It was fair to say that even Hotarubi was concerned and nervous at the potential exams taking place today. He was among the many of those under the accelerated course that were trying to graduate early from the academy rather than doing the mandated five years. He didn't know about Nageku but he personally had had enough, had worked his earthen fingers to the bone. In a metaphorical sense. He had learned some stuff from the old days in the academy but he couldn't stay in the academy in the second time around for longer. He nodded to Nageku as he passed him - they were both taking the exam at the same time. Both in a separate building to the Academy. This would allegedly be harder than if they were to take it under the normal timing - but passing the other students Hotarubi would be less enthused in his face. Hotarubi did have confidence in his ability to perform - both him and Nageku. That's why they were here rather than the one next month. They had worked off one another to get here, testing one another in the various areas and elements of study. Today would be a good day, he hoped. Then, out into the world and they could start doing missions. Now that, that would be fun. His shoulders were tight and wound up - his sign of stress was where it sat. But they were all in a room waiting to be called up, or told what to do. Hotarubi wouldn't even stand close to Nageku, he didn't need the energy off his brother today.
