Rebuilding had been in some progress for a while now, construction well under way. But, now with it reaching a critical point it had become of utmost importance that even shinobi lend a hand. Rebuilding the wall had been perhaps one of the most vital thing for the village as a whole, not just the building inside. Even shinobi in training were recruited to get some real life experience under their belts, something that they might be found doing in future careers as genin and beyond. Sometimes the most mundane was dangerous.

There had been some resistance from local ruffian groups as the rebuilding was taking place in their established homes - the ruins. As it was not useful to the village - or anyone - to have an entire part in ruins, the village funded rebuilding so that there could be more homes and subsequently businesses in a whole new section of Kirigakure no Sato.

Furthermore, there was even a monument being built at the center that memorialized all those that had passed as a result of the Sanbi rampage, paying tribute to the tragedy. Their names would be inscribed permanently and remembered by everyone. Those impacted and those not. It was also a reminder of the end of the Civil War and the long-lasting impact it had on the village and country as a whole. They were mending. Rebuilding.

The academy students that would arrive today, would be placed on the very inner [pink] ring, this was the further away from any dangers and they would be put under the supervision of builders, carpenters, and other such crafty civilians. They still faced a certain level of danger but the danger was not extreme.

The genin were set up in the middle section [blue], much of their job was largely the same as the academy students, except they were also more combat ready so they were just another line of defense in case something went horribly wrong on the outermost ring.

Now, the individuals on the outer ring [green] were there to assist in great amounts of heavy lifting, but also being vigilant and guarding making sure no one could sneak through the actual wall portion that was being restored, or at least finishing touches were being put on it.

As the individuals arriving begin their duties they are not immediately faced with any ready and present dangers.

The event will be 36 hours for the whole group NOT individuals due to the amount that signed up.

The chances for danger will be the same across both threads and if danger seeps from one thread to the next there can be some jumping/integration but let's hope this doesn't happen.

You may enter with your character and post as if you are being set to a certain task or set up your own task. But you can't do nothing.

It wasn't a great wish of his, Ayato would be happy letting all these people take on the work. However; now with something to prove, Ayato has been willing to help out more than he initially thought he would. It was also about time that this deed was finally coming to an end, rather, a close. Being probably the most expendable of the group, the suspended Shinobi looked at the area around him, gathering some material he would need. It was rather light however, his first and higher priority task was to assure the immediate area was clear for construction to begin. Sure, there were probably much more qualified individuals but just because he was both chakra less and Suspended did not mean he was a liability; if anything, it was just a handicap.

As far as he could see as he started walking the perimeter of the wall was no immediate threat. This continued onwards the more he progressed. Assuring the perimeter was secure, Ayato gathered even more supplies to assist in the building. They needed a strong foundation if they wanted this wall to last, dragging over wooden beams, cinder paste, cinder blocks, various nails and metal to help support the wall, the Nakamura immediately got into a sort of builder's chance, an autopilot to make sure this was set properly. Constructing even a fragment of the foundation was incredibly important.

Even if help was demanded, this portion could not be hurried. Well, it could, if they wanted the wall to crash, unless told otherwise, Ayato would continue carefully laying the framework so others may start.

Special Ability #2 - Enhanced Sight
His former - and current - state of paranoia required him to adapt to escape his pursuers. Having a tiny sliver of a Sharingan physiology, Ayato's one eye adapted a new evolutionary feature that proved to aid him. He was able to focus on details a regular person may miss. Unlike the real deal which would have given him extreme abilities, Ayato's experimented eye only allows for enhanced attention to more detail. He may see his pursuers from afar, even from a sole mile away if he looks there. His new sight does not give him any precognitive visuals, nor can it create jutsu. It can only grant him an eerie look, and hawk-like vision in one eye. Because it only affects the mutated left eye, he needs to close his right eye to see farther, if he does not, his vision may scramble to the point of neigh-blindness, Only if he is paying attention to details at close range (10-15 feet) can he have both eyes open.

Being a former hunter nin, Ayato had to master the art of Silent Killing in order to be successful in his missions. Ayato showed much promise in his trade despite utilizing a flashy jutsu. He earned the nickname "prototype" due to his foreign-yet-successful assassination techniques. Because of this, he moves as soft as a ghost, capable of taking multiple targets out without making a noise. Despite his great skill, he's human, which leaves room for error. (However, he has not given himself away too early as of yet.)

The hunter-nin captain Zaizen had been assigned to making sure the rebuilding of the wall in Kirigakure went smoothly without any major problems from accruing while he couldn't keep a watch on everything at once and problems could arise with the wall itself not much could be done on that front and just hoped his fellow shinobi could do something to protect themselves if that situation would to arise. With what he could do is though is making sure that the rebels that protested in the wall being rebuild do not show up or cause any major problems for the walls construction. So Zaizen had been assigned to guard duty which was fitting considering his was the Hunter-nin captain and could watch out for trouble if the need for him to interrupt was needed. Plus the man was a sensor so was capable of using his sensory to pick up on potential threats as and when needed he understood the people already under his guard and the people that he sensed with his sensory. The man was currently stationary so that he could use the full 5km of his sensory ability, he had not picked up anything unusual yet, as the man had took it upon himself to position himself in the middle of the construction area on the outer rim. So that he could respond to either side as needed.

JUST REMEMBER , ANYONE CAN MAKE A FIST

Today was the day it was time to build up the wall and Asuka was on duty using her position as an officer to help guide others and make sure that all of the construction went smoothly, while occasionally lending a hand herself. Climbing up the walls and being handed pieces of metal to place and hammer in wherever it needed to go whilst also keeping her passive sensory abilities active in order to make sure there were no abnormally large chakra signatures present.

And while she may not have the range of one of her peers like Zaizen she was still more than happy to provide a slight degree of back up if ever she were called upon. This large structure had been an eyesore for as long as she could remember the large gaping hole in the wall being a reminder of the events of the Sanbi's rampage something that effected all of Kirigakure. And while she was too young to really be apart of it and was thankfully spared much of it’s wrath, it was time she used her fortunes to aid the people of the village and rebuild.

And with the many other shinobi that were assisting them from academy students to Jounin alike it was a team effort and she couldn’t help but be happy to be apart of it.

Summary:

Asuka would be caught in the mist and would attempt to strike out at the young girl using the [Silken Fist: Counter Blow] but due to her uncertainty of where to strike her follow through was poor and may or may not have hit her target. However in the process of doing so she was caught with a strike to the gut by her opponent and pushed further into the mist for now she awaits her opponents next move.

Heavy Handed Iron Fist:
With the rigorous training that Asuka had to endure as she honed her body to levels of perfection rivaling that of any martial arts master. Asuka's strength has increased 10 fold to the point where she is able to crush stoned within her grasp and breaks bones of lesser individuals with ease. And while she still has much to learn as a chunin. The youth's power is not one to be challenged lightly, as she is able to perform physical feats that would seem inhuman to even most shinobi.

Hijutsu: Kinu no Eikyō:
Asuka is a member of the Waruichi clan and as such has the ability to control a special chakra infused silk that was forged by a special group of silkworms that feed on the corpses of dead clansmen. With it Asuka can craft and shape the silk to her will and uses it in a mostly supplementary fashion to aid her in battle alongside her powerful taijutsu skills.

Iron Burst:
As a sole practitioner of Taijutsu Asuka has relentlessly pushed her body against itself for spectacular results: her strength carries over into her speed, and as such alongside the control she exerts body in spirit and in mind, she is intensely faster than those of a similar level of strength and maneuvering expertly as if the air were an extension of her own body.

A Disciplined Iron Bull:
During Asuka's time as a genin the youth had begun to realize that in order to excel as a shinobi she needed to learn how to properly utilize her chakra. And while she doesn't posses the greatest of reserves the youth has learned through rigorous meditation how to keep her chakra still and calm. As a result she is now able to wield it with a great deal of control and is able to channel only the necessary amounts of chakra into the few jutsu she uses in order to make the most of their abilities whilst still being able to keep up in a fight.

[Sourei Kobashi]

Kobashi peered out from the top of scaffolding that had been placed where the current construction efforts were ongoing. Part of him could not help, but to think of the day the Sanbi had rampaged throughout the village. While it was a cold enough reminder that what peace they had here could disappear in an instant; for Kobashi personally it was a reminder of the scene he had come home to that day, a reminder that the peace here was an illusion on the best of days. With a small sigh, the Jounin turned his attention back to the work at hand.

Kobashi likely could have made do just patrolling the lower streets, between rank and his various positions it was unlikely he would have been severely reprimanded if at all, but he figured if he was here he might as well help the actual reconstruction part of the job and not solely be focused on just the security aspect. Tossing aside the cloak he generally wore over his typical outfit and pausing just to secure the cloak's belt around his waist instead so as to keep the sealed Shibuki with him, he quickly made his way to a crank where he rapidly began to turn the lever.

A steady 'clack-clack-clack' could be heard as the rotation caused the metal catch to rattle over the toothed cog wheel as the rope wound round and around the central spool. The payload was not light by any means, but for someone who regularly trained in bukijutsu, it was not overly difficult by any means. If all went well, Kobashi would be spending the next several hours lifting supplies to the upper scaffolding sections, unloading and sending the empty lift back down. In the event some disturbance occurred, then the Jounin was in a prime position to see sign of it and make his way to the scene and provide support.

[Takahashi Kurai]

With the positions he has been given, Kurai was no stranger to staying on guard and keeping a watchful eye out for things that feel out of place. Even though he lacks the ability to properly sense chakra, Kurai still has his other natural senses to rely on. But being on guard was not his only duty today. While Kurai did keep an eye out for any potential danger, he was also currently on the ground level, assisting with hammering parts of the outer wall together with some of the other workers. Unlike these workers who were wearing the usual construction attire, Kurai was in his Junsa uniform, but he still had just as much sweat trailing down his face as the others, but other than that showed no signs of getting tired. Not only that but Kurai also had Kubikiribōchō strapped to his back, ready for easy access, but that was not the only sword with him. He also had a seemingly ordinary katana sheathed on his left waist as well.

Kurai did not feel strongly one way or another over performing manual labor like this, but he like most others believed that this was very important. This breach in the village's defenses needed to be dealt with. There were a wide array of ninja from various ranks helping this time around in order to get this repaired quickly. Even the Second and Third Seats(Sourei Kobashi Sourei Zaizen) were among those helping, the former which Kurai had the honor of meeting once prior to becoming the Seventh Seat. Asuka(Asuka Waruichi) was also here, but Kurai had not spoken to her, giving her an acknowledging nod instead if their eyes had met since he was the type to focus on the job first, not wanting to distract himself. There was also Ayato(Nakamura Ayato) who Kurai still wasn't sure what to make of yet.

Over time, Kurai would not just work on putting the parts of the ower wall together, but he would start bringing over various equipment and materials to some of the other workers who were for one reason or another unable to get these things themselves. The items ranged from various tools, wood, and even concrete materials, things ranging from light to pretty heavy. Not only was Kurai a kenjutsu user, but one who mostly utilizes a heavy sword. Even though he has not completely mastered holding the Executioner Blade with one hand, Kurai was certainly making progress with that as well as his overall strength compared to when he first acquired the sword.

Still...even though Kurai was mostly focused on work, he still could not help but have the Sanbi rampage cross his mind, especially when looking at this damaged wall. He had lost someone very dear to him on that day...making him look a bit melancholic but still, instead of wallowing in the past, Kurai used this memory as fuel to make him work harder, to ensure that the village that he and his late beloved had grown up in would be strong enough to see many more years. It was the least he could do for her now....

Enduring Hardships
While a lot of swordsmen are known for their speed, Kurai has gained enhanced physical endurance through his years of sword training, along with overcoming hardships in his life. He is capable of enduring a lot of physical punishment from those around his rank and lower, making him last longer in fights.

Mokuton
Due to having a distant relation to a member of the Senju clan, Kurai has developed his ancestor's ability to use wood release, the combination of Doton and Suiton. With this ability, Kurai is capable of not only forming wood, but trees with his chakra, molding either around him, or on his very flesh. Its durability can be used for defensive purposes, but that same durability can be just as easily used for when Kurai needs to go on the offense. However, due to him not directly being a Senju, Mokuton jutsu is a lot more taxing on his chakra compared to his other jutsu.

Flowing Chakra River
Kurai was born with enhanced reserves of chakra that go hand in hand with his endurance. He is capable of using more jutsu over a short period of time without getting exhausted. This also allows Kurai to use stronger jutsu without tiring out or draining his chakra too quick....Though, the same cannot be exactly said when using Mokuton.

Shinobi Swordsman
Kurai has honed his skills with both one and two-handed swords. He is capable of reacting swiftly and appropriately with a sword either offensively or defensively with little to no error, giving his Kenjutsu a bit of an edge against other kenjutsu users around his rank, and causing problems for those of lower rank.

[Hozuki Kamui]

Kamui had known that Kirigakure had been attempting to rebuild the portion of the wall that had been torn down all that time ago. Kamui had known that at some point, the shinobi would be called in to help. Kamui had known that he and his crew would be here, doing this task. But all that foresight didn't make it any less of a drag to actually be told to help fix this damn wall.

There were reports that there might be ruffians and criminals who might attempt to interrupt the project, which was something to look forward to, but until then Kamui was stuck with the rest of the shinobi doing menial labor. As a part of a sailing ship, Kamui was part of a team tasked with rigging an assortment of pulleys and ropes at the top of the standing parts of the wall, working in concert to use said pulleys and ropes to raise supplies to differing altitudes. It was boring work, and Kamui kept an expectant eye over his shoulder, always eager to see if there would be something to fight. Each time he looked he was disappointed to see no danger, and each time he would turn back to face the various shinobi moving about as they worked. He knew and recognized his crewmates, of course, but so many of the other Kiri shinobi were practically strangers to him, and he sighed before grunting as he helped tug on yet another load-bearing rope.

"We gotta all pull at the same time you lugs!"

While it may have normally been appropriate for a Mizukage bodyguard to be on tight security detail, this was something of a special circumstance; Sourei Zaizen was here with them, and Daichi knew from his incredibly brief tenure with the Hunter-Nin that Zaizen’s sensory abilities were far better than his own. No point in redundancy, right? Still, there were things that even chakra sensory couldn’t pick up on, so as Daichi maneuvered through the construction zone with Mushi at his heels, he focused his chakra in the forefront of his mind, focusing on the lifeforces of the people surrounding him. It took a minute to expand his awareness, the now vivid red pupil of his eye scanning his surroundings, but after he adjusted to the sheer overwhelm of information—there were a lot of shinobi and laborers both in the vicinity—he held a constant metaphysical surveillance of the half-kilometer around him. He would almost certainly have a headache later, but better safe than sorry. Bandits, and all that. "Mushi,” he said to the dog beside him, "go help Ayato-san, okay? Bring him whatever tools he needs.” Her tongue lolling out of her mouth, the six-legged dog cheerfully trotted off, nimbly navigating piles of rubble and materials to join up with the solitary shinobi. In the meantime, Daichi made his way over to where another shinobi, a man with dark green hair whom he couldn’t quite place, was helping with the pulleys and ropes to bring supplies up to the top of the wall. He made himself useful there; he was by no means as strong as some of the more physically-inclined shinobi here, but he worked out regularly for a reason, and it felt good to feel the strain of physical labor on his muscles again. He followed the other man’s direction, coordinating the timing of his pulls with scientific precision. He kept an eye out for any parts of the outer wall still in need of demolition; if anything needed controlled explosives, that was certainly in his skillset.

Ayato was doing a good job upon arrival, making sure to secure the perimeter to the best of his ability and beginning to work on the wall. Much of the base had already been made but there was still plenty of higher portions to fix and re-build. So, he had plenty of work to do. It was a great start to be certain especially considering just how much he had to prove to the village.

Zaizen took up a stationary guarding position, though one of the construction workers got annoyed at him.

"What are you just gonna stand there?" Of course, the worker had thought all the shinobi present were also supposed to help building on top of guarding... But he wouldn't be the only one who got snipped at if anyone else was standing around. "Help lay some planks down." The man motioned towards a pile of wood that needed laying down as support beams on the wall itself.

Asuka also got snipped at, she was noted as someone who "looked strong" and then handed over a few large bags of some sort of cement mix to carry it towards bricklayers to mix. They were very heavy and they needed to be carried up so while she was still guarding and keeping a watch she was required to carry things up to those higher in the air to avoid any injuries.

Kobashi was amidst the construction workers, doing a good job at lending a helping hand in making sure things were getting done. He was a higher ranked shinobi, and his more effective help was thus very much appreciated it.

Kurai was also participating in all of the building, so he there was no one that got onto him about standing around.

Kamui was similar in this regard as he was working, lugging very heavy pulleys alongside some others, but otherwise being bored that no dangers had shown up though in truth it might have been easier if no dangers showed up.

Daichi's canine friend Mushi went to help Ayato with some of the work. In the meantime, Daichi joined up with Kamui to start doing some work there, two individuals at a heavy pulley were better than one, right?

Fortunately, nothing occurred in the zone the higher ranked shinobi were relegated to.

Zaizen had not moved for the most part as he looked over the village towards the outskirts that were laid out perfectly in front of his eyes. Between looking out into the outskirts he was mostly using his concentration to scout for enemies that were trying to disupt the progress they had made on the wall. Zaizen had truthy an impressive scouting range with his sensory abilities so much was capable of scanning most of the broken sections of the village covering the vast area of it if not all of it, he could sense the chakra of his allies knowing them to be Kirigakure shinobi as Zaizen was capable of knowing what chakra belonged to which village or if they were a missing ninja know where they had come from in the past. Though keeping up with many chakra signatures was a difficult task it wasn't hard for someone of Zaizen's experience. With that he continued to scout the area with his sensory, though he had lost focus for a second as one of the construction workers decided to call out Zaizen for standing there and not helping out with the wall, for the most part the man didn't really react to the civilian and only spoke a few words towards him.

" I would suggest you concentrate on doing your job with rebuilding the wall while I focus on doing mine and protecting you all. " Zaizen had finished speaking towards the construction worker for the most part any more attempts at communicating with the man was probably a waste of time, time he could be working on the wall and time that Zaizen could be spent concentrating on finding enemy chakra's. It was only a few seconds of time anyway so with that Zaizen went back to scouting the vast area around him.

Kurai continued his work by hammering wooden planks together at the lower part of the wall. Of course, he continued to bring other workers on the ground level their supplies and such as well when needed, but instead of just handing these to them, Kurai also assisted in working on these areas as well. This was a lot of heavy work, especially when concrete got involved, but Kurai still showed no signs of getting tired. In a way, this served as a bit of strength and endurance training for him which Kurai felt he could always use more of.

The Seventh Swordsmen then took a second to see the progress that was made so far. A lot more work still needed to be done on the lower levels Kurai felt, but as he glanced up, he saw that the higher levels were also in need of more attention. There were three others that sort of appeared to be making progress with that in one way or another, those being the Second Swordsmen, the Mizukage's bodyguard, and the third who Kurai really didn't recognize. Kurai was going to see if he was needed on a somewhat higher level as well, but then he heard a bit of a commotion.

Glancing over in that direction, Kurai did not see any actual dangers...just some of the workers getting riled up over the lack of assistance Asuka and Zaizen were giving. Kurai walked over to Asuka with a bit of a smirk on his face. "I hope those muscles aren't just for show." Kurai commented, his tone sounding almost casual despite it being a joke. To most, it would've probably come off as an insult of some kind, but he was confident that Asuka knew him well enough to know when he was just messing with her. Kurai ended up picking up two of those cement bags as well to sort of help, but before he could bring them to the bricklayers, the man was close enough to hear Zaizen's comment.

Kurai couldn't help but raise an eyebrow a bit at what the Third Seat had said and scoffed a bit. "If I remember correctly, our job here isn't just to stand around and keep watch." Kurai commented, his dark blue eyes trained on wherever Zaizen was standing. "Someone of your status and prowess should have no problem multitasking, Third Seat." Kurai was not a fan of folks idling about when they should be working. He did not doubt Zaizen's sensory abilities, but Kurai also believes that he is capable of doing far more than just that. He also felt it was in poor taste to talk back to these workers like that, especially when they were working harder than him. "Start pulling your weight...like the rest of these workers." Kurai added just as he continued to bring these bags over to the bricklayers like he intended to do.

It was a weird tableau, the sight of a six-legged dog nimbly jaunting through a construction zone, her extra paws helping her scrabble up piles or navigate tight corners without much effort or consideration. When she made it to Ayato she sat down a few feet away from him and offered up a woof in greeting, her tail thumping, before carefully picking a spade for spreading cement between her teeth and bringing it over to the man: a demonstration of her ability to help him. If he asked her to do something, she would go off and do it. Daichi, meanwhile, was still assisting with using the pulley system to haul materials up to the top of the wall. One of the workers snipped at Asuka, while another called out Zaizen for just standing around--and Daichi visibly winced when Kurai backed the civilian up. He was having something of a hard time himself, his vision and senses distorted by his acute awareness of every living thing around him, and his range was relatively limited; he didn't envy Zaizen the sheer amount of awareness he must be handling right now. Then again, Zaizen was an elite jounin. Kurai kind of had a point. Well, it wasn't really Daichi's business; he had his own work to focus on. Some of the other workers operating at the pulleys were still struggling with their timing, so after an awkward few seconds of the lift system struggling to rise, Daichi started counting out loud, projecting his voice as far as it would carry: "One, two, three, pull!"

So far, so good. The Nakamura thought as he looked the built portions up and down, adding extra supports when portions looked a little less than adequate. He only had a few pieces of equipment on him to place, he had to be sure it was clear, and with access to Shinobutō, he needed to take extra precautions. Once settled he grabbed gear to aid further in construction, going as far as to look for rudimentary PPE. If it was just a hard hat, he'd put it on without hesitation. Being chakra-less, he took greater care than he would have normally, his jutsu was able to move faster than any of his reactions, so it just made sense to rely on it when he can.

Cracking his neck, he took the gear and started ascending to the level that first required construction, err, reconstruction. The man would put up beams and do his best to set and weld metallic support. Once he got at least a bit more secure, the man reached for cement and paste, only to realize he only grabbed a brick. Well fuck, knew I forgot something. The man heard scurrying and went through any reasonable cause for the noise, his eyes snapped open when he found no answer and turned to his side. He saw it was definitely not normal, it was some cross of canine and insect, specifically an arachnid. The doog made an innocent bark and the man hesitantly smiled. Suzuku, please come. I need you now, I don't know if what I'm looking at is punchable.

The Nakamura continued to watch the dog as it brought the spade of cement paste he forgot. "Hey, thank you... uh... good girl, you're a girl, right?" Ayato didn't much care if this dog-spider thing understood him, it was smart enough to give him a tool he needed. He crouched to the dog's level and pet the animal, scratching behind its ear as he took the spade from it. "Think you can bring more paste or bricks, you're going to be my helper, even if I'm not sure your name or owner. Gonna be here for a bit. Don't tell them I'm borrowing you." Ayato made a silent gesture with his fingers and lips before smiling at the canine. In a quick, deft movement, he started moving horizontally as he applied the paste, then the brick, shuffle, and repeat.

If his little helper brought one or the other, well Ayato would fetch the other. If it miraculously had the strength for both, he'd quickly congratulate the spider pup before continuing with his work. He wasn't a fan of manual labor, but it need to be done safely. He moved as quickly as the conditions could let him. With Spider Pup, it was at least a little more bearable.

His former - and current - state of paranoia required him to adapt to escape his pursuers. Having a tiny sliver of a Sharingan physiology, Ayato's one eye adapted a new evolutionary feature that proved to aid him. He was able to focus on details a regular person may miss. Unlike the real deal which would have given him extreme abilities, Ayato's experimented eye only allows for enhanced attention to more detail. He may see his pursuers from afar, even from a sole mile away if he looks there. His new sight does not give him any precognitive visuals, nor can it create jutsu. It can only grant him an eerie look, and hawk-like vision in one eye. Because it only affects the mutated left eye, he needs to close his right eye to see farther, if he does not, his vision may scramble to the point of neigh-blindness, Only if he is paying attention to details at close range (10-15 feet) can he have both eyes open.

Special Ability #4 - Silent Killing
Being a former hunter nin, Ayato had to master the art of Silent Killing in order to be successful in his missions. Ayato showed much promise in his trade despite utilizing a flashy jutsu. He earned the nickname "prototype" due to his foreign-yet-successful assassination techniques. Because of this, he moves as soft as a ghost, capable of taking multiple targets out without making a noise. Despite his great skill, he's human, which leaves room for error. (However, he has not given himself away too early as of yet.)

After working her way up to the wall she’d get yelled at for a brief moment to come down and help. "S-sorry sir!” the girl would state she was helping moments before but seemingly got a little too caught up on guard duty. As this went on she’d pass by Kurai who made a passing acknowledgement about her muscles. "Yeah, remind me to show you later?” she’d say as she briskly walked alongside him, something about Kurai always brought a more casual side to her but she couldn’t allow herself to get too distracted with him around lord Toru was counting on them.

After taking 2 hefty bags of cement over each shoulder she’d walk alongside him "C’mon big guy let’s go.” she’d say moving them towards the bricklayers who had already made a few begin setting out of some of the cement to craft the bricks they needed up on the top level of the wall. But as she made her way towards the cement mixer she overheard Kurai speaking with the other swordsman as she dropped off her supplies, but opted not to say anything and much as she did agree and want to have his back. "There’s still a few more bags, of cement down there but I can get those done in one more trip did you need anything else?” she’d ask as she surveyed the environment.

If nothing else was needed she’d headed back down toward the cement bag pile and crossed paths with Kurai. "That's my swordsman, you go Mr. 7th seat” she’d say as she squatted down grabbing 2 more bags of cement briefly glaring at Zaizen before heading back up with the cement, giving Kurai a short compliment before heading back up as quickly as she could. "Keep up the good work.”

Summary:

Asuka would be caught in the mist and would attempt to strike out at the young girl using the [Silken Fist: Counter Blow] but due to her uncertainty of where to strike her follow through was poor and may or may not have hit her target. However in the process of doing so she was caught with a strike to the gut by her opponent and pushed further into the mist for now she awaits her opponents next move.

Heavy Handed Iron Fist:
With the rigorous training that Asuka had to endure as she honed her body to levels of perfection rivaling that of any martial arts master. Asuka's strength has increased 10 fold to the point where she is able to crush stoned within her grasp and breaks bones of lesser individuals with ease. And while she still has much to learn as a chunin. The youth's power is not one to be challenged lightly, as she is able to perform physical feats that would seem inhuman to even most shinobi.

Hijutsu: Kinu no Eikyō:
Asuka is a member of the Waruichi clan and as such has the ability to control a special chakra infused silk that was forged by a special group of silkworms that feed on the corpses of dead clansmen. With it Asuka can craft and shape the silk to her will and uses it in a mostly supplementary fashion to aid her in battle alongside her powerful taijutsu skills.

Iron Burst:
As a sole practitioner of Taijutsu Asuka has relentlessly pushed her body against itself for spectacular results: her strength carries over into her speed, and as such alongside the control she exerts body in spirit and in mind, she is intensely faster than those of a similar level of strength and maneuvering expertly as if the air were an extension of her own body.

A Disciplined Iron Bull:
During Asuka's time as a genin the youth had begun to realize that in order to excel as a shinobi she needed to learn how to properly utilize her chakra. And while she doesn't posses the greatest of reserves the youth has learned through rigorous meditation how to keep her chakra still and calm. As a result she is now able to wield it with a great deal of control and is able to channel only the necessary amounts of chakra into the few jutsu she uses in order to make the most of their abilities whilst still being able to keep up in a fight.

There were a few harsh verbal exchanges happening down where the main work was taking place for the moment, a bit of a disagreement on what exactly the shinobi's roles were for this project. It had been made clear that the ninja were expected to also partake in physical labor, so Kamui watched the interaction with mild amusement, ironically distracting him from the coordinated tugging he had just berated his fellow sailors for.

Another shinobi came up to assist with the pulley work, immediately being met with raised eyebrows and stifled chuckles. Daichi was certainly not recognized as a member of the close knit group of Suiryu Ryodan, but his help was accepted and silently appreciated as he helped coordinate pulling equipment up. As the group heaved Kamui waited until the platform was raised to their level, revealing that they were in fact lifting a pile of wood, nails, and rope to be used for more scaffolding. The Hozuki quickly grabbed the end of the rope to tie it to an iron stake.

"Okay okay quick quick! Let's get this stuff unloaded so we can do it all over again! So fun! Except you, you gotta keep holding onto the rope to keep it from falling down, it's alllll you buddy!"

His voice was absolutely dripping with sarcasm as he pointed to Daichi, wondering if the Mizukage's bodyguard would see through his obvious lie. The rope was properly secured, but maybe he could squeeze a bit of fun out of this menial labor with a prank or two.
