RANK: B CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary ELEMENT: None RESTRICTIONS: Shirotori organization  DESCRIPTION: The rings are simple in design and are fitted to the users hand perfectly they are made with higher material items they are considered expensive by most but since the ring of the organization is a signature item it is made of higher quality for members to wear. It will have the various positions of the organization set into the ring from King-Pawn with a kanji symbol for each ring printed onto the ring for the member wearing it. ex the king will have the 'king' ring it will have the positions of the organisation stamped on it then the kanji for king as well printed on it to show its the 'king' ring. ABILITIES: [Restrictive] Upon the creation of the rings which had been designed by a former ANBU member, they were created with a seal pre applied to the rings. Members are told prior to the rings been given to them about the Zekka Konzetsu no In [Cursed Tongue Eradication Seal] applied to the rings and applied to them after getting worn for the first time. The seal will be applied to the tongue upon wearing the ring it will prevent the user from leaking information about the organization to others attempting to do so will paralysis them. The power rings are reactive to the members chakra only meaning that someone else wearing the ring will not work when it is first assigned to a member the first time they put it on it recognizes their chakra only, upon the user dying it will no longer transmit the chakra and after a short while IC the ring will just explode, not a large explosion but enough to destroy the ring leaving no trace of it, the same applies if the user of the ring leaves it off for too long it to explodes. When worn it enables members of the organization to get into the headquarters located under a bandit base in the forest country.

Long Distance: I don't believe this ability is viable based on established comms devices in-universe. Unless there's a particular technique that these rings are operating off of, the smallest comms devices villages have available to them are earpieces connected to radios. This kind of long-range communication seems outside of the capability of what jutsu or chakra-reactive equipment can do.

Restrictive: I'm unsure about this ability in general as memory wiping should be extremely difficult to do, especially to the extent that's described here. It would be extremely difficult to wipe all details of the organization from a person's memory without compromising their identity, and that becomes only more severe if the wearer in question has been with the organization for a long period of time. Additionally, memories in general are never fully gone, only suppressed; recall would be theoretically possible over time, and recall would be made more likely if the wearer has a longer history with the organization and their identity/career is strongly tied to it. Memory Erase Seal is just about the only non-Himishi memory sealing jutsu that I can think of at the moment. This ability might work better if it induces complete amnesia in the wearer, assuming preservation of life is the goal.

All of that said, a piece of equipment should have only one chakra reactive or conductive ability, and as written all three of these abilities read to me as chakra reactive. The ring explosion effect and a reworked memory wipe could theoretically be rolled into one ability, but I'll need to see the rework before approving.
