

The grin that crawled across Kasumi's face as she spotted the boy on the rooftop could only be described as demonic. Supposed that was why Kasumi had the reputation as the demon, really. The natural urge to intimidate even when it wasn't intentional.

"Gotcha."

In a flash she was moving, jumping across the rooftop until she landed roughly and loudly behind the boy. He might spin around to see her with her crazy smirk staring bullets into him.

"Yukigakure. I knew I'd find you, boy."

Then she'd pounce, aiming to hug the boy. Squeezing his head into her chest tightly as she let out a squeak of joy.

"All I've seen in this damn thing so far has been Konoha trash! I'm so excited to have an ally here. You're gonna go far, kid. I'll make sure of it. We're in this together, get me? I got your back."

She'd release him shortly after, looking the boy up and down. He didn't look too impressive, but she wasn't being too judgemental. Especially not when she found her first ally.

"I'm Kasumi. Momochi Kasumi. What do they call you, Snow White?"

Just when Kazu had finally gotten comfortable, he heard a loud noise behind him, "Sensei can't I get any time to rela-" Before he could finish, the person who had landed behind him smothered him in her chest. Kazu really had no clue how to react to this. He just sat there and waited for the girl to release him from this prison. She had said something about finding him, but why did she want to exactly? As if on cue, the girl then mentioned that all she had seen was Konoha trash? What was the deal with that? She also mentioned that the two were allies, at least that narrowed down where she was from. As he looked to the girls hip, he realized that his answer was in front of him the whole time. "You're from Kirigakure huh?" The boy asked for confirmation, his own headband was on his right arm. The girl also said that Kazu would go far, with her making sure of it. In the back of his mind, Kazu wondered if this was a trick or something planned by Masahiko-sensei. He doubted even his sensei was chaotic enough to send a girl to smother him though.

The boy waited for the girl to finish her statements. Apparently, they were in this together which worked for Kazu. After inspecting Kazu, she finally introduced herself as Kasumi Momochi, and then asked if he was called Snow White, "Nope, that name would have gone to one of my ancestors probably. The name's Kazu Yuki. I'm just the guy who wants to relax as much as possible, but I'm good with working together I suppose. That means less effort for me, right?" The boy half-joked before continuing, "So why do you hate Konoha so much. I mean, my roommate is from there too, but she didn't seem so bad." The boy asked, not realizing the fire he was about to start.

Today was a weird one. She'd made it to the exams, reunited with a fellow sage, made trouble with some Konoha kiddos and now she was about to go and reunited with her sweetie. But now she was hungry and wanted to grab a snack. As she made her way through the streets she’d find a few stalls and see a salesman selling what looked to be a roasted potato with an orange hue to it. Her stomach would rumbling and while it didn’t look like something she’d normally eat she’d buy one since she was starving. After having it handed to her she’d head down the street and take a bite satisfied by it’s pleasant taste.

As she made her way back to the dorms to maybe take a nap she’d overhear Kasumi’s voice and a conversation going on in the background. Upon heading out she’d turn a corner and find Kasumi and someone having a conversation, the last words being "Why do you hate Konoha so much?” to which Taki would quickly have a reply. "Dats an easy one.” She’d make her way over seeing Kasumi she’d place her arms around her. "Hiya darlin’” she’d plant a quick kiss on the girls cheek she’d then look over at the boy she was speaking with.

"Listen it ain’t hard to hate Konoha the whole place is full of backstabbing bastards, they fuck witcha family and ain’t go no qualms about it. And I mean c’mon what kinda embalem is a leaf? Now a stone…that’s hard, powerful strong,” she’d tap her very flashy looking "headband” which took the form of a title belt, she’d then point to Kasumi.

"Or Mist for example, mysterious forb–forb…fobodin’ yeah dats it right?” she’d say trying to come up with the word look to the boy, spotting his headband. "Or Snow…uhh…cold.” she’d nod her head to him. "Sup the names Taki "Bakudan!” Okada, nice to meetcha.” she’d extend out her free hand for the young boy for him to shake something that might potentially confuse him.

During Taki's training she learns that she has a significant amount of energy and after graduating to the rank of genin she began to learn how to properly make use of them under the tutelage of Midori Chizawa. As a result the girl is now able to perform a bevy of powerful techniques for longer periods of time without tiring as quickly as others.

With the rigorous training that Taki's now able to throw down with the best of them boasting monstrous strength fitting for her professional wrestling background, having combined that with the training she performed at the academy has now made her able to performs ridiculous feats such as being able to crush stones in her grip causing concussions and snap bones with her powerful strikes and holds. Taki has also increased the amount of weight she is able to lift by a massive margin in a way that makes her an even more fearsome taijutsu practitioner than before.


[Wrestling Genius]

As a result of her training, and advancements as a genin. Taki's grappling ability has increased even further making her wrestling based techniques far more difficult to deal with and escape from. As a result, her slams, holds, submissions and suplex's are far more damaging and harder to escape from then that of a genin who is not trained in these particular abilities.

Kasumi's first impression of the boy was... that he needed a little bit of education, to say the least. He was an ally though, so the girl was more than willing to help him out. I mean, how do you live as long a life as him and not even know why Konoha was so awful?

Sheesh, maybe she'd have to take a trip to Yukigakure and offer educational classes after this was all over.

Before Kasumi could speak though, she was excited to hear a familiar voice chirp in. Taco was here? What were the odds the two of them running into each other so often? It really was like fate. Kasumi wasn't complaining.

"Yeah, she'd right you know. I bet you have ancestors that were enslaved and imprisoned by those Konoha bastards. Probably executed right after they got bored of torturing 'em. Tch. Disgusting place, really."

She'd pat the boy roughly on the back though, smiling wide while being careful not to push him off the roof.

"But don't worry kiddo, I won't let em hurt ya! You're my ally here. We gotta stick together, ya see?"

Before Kasumi could answer his question, a new arrival interrupted. The boy didn't know who the girl was, but he noticed her emblem was Iwa. Finally, Kazu got up off the edge of the roof, walking away so he didn't randomly fall off, and looked at the two girls. The one known has Kasumi was a bit shorter than Kazu, while the blonde was slightly taller. When the blonde introduced herself, the white-haired boy thought the last name sounded familiar, but he had no idea why. He was too busy thinking about what the two had said to really notice anything else about them. 

Was Konoha really that horrible though? His sensei had definitely warned him that some of the exam participants might try to take advantage of him, did he mean Konoha, or these two? Growing up sheltered, he didn't know much about the other villages. Mainly just the names and symbols and a little bit of prior history between each village and his own. He could tell that both of the individuals were very genuine in their hatred for Konoha though, so they had to have a good reason. Not to mention, they were the only ones who had approached him as allies thus far.

After he had time to think, he made his decision and spoke to Taki and Kasumi, "I don't have any particular reason to hate Konoha personally. However, I have a feeling y'all are telling the truth, otherwise why would you come here as allies right? I'm personally really lazy and just want to relax, but I'm working on getting motivation or something like that. I don't even know that much about Konoha since I was sheltered for a lot of my childhood either, but it's nice to meet you though Okada-san, I'm Kazu Yuki if you didn't hear my introduction earlier. I guess we're in this together though, so let's destroy Konoha in this exam." Towards the end of his little speech or whatever it was, Kazu definitely felt awkward. He didn't feel right hating people he didn't even know. However, they'd also hurt his two new... were they friends yet? Either way, they had hurt some people the boy had met so he had reason enough to not like them. Then again, that would require even more effort on his part, all he wanted to do was relax, but this was the Chuunin exams so relaxing wasn't really part of the deal. Maybe he would go see his sensei to try and get some motivation after this, it didn't usually work but it wouldn't hurt to try.

As the girl listened to her sweetie drag Konoha through the ringer. "Yeah no kidding, they better not’ve done that to my uncle the damn snakes.” the girl would say seething at the thought, balling her fist. Ever since she’d gotten hear she couldn’t keep those thoughts out of her head and was just waiting for one of these chumps to step outta line.

But for now she’d overhear their new companion talk about everything, how he didn’t know much about Konoha but seemed to be onboard with her line of thinking. She’d smile to him,

"Hey I like this kid!” the girl would say smiling to Kasumi from ear to ear. "Kazu eh, cool and non of dis San stuff just Taki is cool.” the girl would take a bit of the roasted potato she had in her hand and would nudge it in Kasumi’s face to see if she wanted a bite. "I don’t know what the fuck dis is but it's awesome!” the girl would say.

"You guys up ta anything?” Taki looked between the two they seemed pretty well acquainted but if they were up to something she was down to join in for the fun. If Kasumi didn’t take a bite she’d take another one herself nibbling down on the potatoey goodness, hoping to maybe do some sight seein around town.

The snow boy was reserved, at the least, even after she explained that he needed to hate Konoha. Easy going at least, as he agreed that he'd trust them. The boy had sense, it seemed. More importantly, Taco offered Kasumi a roasted potato and despite the fact that the girl had started getting bigger in the chest she jumped on the food. Biting it right out of Taco's hand.

"Ush..?" Kasumi spoke with her mouth full, looking at Kazu. "We weren't really doin' nuffin'. Maybe strategizing. Gotta find them weaknesses and stuffs."

She finished eating, putting an arm around each of her comrades and smiling. "There was this one Konoha chump, he had these crazy eyes. Totally white. Like he was blind, but he could see for sure."

As she spoke, she furrowed her brow in thought. She had no idea what the eyes did, but she knew they weren't normal at the least.

"Ah, well, if they prove to be a problem then I reckon I'll just cut em out. No big deal."

Kazu was a little confused on the topic of Taki's uncle, had something happened to him? Obviously, he'd never met the guy, but Taki was cool and if they were related then he was probably really cool too! The boy hoped that her uncle was okay, but he didn't really want to delve into that conversation.  After Kazu had finished speaking, Taki commented that she liked him. It was weird to hear for him, most people found his lack of motivation to be a bad thing and didn't like him as a result. It seemed that while she didn't mind Kazu being lazy, she didn't really like honorifics. Kazu wasn't too used to honorifics anyways, plus it was one less thing he had to think about, so he didn't mind dropping the honorifics. "Ah, sorry let me try again. Nice to meet you Taki." He smiled, something that was quite rare for him. 

Taki then seemed to offer Kasumi a bite of her snack, mentioning that it was awesome even though she didn't know what it was. Kasumi then quite literally bit the snack out of Taki's hand. Then came the question of what the duo of Kasumi and Kazu were up to which in all honesty, Kazu had no idea himself. He hadn't even thought about the reason behind why Kasumi had come to find him other than that she didn't want to be around Konoha shinobi. Before he could ask though, Kasumi shocked him a little bit when she put an arm around Kazu and the other around Taki. The boy really wasn't used to so much physical contact, he was not prepared for it. 

The girl mentioned something about a Konoha ninja's eyes, making it look like he was blind but according to her he absolutely wasn't. By now Kazu could tell both Kasumi and Taki had an insane amount of confidence, so it was no surprise that Kasumi mentioned that she would just cut them out of the competition. The boy felt the need to respond for one reason or another, "Yeah Kasumi kind of just found me right before you showed up Taki. So, we hadn't really started doing anything yet.  Those eyes sound like they could be trouble though, I know my roommates from Konoha too. As unfortunate as that is, at least it gives me a chance to gather information on an enemy right? I haven't gotten any information on her yet, but I'll let you guys know when I do. I mean we got a bit before the exams start anyways, might be best to take our time on it to make sure we do it right." Even if he had some information, he would've preferred to withhold it until he talked to his sensei about what to do in this situation. He definitely needed some advice on it.

As the two discussed their plans they’d mention strategy and the people who they’d met the girl would mention a kid with white eyes for some reason that struck a chord with the girl. "Hmm…that sounds kinda familiar.” she’d think to herself. "White eyes huh…that’s kinda odd, wonder if it’s one of them dojitsu?” the girl would say as she thought on it something was nagging her about that description though but she couldn’t figure out what it was.

"Well I can soitenly say that dhere’s gonna be more den one sage in the exams so watch out for dat.” the girl would say recalling her roommate. "Names Setsoona Shomharu.” she’d say her u sound carrying in her pronunciation of his words. "Ya know em kitten, he’s one a you?” she’d say turning her head towards Kasumi referencing the fact that he was also from the mist village like she was. "He’s pretty strong I sparred wit em once, and he gave me the business.” the girl would say, recalling their training session from some time ago.

"Odda den dat thought I haven’t really bumped into too many others around here…but what about you Ice Box.” she’d say looking to Kazu from across Kasumi’s line of sight. "What can you do, you got anything we oughta look out for? If we’re a team we gotta know how to work togetha right?”
