overview.

1.) This is a casual roleplay site. Generally, we wish for members to post at least once a month on all of their characters, but this is not a hard requirement and staff will not be monitoring this activity or taking characters away from members who don't meet this metric. While higher activity is greatly appreciated, it is not a requirement, and we ask that members be gracious and considerate of each other and different activity rates.

2.) To make a new character, the staff is looking for members to have posted on each of their existing characters at least once every two weeks. This is to prove that you have the activity required to maintain an additional position. Members must wait at least two weeks after having one character approved before they can submit another for approval.

3.) Activity checks will be posted every two months, which members will need to respond to in order to keep their characters in play. If you miss an activity check, there is a seven-day grace period in which you may appeal to unarchive all of your characters, after which you may appeal to have one of your characters returned. There is a two-week cooldown period between unarchivals, with proof of activity (per rule 2) needed in order to unarchive further characters.

4.) The February and August Activity Checks are free drop months. Members who drop characters as part of these Activity Checks will not receive penalization.

5.) If a member drops their character outside of a free drop activity check, they will receive a two-month suspension on the unarchival or creation of characters. The exception to this is if a member currently has no characters on site - players without an active character will not have a suspension on the unarchival or creation of characters.

6.) If a character account hasn't been posted on or logged into for at least a month, and the character holds a position you wish to claim prior to the activity check, please reach out directly to staff. We will attempt to communicate with the member in question, and if they are unable to be reached, staff will consider vacating the position.

7.) Village leaders are required to post at least once a month, as well as engage in activities that bolster their village, such as enriching lore and creating missions. More about leader expectations can be found here.

8.) Some positions or specialized abilities are only available to members making their first claim (the member has never claimed anything before) on the Specialized Abilities and Weapons list.

9.) New Members - are defined as individuals who have just found and joined the site for the first time or members who were once members of the site, dropped all characters, and were not active on site for a length of at least two years before returning anew.
