DESCRIPTION:
With the new trade route now firmly established between the Lightning and Grass countries, many people in both lands have begun to see an influx of goods and services, helping to nurture the economies of both. However, it seems someone has been taking advantage of this new found prosper, and has been sending forged certificates for trade receipts in hopes to land money into their own pockets, rather than into the hands of the traders themselves. A shinobi from both Kusagakure and Kumogakure have been dispatched to bring this matter to an end, and land who ever is responsible in jail.
