Under the direction of their leader, the pair of shinobi, a genin and a chuunin, were apprehended and brought back to the band's hideout. After several days with no word from the ninja back in Kusagakure, a more elite ninja was dispatched to find out what was keeping them. In truth, the young ninja have been kept prisoner in an attempt to strike back at the land's Daimyo and their dog, the Kusa Lord. Whether they plan to simply ransom the young shinobi off or try and lure them to their cause remains to be seen. Regardless, whoever is sent to handle the matter must travel quickly lest the enemy's plans have a chance to see the light of day! Opposition: Despite being entirely comprised of non-shinobi actors, the group of thugs and criminals boasts a number of capable weapons specialists and hand-to-hand fighters. Their leader in particular is a passing practitioner of Nitōjutsu x. However, none among the band's numbers are as great a danger as the fruits of sedition.
