Whether it be the allure of illegal gambling or a plague of unchecked sadism, dog fighting rings have begun to pop up late at night in the basements of seedy bars and other private businesses. Most are small but the source has been tracked to the large basement of an unsavory club. The mission is simple: end this atrocity by whatever means necessary. Apprehension of living criminals is preferred but not required. That is with the exception of their leader, a retired genin, who should be detained if at all possible. Other than him, the opposition is expected to be armed civilian thugs. In addition to putting a stop to the illegal activity, all efforts should be made to rescue the captive animals.
