For far too long, Fukō no Zenchō has remained relatively stagnant. Split in to two fronts: the Religious sect is a peace loving people that are slowly villainizing and corrupt them every time they prey to their loving god, and by the devotes who have given their lives to controlling this pursuit. Their operation (while not directly aware of it) is to hide the actual activities of the Cult, comprised of a much smaller number of individuals; the Heralds, the Harbinger and the devout who perform the rituals. Still, their activities are monitored by the Religious affairs sect of Nohara no Kuni - requiring a slow descent into madness. Because of Nohara no Kuni's quite pious, quite religiously secular land that makes it prone to these different forces. With the acquisition of a high-ranking internal member inside the village of Kusagakure no Sato, however, gives the cult an opportunity to obtain something they hadn't before: readily available information. This information is to speed up the manner of which Akui is known, and loved, throughout the land. To be successful is to make it the dominant religion of the land. But... sometimes that means breaking a few eggs. They shouldn't be doing it - stop them from stopping any protests. Capture some investigators, interrogate them for information and then dispose of them. The less people keeping tabs on their activities, the better. Educate the Fools: This mission is very vague. I'd like to see some more structure to the mission concept with regards to the goals. Why would they be aiming to bring in shinobi intervention? Should the idea not to be to perform some specific crimes or sabotage that can be responded to only with charity rather than drawing Kusagakure's attention?

Fear the Reaper/Calm Calamity: A-rank missions always require NPC moderator participation.

One more edit: A Calm Calamity may be an S-rank mission. Keep in mind that the head of religious affairs lives within Kusagakure itself, so an attack on her would take place Within the shinobi village and need to get around the fact that both her and her husband are accomplished shinobi, plus avoid the notice of any guards she might have, etc. While important figures are usually classified under A, I believe the impact this would have country-wide as well as her specific association with the Daimyo's Court and position within the Hohei compound would be enough to classify this as an S.
