Konohagakure had no such thing as a gym, and less so in the way of fuinjutsu specialists. The Great Weight Seal, being the thing that currently had her attention. She wanted them placed on her to train under the weight. The sage would not accept a pupil who could not handle themselves in the thick of combat as much as they shouldn't accept a dull, or talentless apprentice. She refused to be seen as weak before anyone, after all vulnerability was one of the ways someone could get killed without hesitation in a pitiful fashion. Today she had sought the help of a teacher at the academy, one of the few who did lessons over the practical application and usages of Fuinjutsu. She hated the man vehemently, but she loved his lessons with a passion. After all, there were few who fueled her curiosity and love of seals like this man did. He was a younger adult, but he had been appointed to teaching due to his expertise, though really Yaki only sought him out for the use of his abilities for her own means. She could not form complex seals yet, it was beyond her pervue. Knocking on the office door she would take her time to exhale a long calming breath. It was a great day to be a student at Konohagakure academy, but that was just how Kojirou Yamanaka felt about practically everything, he loved his job and he also loved his students.

His favorite in particular being Yakitsukeru but he was oblivious to the fact that he didn’t exactly like her but hey as least she was listening. Kojirou would make his way into the classroom a bubbly as ever. "Good morning! Yaki!~” he’d say winking to the girl the young man seemingly full of energy as he barged his way into the classroom.

"So what’re we learning today, Repulsion Seal, Great Weight, Stone Weight? You want Fuin so that's what we're doin!” his energy was infectiously positive and over the top as expected of a Konoha shinobi. He’d turn around and take up a marker and would start writing in an incredibly elaborate fashion.

”Haaaa…Llllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeearrrning!” he’d say before sporting an incredibly unnessecary pose looking towards the girl hoping to at least get her pumped up and excited for today’s lesson, shooting his pearly whites down at the girl that would practically gleam with a spark in morning light of the classroom. "So are you ready!?” he’d say still keeping his pose but placing his beady blue eyes on the younger shorter girls frame.

Insufferable. Oh she was going to get sick just being in his presence he laid everything on so thick.... Yaki could barely put up with such non-depressed people for so long. Shigure's cheerfulness had not been a thing that was only attributed to Shigure in Konoha after all... damn freaks. Taking a deep breath and putting on as best a smile as she could with her eye twitching as it was she would respond, "Weight-increasssing sssealsss, pleassse... Sssensssei." Yaki would ebb out quietly. She was doing her best just to control herself from looking at the man with an expression that said 'disgust', so that was progress in its own right for the girl. "I asssume with Sssensssei'sss physssique that he knowsss that the body isss the sssource of a good part of a shinobi'sss ability to work in the career, although I wont be fielding as a shinobi... necesssarily. I want to learn the weight sssealsss ssso that I can ussse them for weight training. If I can get to a sssolid ssstructure with the weight on, I was told there is a ssseal that can let you put a switch onto Great Weight and Stone Weight. Letting you turn it on and off... oh where wasss it..." Yakitsukeru would rummage around in her bag for the book that she oft studied for basic sealing knowledge... or basic for her. It was a thesis paper written by one of the older retired shinobi in the village. It had had instructions to the basic creations of seals and further explained what one needed to do to truly clear such things. Pulling out the book, readily titled, 'The Conversion of Chakra to Mass' she would immediately open it to a bookmarked page, "Omokute Karui. Thisss." She would hold it out to her teacher to read. As the hyped up teacher took a look down at the younger girl after confirming what she wanted he’d lean his head down towards her as if to open up his ear waiting for her to say the magic words.

"There’s the words I wanted to hear you got it champ!” as she went on to continue to describe what she was looking for as well as what her sensei’s physique was like she was banking on the fact that he was aware of the seal she was referring too. "You’re darn tootin, and I know exactly what seal you’re talking about is.” he’d say pointing to the top of his head. "Without it there’s no way I’d be able to get muscles like these.” he’d say somewhat confident in his ability.

The girl shortly there after would then hand her a book he’d scan it with his eyes. "Yep that’s words on paper allright, but like I said it’s fuin you want it’s fuin you’ll get!” he’d then shut the book and proceed to somehow spin it on the edge of his finger as if it were a basket ball as he handed it back to her. "Alright you slithering scamp let’s "SNAKE!” our way outside, get it!” he’d say spinning about on his back foot and making his way outside towards the training field, he was certain the girl took his jokes to heart and told all of her friends they were so funny but she always seemed to forget to laugh.

Tolerate. Calm. Self-Soothing. Meditative relaxation. These were all terms that Yaki could sometimes handle showing, or practicing. That was assuming someone did not get on the bad side of her temper. She had originally been holding to her reaction of holding in her agitation, but it seemed she was destine to lose all sense of patience with the man as he spoke to her. It wasn't the self-confident points to his muscles though, but rather his joke that caught her ire in full force. Slithering? Snaking along? The girl to any onlookers would have lost coloration as she slaughtered the teacher a thousand times over if looks were capable of killing. Instead her narrowed eyes would scream extreme rage as she clenched her jaw. Was this man at all aware of the pain her scaled appearance had left her with? Was he AWARE of the discrimination she faced even with the academy staffing because of her peculiarities??? No, surely not. No fuinjutsu or kekkai genkai could match the mental density of the blonde numbskull in front of her. As the two made their way towards the outside the young man marched with all the energy of a rodeo clown towards the center of the academy grounds. "Alrighty…so the weight training seal, got it, that seal is the real deal.” with that the young man would remove a set of scrolls from his flack jacket and place them on the ground, sprawling it out neatly on the floor.

"Alrighty…so first things first! This seal is a modified version of the great weight and stone weight sealing techniques, by adding a few extra kanji to the formula.” as he spoke he’d dip his finger into his fuin ink and scrawl the seal along the ground but as he wrote it there’d be a noticeable kanji added within the center a small modification.

"It might not look like much at first but when you do it right it allows you create something of a switch that lets you turn the seal on and off, pretty cool huh?” he’d say looking to the girl with a wink only to quickly dart his attention back down to the seal.

"I’ve actually got a pair on me right now, each one about 2 tons a piece, can’t get guns like these without the proper trainin know what I’m sayin’” the young man would scootch back and pull back the sleeves on his clothes to reveal bandages with the same modification on them.

"With the Ox seal I can add the weight.” he’d say show casing the Ox seal. "And with the horse seal I can turn em off.” he’d say demonstrating the opposite seal. "That making sense, you picking up what I'm throwin donw, ya feeling what I'm sealing, ya get the fuin that I'm doin--?” he’d carry with countless more rhymes and puns he knew how much she loved those.

The girl was still enraged by the comments that her instructor had made, and as he tried to have fun by making awful vomit-inducing word puns the scaled jaw almost looked like it belonged to a true reptile. Clenched so tight that the lax parts of the next were beginning to become more visible on her scales. To help aid the girl in soothing the building urge to try and murder this asshat of a teacher she would lift the scarf she wore around her neck up so that it fully hid the girl's lower face from view. It didn't hide the undying fury of a thousand suns that attempted to burn holes into the brainless blonde in front of her. "That is all very interesssting Kojirou-Sssensssei," Yaki would say barely hiding any traces of sarcasm from her voice. Looking to the man's rather immaculate muscles her rage pausing as she admired the bulk for a moment, then the anger washed back over her brain and she was once again under the impression that the man truly was just a muscle-bound moron. Taking off the flower-patterned green robe that she wore over her simple white uniform and presenting it outwards, "I want to put that ssseal onto the inssside of my Haori on the sssleevesss, back, and partsss of the front for counter balance. As the girl would opt to pay close attention the girl would notice something on her face."Hey there ya got a little venom coming form your lips there you okay?” he’d say noting her pause at the sight of his muscles. From there she’d snap back to her usual face which resembled something between constipation and boredom, but noted that what he had said was very interesting.

"I know you look like your totally awestruck, you can’t even ssssssppppeeaak.” he’d say jokingly imitating her speech pattern. "I see…Yakitsssssuuukeru.” he’d chuckle. "H-hey that’s pretty fun!” after a moment she’d open out her jacket. "I see girl those clothes are gucci as is but if you want some fuin in your fashion I don’t see why here lemme show ya how!” he’d start by taking the article of clothing and examining it.

"First we gotta get it back inside and set it on a table don’t wanna damage this bad boy C’mon.” he’d take her Haori and head inside setting it on a table and then placing a single seal inside of the clothing and after a moment would squint at the clothing before creating a seal. "16…we’re gonna need 16 seals to load this jacket up.” he’d look over at Yakitsukeru. "I'll do 8 if you will! We can practice getting those seals down and then stich em inside!”

It was like he had a death wish. If Yakitsukeru had the chance to smother this man in her life time his throat would be crushed faster than he could blink. That was the level of committed rage that the girl now found herself suffering from. Walking behind Asshole-Sensei himself she would fume as they walked back into the classroom that this moron had just had them leave. Like why did he take her outside in the first place? To mess with her even more likely, even if it wasn't intentional Kojirou was genuinely the worst teacher in this academy. But she only needed bare with it for a bit longer, "Very funny Sssenssei. A very dense library of jokesss in your head asss ever." Yaki would pause as she watched the man make the Senkin seal she had been studying, but there were variations to it, one was that it was a lot smaller, but the outer lines seemed to dot out so that they could be connected as one large network rather than a larger central seal. It was interestingly simplistic, yet far more complex than she wanted to give this fleshbag credit for. "Yesss, I will watch you make the firssst few though pleassse. Itsss interesting to sssee how it actually created sssince itsss a variation addition to an already exisssting and known ssseal," Yaktsu would admit honestly. It was an interesting seal after all, and once she learned it, she could leave the dirtbag teacher to the streets while she left this gods forsaken village. The boy would continue to put together the seals. "Knit 1 seal 2….” the young man would then raise his blonde locks up looking at the young girl.

"There we go, some totally tight threads!” he’d then walk around the article of clothing. "Note the way that each seal is written practically identically to one another, it’s best to write your seals out first to make sure you’ve got all em all set n ready that way when you stitch em in you won’t have to worry about rewrites and can do it all in one go.” he’d then hand her the ink and seal paper. "Now you give it a go.” he’d say.

"Don’t worry I’m right here if you need me.” however after a short moment he’d see another instructor come towards him. "Kojirou san, you’re presence is requested by lord Keisuke.” he’d then look to him with a brief moment of severity, and then back at his student. "Well I guess that was a lie.” he’d say rubbing the back of his head.

"I guess I gotta get going…but umm hey…you’re doing great and listen I sort of noticed you wincing at some of my snake jokes…so if any of that rubbed you the wrong way, really sorry about that anyway see you around!” there was a slight blush on his face but what could that possibly mean. Either way he made his way off since he seemingly had larger matters to attend too.

It was a fairly simple process to follow once one did it the first time and the sewing thread luckily wouldn't show on the otherside of her haori even if she was trying to create a secondary pattern. That bastard had waited so long to apologize that she had not even thought about acknowledging his words until long after he had left. She was angry at that, Kojirou was well meaning, but that level of cluelessness was enraging... far more enraging than she had thought she could get with a single person here at the academy. Finishing the final seal she would look to the instructions for the technique and put the haori on, performing the handseal to turn the weight on and damn near collapsing from the sudden weight. Her body strainig under it, but not unused to excessive strain from how often she got into trouble. She wished she had done this in a safer location all things considered, but that was not the case. Clicking her tongue in agitation at her own mistake she started to trudge forward with very heavy steps. She was going home now, though she doubted she would be able to make it all the way there like this. It was time for an initial stress test.
