The water collapsed in on Kiko, beating her down with force with the rolling wave. However, it would seem in that moment that for the first time, her opponent looked to use lethal force. To be stahbed and punctured by a needle the size of Nuibari usually was. However, it was there that the child decided to reveal a trick of her own. With a swift flick of her wrist, she uses her Saaberu no Jutsu. Her blade enveloped in a blue hue as she with her instinct at her sharpest. Swinging in a curving crescent, she scrunches her body further, utilizing the chakra infused blade. A chakra infused crescent diagonally, clashing with, and likely knocking aside the silken needles before pressing onwards towards Kiko. The crescent was powerful, powerful enough to cut through pillars and fly in their intended path.
As Kiko moves to defend herself from the crescent of chakra, Ikana advances at swift pace, swerving sideways in a flank, pulling out from her jacket a scroll. However, instead of opening the scroll, she throws it with a spin for her opponent. "Katsu!" The scroll in midair would sizzle, burst into flames, and then violently explode. An incredibly large explosion, as that scroll, which was formerly empty, had several Kanji written on it for "explode" with several seal formulas. Ikana was a practitioner of Fuuinjutsu after all. The scroll was intended to be a powerful bomb. A trump tool to use, prepared the day prior. Ikana never stopped moving. Even as the blast would threaten to encapsulate everything.
Ikana didn't know everything, but what she did know was that silk, much like other things tended to burn, the same as any other clothes, and that even if it was hard as steel or iron, it could still take damage, if not be destroyed. Circling aroind her foe at a brisk pace, she focuses her efforts on assessing the situation. Hopefully, if she were lucky, which Ikana often wasn't, that scroll was worth the effort. That cost her nearly 4000 Ryo in ink, paper, and fucks given.
