E-rank.

NAME: Wireless Radio
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
A radio transmits signals by sending electromagnetic waves with frequencies below those of visible light. They can then be received by other radios in the form of sound or a wide array of signals in order to make sure important information is protected. They tend to have a maximum range of around 2km and radio waves also tend to be reflected by thick metal.

NAME: Battery
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
A battery is one or more electrochemical cells that convert stored chemical energy into electrical energy. Although these batteries are primitive, they can still provide sufficient power to mechanical devices such as radios, televisions or computers. Like batteries however, the fluid inside them is very toxicwhen absorbed through the skin or ingested.

NAME: Computer
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Powered usually by batteries and containing the software only to run basic 8-bit programs, these computers can be used as monitoring devices in laboratories or in hospitals. Each computer is often specifically programmed for a single job, and no internet or intranet is currently present.

NAME: Camera
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Again powered by batteries, these cameras are often bulky to wield and have an exposure time of around 30 seconds after the picture is printed. This is not to mention the large flash that makes them virtually useless in the middle of battle, but very useful for taking a picture for each shinobi's ID card.

NAME: Television
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Bulky and powered by around 24 small batteries, these televisions can broadcast an image in the CRT format, though their primitive wiring makes it difficult to receive a clean picture most of the time and video cables tend to wear out after only a few uses. Perfect for long-distance meetings.

D-rank.

NAME: Bell
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Often used in sound-based Genjutsu, a bell can refer to a tiny instrument no larger than a jawbreaker or a larger one-handed town crier-like device. Considering it's made of brass, this is not the most durable tool in the world, the smaller bells capable of being deformed by even relatively weak shinobi and the larger version warping after striking a single person in the skull.

NAME: Kunai
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
An aerodynamic throwing knife shaped a bit like a trowel. The kunai is conventionally wrought in ranges from 6 to 8 inches, with the average at 7 inches. The kunai was used by common folk as multi-purpose tool, by workers of stone and masonry, and shinobi of all shapes and sizes. The blade is sharp on all edges and can easily be used to cut and an edge especially sharpened for stabbing. There are multiple kinds of kunais such as handless ones, or even double sided kunais.

NAME: Shuriken
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Another aerodynamic throwing weapon. The shuriken's star like shape allows them to be easily drawn from a shinobi's storage and thrown with relative ease. Unlike the Kunai however, shuriken typically are not used as melee weapons. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can kill or incapacitate an enemy. They have an open circle in the center, useful for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through.

NAME: Makibishi
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Makibishi are small, sharp objects that are mainly used to inhibit someone from walking in a certain direction or area, since they would injure the ninja's feet if they tried to walk over them. They range from one inch to two inches tall. Alone, a single makibishi cannot do much, but when they are scattered around in an area in large numbers they can be deadly.

NAME: Senbon
CLASSIFICATION: Offensive
DESCRIPTION:
Senbon are aerodynamic metal needles with a point at both ends. They often serve a medical purpose, being used to strike acupuncture points. Compared to kunai and shuriken, they have little killing power but can be thrown with pin point accuracy. A user with proper medical knowledge however, can effectively use senbon in battle to incapacitate or even kill their target should they aim for vital spots or have the right jutsu.

NAME: Arrow
CLASSIFICATION: Offensive
DESCRIPTION:
Arrows can be fletched with any type of feather and are usually headed with steel tips, making them powerful but also making it difficult to pierce thick armor without a precise shot. They work best with some sort of Bow, and can travel long distances.

C-rank.

NAME: Axe
CLASSIFICATION: Offensive
DESCRIPTION:
A basic hatchet or specifically purposed combat axe, this weapon is perhaps one of the less stealthy approaches to combat, but there is no doubt that it gets the job done. Being a conventional weapon, it is made of high-grade iron, often with a wood shaft and significant cutting power when swung with a heavy overhand strike. However it cannot match the speed and grace of a sword or spear and therefore is more often used as a back-up weapon for ashigaru soldiers.

NAME: Staff
CLASSIFICATION: Offensive
DESCRIPTION:
Whether an ornately carved piece of wood or a smooth stick, a staff is deigned for the purpose of delivering versatile swinging movements with great power and finesse without the innate possibility of death, unless struck in a specific way or with excessive strength. Generally combat staves are made of a slightly stronger wood than normal and thus can block equal-strength blows from conventional blades. However a staff user would be better served dodging these attacks then attempting to fully block them.

NAME: Antidote
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
REQUIREMENTS: Puppetry or Medical Specs
DESCRIPTION:
A basic antidote produced for medics, this antidote is able to combat and cure basic and simple poisons [universal] of the same rank or below, as well as slightly more individual poisons [personal/clan/village] D rank and below. This can come in a variety of forms dependent upon the medic, from powder to liquid to solid pill.

NAME: Toxin Suppressant
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
A toxin suppressant that can be granted to shinobi from their medics. The suppressant is able to fend of toxin and poison effects for a short amount of time in order to gain access to medical help and/or prolong their life. This can be administered immediately after the poison is admitted to the target, or before [remains active for thread], though multiple poisons and multiple administering of the same poison will begin to make the suppressant break down faster and become less effective.

No more than three are able to be utilized in a thread, due to the immense strain on the body.

NAME: Flash Bombs
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
DESCRIPTION:
Flash bombs are used for diversions, creating a blinding light when they detonate. They come in small paper spheres and occasionally in the same form of explosive tags. The Fūma Shuriken is a large, four-bladed shuriken possessing pre-eminent sharpness and lethality. This type of shuriken is considered characteristic to the famous Fūma clan, after whom they were named and who possibly developed them. However, their use is not limited to this clan. Flak Jackets are shinobi attire worn by those who have attained the rank of Chuunin or higher. While each ninja village has a specific design for its ninja they all serve a common purpose: Allow shinobi to have ease of access to a larger quantity of items. B-rank.

NAME: Kusari Fūbō (Chain Wind Staff)
CLASSIFICATION: Offensive
DESCRIPTION:
A short metal staff with a weighted chain on each end, this weapon is thrown often with such speed and power that it is capable of ripping through a conventional helmet. As such, it would also be able to tear off the limb of an unfortunate foe. However it is rather heavy and unwieldy, making it difficult to use.

NAME: Military Rations Pill
CLASSIFICATION: Supplementary
