Konsho poured over books yet again in his room. Stacks upon stacks filled his entire room- the desk, the bed, the shelves, and of course one in his hand. Currently pouring over a book on the fighting style of Wing Chun, Konsho found himself struggling at one of the biggest steps: Knocking. Physical capability was not the issue. Konsho had mastered fighting with Moku Hito Hashira. He could hit all the points on the dummy with consistency, even when weaving around the dummies to hit from odd angles. The main issue, was the medical knowledge needed. Of the countless books in his room, only about four were on Wing Chun, the rest all books of anatomy, scrolls of medicine, and even essays on taxidermy of all things. Anything and everything would be useful. But all of the reading in the world was not of use. He had to actually use this. But Konsho knew going in unprepared would get him injured, thus slowing his progress. He needed a way to increase his understanding and practice... but without too much risk.

As he leaned back, he felt himself lean against his cloak, currently folded into a pillow. It was a nice comfort that had been gifted to him by... That was it. Genius! Konsho leaped to his feet and quickly cleared an area of his room, his chair tucked into a corner as the blue haired child bit his thumb. From the wound would leak a crimson liquid to match his eyes, quickly slamming his hand down as his chakra sprawled his name on the ground. A billow of smoke would instantly fill the room, and just as quickly fade. In it's place sitting in front of him was an albino gorilla, a leaf fan in hand and purple furred cloak on his back. Riku, the medic of the gorilla summons. A tutor. That was what he needed.

"Konshooooo Heyy! Whats up!?"

Riku would reach upward as to give the boy a friendly hello, prompting himself upright as he sat upon the floor. Having been summoned by the youth, it appeared as if the creature was just as ready to help out with whatever he could do. Of course, it was in his nature to do so. Still, as he began to realize his surroundings, the gorilla would start to sniff out the area and then blink as he held up one finger, pointing toward the desk and then to the window outside.

"This....isn't Iwagakure?...Wowwww....it smells different....Probably could get a lot of naps out here..."

As he soon hoisted himself up upon the desk, he'd begin to inspect the dark haired male, looking him over as he then sat down and scratched the center of his forehead, poking slightly at the star at it's center.

"Well...anyway...you don't look sick...and I don't see anyone else in here...so whats going on?"

Riku is a long haired albino gorilla, with a yellow star on his forehead. His hair is long, wavy, and of course messy. However his fur is notably fluffy, and usually when in the home of the gorillas, Riku has some smaller gorilla resting on him.

Most notably, he wears a purple furred cloak on his back, along with a banana palm fan. These combined with his soft facial features and fluffy appearance give a calm air to him, much to Riku's joy.

PERSONALITY:
Riku is a unique member of the Gorilla summons. Notably passive and calm, Riku's very presence seems to relieve tension, even for the Infamous Nobunaga. He looks to help everyone within the village relax, and he himself is a very laid back person, often reacting to events with a small smile and a detached look out on events. He is also known for watching over the children of the gorillas, making sure to catch them when they get into trouble.

Riku however does have a few quirky things about him, the first being that he is one of the few gorillas who enjoys wearing clothing. Not battle armor mind you, but things like cloaks, and hats. He is very inquisitive of his contract signer's fashion choices, although never judgemental. He also is famous for giving gifts to the other gorillas, his way of thanking those around him. The other strange trait of his is his fascination with shinobi world technology and fashion. He does not care for progress in war and jutsu, but rather recent fads and new accessories or outfits. He also enjoys hearing of new comforts invented in the shinobi world.

ABILITIES:
Medical Knowledge
Being one of the few medics in the gorilla contract, Riku has had to make numerous trips to the world of the humans to learn more on medicine. Luckily these hundreds of trips have taught him the anatomy of both gorillas and Humans. He can give expert level medical advice on any gorilla or Human life form, and knows what procedures need to be taken to help that person.

Chakra Control
Devoting his life to medicine and Medical Ninjutsu, Riku has trained his chakra control to be as accurate as he can. Rarely does Riku waste chakra, and when it comes to shaping chakra, he is the master at it. Be it making his chakra into threads, or filling an object with the EXACT amount of chakra needed to alter it, he makes sure to not waste anything he uses.

Riku entered the new surroundings with a bit more... enthusiasm than Konsho was used to from the detached and relaxed ape, but Konsho merely chalked it up to the new surroundings and Riku's love for human culture. Boy did Konsho wish he had that. He wasn't sure if Riku just didn't know how most people treated each other or just looked past it, but that wasn't what he had summoned the gorilla for. Even as he curiously sniffed the area to try and get a lay for this new land- one that to Riku was probably a lot closer to their shared home among the apes, Konsho remained focused on his current goal.

"I'm fine, everyone is fine. I just need help with something." Konsho stated as he slowly walked back to his desk, moving a few books aside from the rest of the stacks. "I'm trying to learn this new taijutsu form, but I'm stuck on this piece of information. It's called knocking and it's linked heavily to biological knowledge."

Konsho would look over to Riku, whom Konsho was concerned he was confusing. "Well... to make a long story short- I need medical knowledge and though you aren't a combat medic; I think I can reverse engineer information from what you can show. Besides... who knows- maybe one day I'll need to make a splint for my own leg. Won't be as good as what you can do, but better safe than sorry." Konsho would motion towards the rest of the varying medical books scattered around his ever chaotic room. "I can read all I want... but nothing in here is going to help if I can't both internalize and practice it. So I was hoping you could teach me some of what I've learned here. Start with the basics at least. We can do the rest another day."

Despite the oddity of these request, Konsho seemed to have no issue in getting the items nor following through on just what he was asked to do. There weren't any complaints, and as Riku waited for his return, the gorilla would take stock of the rooms surroundings. He hadn't ever been to Takigakure, nor did he know much about the area. But, it did feel strangely like home, and the heat almost made him want to take a nap. Still, he had a task to complete, and that was helping the young man learn about medical techniques or at least the basics. 


As the human returned, Riku would nod with a smile before then indicating that he should place them upon the ground. Once this was done, the creature would first and foremost take hold of the mango, biting down into it as he looked upward in glee. It was clear that it was good, if not juicy. Still, there was little time to savor it. 

"Now then....to begin..you must first understand the art of medical techniques...they are not meant to be used as weapons....and they come from a deep understanding of well...the body of an individual..be it human or ape. Each person is different and one technique may not work well for another...but having the judgement to do so requires this knowledge. Otherwise, you are simply taking care of symptoms and not the root cause..."

After saying this, Riku would then set himself down as he took the red paint and then began to peel the skin from the mango with his foot as he proceeded to brush against it's removed flesh. 

"Consider this mango much like the body...it has a thin layer of protection...but within...it is soft and possessing many vitals that allow for it to function...for a fruit such as this...it is the off-spring of a much larger body...but it holds the key to reproduction of more of it's kin. It's survival...depends on how it is cared for and how the seeds from it's flower of tended to..."

Konsho was internally ecstatic at Riku's willingness to help, not that he was expecting a no, but the confirmation that Riku would help meant the world. Externally however... Konsho seemed calm and mildly appreciative. A bit of a strange thing for most of the Apes. Sure a few had heard Konsho turned into a hermit around humans, but with them he was anything but reserved. When he had returned from Iwagakure he was a bit more controlled than his brother and cousin, but he still was as open with the Apes as ever. Yet here there was a strange formality to everything from the least formal person in the world.

"Thank you, Riku." Konsho would state as he gave a curt bow of appreciation. "If you'll allow me a few minutes, I can gather all you need." Konsho would spend the new few minutes on the move as he dashed across the village for the various supplies. The young lord's assistant was quite the scrounger and jury rigger. A quick trip to any near by tree- and a few precise blows- would grant any wood that was needed. Dulled razor wire could function as string. Old torn clothes were now the spare cloth. Given the youth rarely spent any of his pay as a shinobi- instead preferring to go hunt for any necessities, he had more than was needed for the few supplies left over. A few extra trips and he finally had red paint and a mango. Strangely the mango was the hardest one to get. Still, he liked Riku. Getting him a snack couldn't hurt.

There weren't any complaints, and as Riku waited for his return, the gorilla would take stock of the rooms surroundings. He hadn't ever been to Takigakure, nor did he know much about the area. But, it did feel strangely like home, and the heat almost made him want to take a nap. Still, he had a task to complete, and that was helping the young man learn about medical techniques or at least the basics. 


As the human returned, Riku would nod with a smile before then indicating that he should place them upon the ground. Once this was done, the creature would first and foremost take hold of the mango, biting down into it as he looked upward in glee. It was clear that it was good, if not juicy. Still, there was little time to savor it. 

"Now then....to begin..you must first understand the art of medical techniques...they are not meant to be used as weapons....and they come from a deep understanding of well...the body of an individual..be it human or ape. Each person is different and one technique may not work well for another...but having the judgement to do so requires this knowledge. Otherwise, you are simply taking care of symptoms and not the root cause..."

After saying this, Riku would then set himself down as he took the red paint and then began to peel the skin from the mango with his foot as he proceeded to brush against it's removed flesh. 

"Consider this mango much like the body...it has a thin layer of protection...but within...it is soft and possessing many vitals that allow for it to function...for a fruit such as this...it is the off-spring of a much larger body...but it holds the key to reproduction of more of it's kin. It's survival...depends on how it is cared for and how the seeds from it's flower of tended to..."

APPEARANCE:
Riku is a long haired albino gorilla, with a yellow star on his forehead. His hair is long, wavy, and of course messy. However his fur is notably fluffy, and usually when in the home of the gorillas, Riku has some smaller gorilla resting on him.

Most notably, he wears a purple furred cloak on his back, along with a banana palm fan. These combined with his soft facial features and fluffy appearance give a calm air to him, much to Riku's joy.

PERSONALITY:
Riku is a unique member of the Gorilla summons. Notably passive and calm, Riku's very presence seems to relieve tension, even for the Infamous Nobunaga. He looks to help everyone within the village relax, and he himself is a very laid back person, often reacting to events with a small smile and a detached look out on events. He is also known for watching over the children of the gorillas, making sure to catch them when they get into trouble.

Riku however does have a few quirky things about him, the first being that he is one of the few gorillas who enjoys wearing clothing. Not battle armor mind you, but things like cloaks, and hats. He is very inquisitive of his contract signer's fashion choices, although never judgemental. He also is famous for giving gifts to the other gorillas, his way of thanking those around him. The other strange trait of his is his fascination with shinobi world technology and fashion. He does not care for progress in war and jutsu, but rather recent fads and new accessories or outfits. He also enjoys hearing of new comforts invented in the shinobi world.

ABILITIES:
Medical Knowledge
Being one of the few medics in the gorilla contract, Riku has had to make numerous trips to the world of the humans to learn more on medicine. Luckily these hundreds of trips have taught him the anatomy of both gorillas and Humans. He can give expert level medical advice on any gorilla or Human life form, and knows what procedures need to be taken to help that person.

Chakra Control
Devoting his life to medicine and Medical Ninjutsu, Riku has trained his chakra control to be as accurate as he can. Rarely does Riku waste chakra, and when it comes to shaping chakra, he is the master at it. Be it making his chakra into threads, or filling an object with the EXACT amount of chakra needed to alter it, he makes sure to not waste anything he uses.

Konsho inwardly chuckled to himself, although outwardly he merely smirked. He had been expecting the mango to merely be a snack as Riku went into great detail- his version of asking for a glass of water before a lecture. He had not expected the ape to work it into the lesson, but that was on Konsho for assuming. Admittedly a small part of Konsho felt bad that he was using this knowledge being given to him expressly for the purpose Riku stated it is not meant to be used for; but several factors made it easy to sweep aside those feelings. The first was that Takigakure would be doing Konsho no favors, and he needed all the advantages he could get. The second was that Konsho felt he had communicated his intentions clearly, and the Riku understood them when agreeing to this. The final thing that helped ease the invisible burden was that Konsho could always learn to apply these for their intended affect later.

The information being given was already causing the gears in Konsho's mind to turn. It made sense that not every body would work the same- and while that was a given for species, it was good to know that also applied for individuals of the same species. However even a rudimentary knowledge of the human body and how it functions would be an improvement over punches in the dark. Although... was the talk of caring for something a... analogy for Konsho? He didn't look that bad did he?

"With medical techniques, the body...your body...is giving a part of itself to help in order to tend to the needs of another. Of course, it can also be used in means to harm in such an exchange as well..."

Riku would then hold up the seed as he then pointed toward it's center.

"Heart....lungs...kidneys...bones....points of the bodies structure and support systems...."

In saying this, he'd then reach up and tap Konsho's forehead.

"The mind....nerves...muscles...all these things are fair game when using medical techniques...especially in combat....personally...prefer to heal rather than harm...but that does not stop others from doing so....remember this..."

The creature would continue to sit before then closing his eyes as he began to speak once more. 

"But if used for fighting, you have to ensure that each strike hits the point where the body is at it's weakest. Ensure the damage of by all intents lethal...if not threatening to be close....and if not meant for such....ensure caution none the less as you can make a mistake if you do not know exactly where you have to strike to stop them completely....understand?"

He was giving as much of a warning to the dangers of these techniques as he was teaching him of the body. As powerful as one man might be, if hit in a vital place, they could fall just as a quickly as the weakest one.
