DESCRIPTION:
After performing a handseal, the user will channel their chakra to shape and fold the silk, the user will then harden said shape to be about as hard as tempered steel. The user can use this technique to make blades, protective spikes, all manner of weapons really. The weapons are as sharp and as hard as any weapon made from tempered steel, and seem to hold all the same properties as well.

Asuna had originally decided that if she saw certain fighters after observing the first two fights she would simply forfeit. Her life was a precious resource to herself after all, and there was no need to truly risk herself in the very last stretch. She had all the tools that she needed for the round against many, but Asuna wasn't here to try and gain massive injuries. Scars were, after all, majority of why she covered herself so much. It was no surprise though that as the rounds dragged past that the remaining three contestants that she couldn't see would be the lottery for her match.

Asuna's name would be called and she had moved down to the arena without stopping to listen for a name. After all only two people remained in the other waiting area, and both were her countrymen. Both were people she was fairly certain that she could take without too much difficulty, but she didn't seek victory at this avenue. She had already long accomplished one of the goals that was set out for Kirigakure, a small victory in an ever brewing war was a vistory all the same. Stretching out onto the arena scene she would immediately flip into focus with her opponent, Kaguya Kazue. She inwardly flinched, but she didn't want to show a reaction so she moved on.

"Took them long enough to get us out to field no, Kazue-San?" Asuna would ask dryly. She didn't really know the guy too well, but she had seen his fights, and he was honestly the type she enjoyed fighting against the most... her sister had seriously altered her tastes in combat... Shaking her head and face palming for a moment she would release a deep breath and give Kazue the same deadpan cold expression that she was known for. She wasn't going to run from the boy today for sure though. Finally an opponent she didn't need to approach, it made her happy in that regard.

As the proctor called for the fight the girl would form three very quick handseals and then take a pose of a close range fighter as her silk morphed and reformed around her. The silk on her body would cremp and sharpen in places and her torso would simply be hardened. Her palms open and the ends of her gloves looking sharp. She would wait for Kazue to come forward wordlessly.

That match was so confusing! And he had to look like even more of an idiot than he actually was because Kei's terms were confusing! And that confusion had cost him the match, he decided. So he was excited to get another chance to prove himself and retain a positive score. That was... until he saw it was yet another Waruichi. "Two of 'em are here?" he said to himself. He scowled, and made his way down to the arena, preparing himself. He wasn't going to fall for any of those tricks that Kei had pulled on him. But perhaps more importantly, all of his restraint on using the Shikotsumyaku had paid off. It had cost him a loss, but now that it was the final round, he could use his technique without fear of revealing it too early. Besides, she likely knew about it anyway. They were countrymen, after all.[break][break]The fact that this girl had killed someone in the Exams brutally already did put Kazue on edge. But he wasn't going to surrender again. If she wanted to try and kill him, he was more than ready to roll the dice with her. As usual, he rested his hand on the pommel of his sword and waited for the proctor to start the match. But he wasn't rushing in this time. He wasn't going to let her catch him as easily as Kei did. When the match began, he began stepping closer but was watching her carefully as her clothes took... a different form. He didn't see any of the tendrils Kei had been using with her bandages. No, these looked... sharper. And her clothes had weird edges now. She spoke to him and said it had taken a while to get them out here. He lifted a brow, removing his hand from his sword and taking his arms out of the sleeves of his haori. The white cloth fell around his legs almost like a kilt as it hung from his waist, and he resumed his usual stance. His toned body awaiting damage. "...-san? We know each other? Or were you just looking forward to fighting the Kaguya kid?" He watched her carefully as he molded chakra within, preparing the Karamatsu no Mai. After he built a bit of chakra, he would suddenly dart forward, his plan as follows:[break][break]He charged at her much as he did for the guy in the first round. Gauging her reaction to his approach. If she started making seals for a jutsu or had some freaky bandage thing jump out at him just like with Kei, he would dodge to her left and keep approaching strong. But if she was moving simply to strike him, he kept charging straight ahead. The bones can be used to block or trap an opponent's strikes. The sudden appearance of the bones, combined with the needle-like bones high killing ability, makes way for a technique that potential his high for battle. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes the user virtually, physically untouchable at close range. If an opponent gets too close for comfort, the user can simply start spinning rapidly, turning themselves into a razor-sharp shredding machine. [DESCRIPTION]

A move meant to parry kicks on punches. By extending out of the tempered bandaged palm of the clansman body the User can halt attacks by using their hand like a blunt object to stop an opponents attack. As a result depending on the ferocity of the victims attack the clansman can make it feels as though the users limb just collided with a piece of hard metal putting them in a great deal of pain as well as stunting their offense.

Asuna has extensive practice over a long period of time with using her clan's hijutsu. Because of this she is far more proficient at using her clan's techniques when compared to her peers. Being able to utilize techniques to a better effect than normal.

Asuna had wanted Kazue to come to her, and, for what it was all worth, he had. A content smile would flash across the normally cold face as she moved her hand as the Kaguya's sword had started from its sheath. She had been waiting for the boy, and it showed in the quick reaction. A low sweeping swing of one hand palm unbent and extended to meet the sword to stop the attack with the metallic silk, as her other hand moved to strike at the boy. She had not been expecting the protrusion of bone to come as it did though.

As her hand went to stab in lightly the bones would meet her arm and clutch it. Trapping her with a slight look of surprise and agitation quickly rising over her face. On the lower side, a deep ring of bone sword clammering on metal would send a rippling shock up her arm as blocking such a thing did not come without some repercussions as her arm quaked with the hard impact. Inflating the metallic silk on her trapped arm a bit she would slip out of the bones and attempt to move out of immediate range of the boy. This was going to be a match about attrition if she truly wanted it to drag out, but the goal was to simply let the boy have a good showing... She could probably deal with taking a beating though... this was all a way to get back to her station next to Toru, to find an avenue to him. A show of her endurance was not a bad thing either since both of her fights had been relatively short and explosive. She had shown none of the endurance that was necessary for a Chunin in this round of the exam. Of course, she obviously possessed the capability to travel for long periods without issue, she just hadn't fully shown her true value as a vanguard.

Lifting the arm that had been stuck in bone the show of holes and small cuts into her and the subsequent bleeding was apparent. The other with a cut across the palm, that similarly seemed skin deep, but it showed that the silk was capable of being cut into if given an appropriate situation. Even for her durable silk, Asuna's Iron Silk, and her one technique she had copied from her sister. Focus took over her face as she controlled her emotions back to a managable level, Kazue was bound to be on her heels.

And they weren't sticking to his strikes like they were some annoying spider webs. His attack did land, but the armor was assisted by her hand which caught the blade. She went to stab at him with her claws, and he cracked a sharp-toothed grin as her hand was caught in the Karamatsu no Mai. This was great! It was awesome to fight someone who couldn't break his bones like they were nothing more than obstacles! "Heh... look at that. Looks like we had the same idea."[break][break]She was quick to disengage, preparing herself for his next attack. She was right, he would attempt to close in on her immediately. Trying to keep her from producing any more surprises. Iaigiri was a favorite technique of his due to its striking power and speed, but he would need to return the blade to its sheath in order to utilize it again. And now that she knew what it looked like, she would see it coming. He gathered some more chakra and as he quickly approached her, he made another quick and powerful cut in a downward stroke to her right shoulder with the Front Beheading technique. In a similar fashion to last time, he was banking on her to counterattack his strike. He had already used the Karamatsu no Mai, so that trick was already revealed. But after the strike, regardless of how she reacted, he would quickly whip the sword around to his side and make an even more deadly cut. This technique, he had shown no one since learning it. Completely parallel with her shoulders, but enough beneath her neck that if it did land a clean hit, she wouldn't immediately die. Probably. A move meant to parry kicks on punches. By extending out of the tempered bandaged palm of the clansman body the User can halt attacks by using their hand like a blunt object to stop an opponents attack. As a result depending on the ferocity of the victims attack the clansman can make it feels as though the users limb just collided with a piece of hard metal putting them in a great deal of pain as well as stunting their offense.

Asuna has extensive practice over a long period of time with using her clan's hijutsu. Because of this she is far more proficient at using her clan's techniques when compared to her peers. Being able to utilize techniques to a better effect than normal.

"Its quite annoying, that technique of yours, but I think I can manage," Asuna would state as she crossed her arms having the flats of her sleeves meeting the kendo of the fighter before her. This exchange would end differently as Asuna was not blocking a technique built on speed though, as her sleeves and, as would be aparrent there after, the silk just under it, there were layers of iron that the sword would need to slice though, its edge rather hamlessly being scrapped off in a deflection not by the outermost clothing, but the steely bandages that were also underneath the overcoat. Showing that she was wearing more than one layer of defensive gear to keep herself further protected.

Kazue was moving quickly from the first attack into swift second, Asuna would put both hands up this time not using one but two hands to stop the blade, attempting to have the boy feel the same sort of vibrating numbness that came with one's body slamming into solid steel. If she couldn't attack, she would simply keep lasting, this could keep going for a time anyways. The two palms catching the blade making it easier than if she only used one.

"After all, I can win solely on defense if I truly wanted." Asuna would say beginning to grin from enjoyment to the fight... her sister really was rubbing off on her and not necessarily in the best way she could.

It still hurt to hold the blade, but it was nothing he hadn't experienced before when swinging the sword for too long. If it got too much to bear, there was always plan B. It was then that Asuna remarked that she could win this fight purely by being on the defensive if she wanted. He laughed, his sharp-toothed grin revealing itself once more. "Yeah? I hope you're right. Cause if you're just waiting for me to blow myself up for you, you've got another thing coming!" he taunted with a bit of maniacal laughter. Whatever she was doing, she was on the defensive right now. And just like with Kei, he was having a little trouble getting through the cloth. He would have to step things up. So he made a glancing strike to her left side while taking a quick step back and gathering chakra. He took only a single step back, and as the blade returned to his left side, he angled the sword and sheathed it forcefully. He was counting on her remembering what came next. He started funneling chakra into the blade to activate the Saaberu Technique, and then stepped back into the blender, making an Iaigiri strike at her right shoulder now enhanced by the Saaberu. DESCRIPTION:
Channeling chakra into the bandages of the user's outfit for a couple brief seconds, the user will manipulate said bandages around his or her forearms to take the shape of a large rake-like paw structure, accompanied with three "claws” on each hand. The claws extend from the user’s forearm, resting on top of the knuckles (and connecting bones to the wrist). Possessing a strength and durability matching iron due to intense compression, the claws are able to easily rip through flesh and bone; however, much harder substances, such as dense wood and rock are completely unharmed. Without knowledge of Kenjutsu, the user can easily match and block from basic Kenjutsu [C-rank and below] and swords such as katana, tachi and wakizashi with one hand; however larger swords such as nodachi, daitō and some of the swords used by the Seven Swordsman of the Mist require both claws to defend from simple blows. Should the user be in a bind in which they are in a stalemate with an opponent's blade (and as such cannot move), the user can release a burst of chakra throughout the claws to create a repelling effect, pushing the opponent's weapon and the user's claws away from one another.

DESCRIPTION:
After performing a few handseals, a Waruichi member will use their chakra a Waruichi to arrange their silk in a large dome around them and their allies (no more than three, plus the user). Hardening this dome, it is able to resist and protect against physical attacks [up to B-Rank and below Taijutsu / Bukijutsu / physical Ninjutsu / weapons]. If the silk is soaked in water beforehand it may also protect against heat based attacks as well.

Meet power with defenses, and defenses with power. It was a fairly common fighting tactic that Asuna found pleasurable in a fashion or another. Taking the glancing strike and rolling along with it Asuna would leap backwards performing a short set of handseals. She couldn't afford to try and block every attack that Kazue made dirrectly, but she had a far stronger version of one of her primary techniques.

The Silk Dome Technique. As she twisted into a revolution large amounts of silk would swim rapidly into the air and create a half-spherical dome around the girl to which Kazue would make quick contact to as he swiped out again with a chakra-empowered Iaigiri. The dome would be ripped open by the attack, but Asuna was not close enough to the outside wall to have been caught even as chakra ripped through the metallic silk. A grin still on her face, "Its disrespecful to talk about the dead that way, but no. I want you to show off, the better you look the better I look."

Asuna would retract the silk back into her sleeves and long blades would grow from her forearms as she did. Taking a stance like a her arms were broken, she would eventually approach. One are whipping up and out as it tried to cut into the boy, the other aiming to meet his blade with a small blast of chakra to deflect the strike, "I suppose I don't need to put up with this for much longer, so lets end this with a bang shall we... figuratively preferably."

There isn't any set form for the Dance of the Willow, much like a willow that is shaken by the wind, the opponent's attacks are simply parried and countered with extremely uncoordinated movements. The hardened bones are easily capable of cleaving through flesh and other bone. The bones will protrude from the palms of the user's hands, elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counterstrikes. Hellish conditions of combat, but warranted ones that only widdened the grin on her face. Her claw-like metal-reinforced blades would lash out to meet the bone that came for her. The chakra burst in the claws of one arm fending off the blade by blowing the burst in to meet the bone and win the parry trade. Her other blade pushing the exchange of chakra into the bone blade of the boy's hand knocking it out of the way. She was not completely without weakness though, as the boy's knee blade would find purchase piercing through the silk and into flesh, but it would find itself stopping on bone that felt hard in a way that Kazue would've been extremely familiar with. Though it may have been missed entirely, it was not without a grimace. Both of Asuna's sets of claws no longer had any form of tip, looking like six wakizashi-length straight razors.

With Kazue in place she would bring both sets of claws in an attempt to slash across his chest, the grin still present despite the literal piercing injury on her body. She seemed happy with this positioning as she made her attack. Not that it didn't hurt, but if Kazue was anything like her, the wound was an invisible mark of reality in the fabric of enjoyment in this war of adrenaline. That was at least until her other leg would slide up and forward as she had attempted to kick him with the still sharpened edges of her pant legs. Lodging into the bone sword protruding from Kazue's other knee the girl would seem to flicker despite her enjoyment.

Holding up her hands with a more satisfied look from the exchange, she would forcibly dislodge her leg that was impaled on the swung knee and use it to leverage the other one off of Kazue, the boy hopefully understanding the sign of surrender.

"Lets continue this another time shall we? I think that's enough of a show for today. I surrender the fight," Asuna would walk out slow from the arena, but walk all the same she did. The trail of blood paving the path behind her seemingly unimportant to the young woman.

He grinned sharply as the chakra around his spikes extinguished, and he stood up straight, adopting a casual stance. "Hell yes... we're definitely having a rematch sometime. I'm gonna hold you to that..." he said as she walked away.
