Keiko is a slender built girl with brown hair which is kept short, and has dark brown eyes. Her arms are covered in burn scars, but hides it behind her armor that covers her torso, a pair of gauntlets on her arms and steel leg armor. Accompanying it is a headband and is patterned in the color blue, and is often accompanied by a cloak if need be, along with a helmet and a specially made visor.
PERSONALITY NINDO: "We are the future."
Keiko is a confident and takes herself very seriously, and is always striving to improve her abilities. And being that she hails from the Netsu clan she herself feels as though she carries the burden of perfection. And as a result becomes irritated when she fails feeling as though she is expected to always be at the top of her game. And often times finds herself frustrated when others can't keep up which can sometimes make her a bit overzealous when it comes sparring with others chastising her opponents if they prove to falter behind.
Outside of this exterior however she feels that she always need to remain constantly vigilant for the sake of her village and to never falter in her pursuit to be the absolute best sometimes to the point of impossibility. And if anyone ever does see her in a vulnerable state it tends to be only be in the presence of a friend or family member usually done in private.
Due to the rarity of her clan's Kekkai Genkai her family plans for her to have an arranged marriage, which is something she shows no interest in, since unlike most Netsu, Keiko has no desire to marry any time soon. And would much rather dedicate herself towards learning more about the nature of her clans technique to be more able to effectively teach other young genin as a way of passing on her lineage. It's seen as something of a bizarre choice within her clan, that the elders and her parents hopes she'll grow out of one day.
Within her clan she is seen as something of a big sister. Often going out of her way to spur on the younger children in her clan and being rather outspoken and being a Chunin she tends to hold a great deal of sway over the education of her lower ranked peers. And eagerly awaits the day that she is able to be in a position of power and gets to enact her own policies within her clan.
Due to her clans nature she has an immense love for Takigakure and its allies much like the members of her clan of old, making her something of a standout amongst some of the younger members of the clan. As a member of the SHUKAN she believes that she and her team are the key to the villages future, and as such she is always doing what she can to push her teammates to their maximum potential in order to see too it that they are serving the village to the best of their ability.
Despite her age and rank she believes treats them as equals and cares for them deeply, but is also incredibly critical of them in the event of failure. When not with her teammates or on a mission she spends a great deal of her time working with the children of her clan wanting to ensure that their training goes well and hopes to one day ascend to a position of leadership.
However despite her renown amongst her clan she is still seen as relative average for a shinobi nothing too remarkable just a simple member of the Netsu Clan who strangely enough seems to pop in and out of places without too much notice always just in the background or simply just there.
HISTORY
Early Years: 1005 - 1015
Keiko was born roughly 35 years after the inception of the Netsu clan's newfound abilities, her father was born with it's abilities whilst and as such passed the gene down to Keiko was also a carrier of the gene as well. As she grew up her father prepared her for her future and life as a member of the clan, noting that she needed to become a powerful shinobi and that she was the future of the village. Her childhood was rather peaceful she spent much of it exploring her clan compound attempting to discover its secrets and watching her father as he told her stories of his many exploits with her mother who passed away during child birth.
She was viewed by her father as a girl with great potential and was ecstatic when she crafted her first set of practice armor at the age of 8 from there she would continue to hone her skills and would eventually become proficient with her clans techniques learning using her armor to properly insulate her powers and incorporating them it into her fighting style.
As she trained with her armor she eventually developed the use of her nature and it was discovered that she had a great deal of chakra control and her proficiency with Bukijutsu was quite skillful seeing this she would foster her talents and choose to focus on it when she entered the academy, feeling she could use it to cover up her shortcomings with other skills.
1015-1022
When she was 10 she was taken into the academy and graduated at the age of 16 whilst there her teachers noticed her prowess with Taijutsu and allowed her further her talents. During this time, her instructors noted however that she was very eager to fight other students in order to learn more about them and to improve her own skills. Often keeping a small notebook on her person to record the matches she's had with others.
And it was this ability to constantly improve and be the best along with her skill in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu that eventually led her to become a genin, but despite this she still had one last rite to complete. For while she may have been a Shinobi in the eyes of the village she had not yet passed the rite of passage to be considered a shinobi in the eyes of the Netsu.
And so Keiko began working to craft her first set of Kesshoton Armor spending days working on her own to gather the necessary materials and eventually made her way into one of the forges in order to craft her armor. Whilst there she painstakingly worked to make her armor unique and tested it several times before showcasing its functionality to the heads of the clan. After doing so the elders who were impressed by its design praised her and in doing so the girl had officially become an shinobi in the eyes of her people.
Present Day
After her participation in the Chunin Exams in Iwagakure the girl managed to pass with a relatively average score. The girl would assess her performance from there and seek to improve such abilities as a Chunin as she progressed her efforts towards improvement went noticed by the village's SHUKAN operative squad where she was called upon to join in their ranks.
With her skillset in Taijutsu being used as a means to capture and kill escaped prisoners as well as other enemies of the state. While she isn't the stealthiest operative she can be subtle when she has too but prefers a more brute force approach towards dispatching enemies with utmost efficiency.
Now being in such a coveted position Keiko sees this new appointment as a grand challenge wanting to impress the Taki lord however at the same time as this appointment she holds a second job as a gate guard that is easily replaceable should she need to be moved away in order too perform a different task, a simple ending of her shift and off she goes into her other duties.
FIGHTING STYLE While not unable to use other disciplines, Keiko choses to focus on a multiple disciplines with a primary focus in and Taijutsu and a secondary focus on ninjutsu. Using her proficiency in close fighting to swiftly deal with opponents while also supplementing their power using power Kesshoton techniques in order to handle foes from a distance.

Kesshoton Proficiency
The Netsu clan's kekkai tota, commonly referred to as Kesshoton, is born from the innate combination of the elemental natures of Futon, Katon and Raiton giving its users the ability to create a plasmatic element that can be weaponized and shaped using chakra. With it the Netsu are allowed to create erratic and colorful displays of plasma that impacts with concussive force and contains trace amounts of heat.
In addition the element retains the unique property of being able to absorb and amplify its it's abilities using Raiton Chakra as well as natural lightning from any source, but due to the elements instability if done without caution can cause the techniques to backfire or detonate if too much is applied or absorbed.
However despite its strengths the KKT is weak against abilities that can create environments or climates that would make it too dangerous or difficult to properly create Kesshoton such as Hyoton, as such when going up against someone with these abilities their techniques have a tendency to be far less impactful and harder to control.
Chakra Reserves
Like most of her Clan Keiko was born with large chakra reserves that are filled to the brim with Kesshoton Chakra allowing to craft ninjutsu at a more potent rate and keep her on the up and up with most Chunin her age, as such she doesn't tire as easy as most and it also gives her chakra a far more erractic form when used.
Kesshoton Mastery
Due to the immense amount of work she's put in to taking advantage of her Kesshoton Based abilities, Keiko is more proficient when utilizing her clans abilities giving her Kesshoton based abilities a greater degree of concussive forced when detonated making the impact of her strikes and ninjutsu that much stronger.
