But in order to make sure things were in top condition, they had also been cracking down on crime in the region, hitting hard on the mafia, which Shigure had personally done many times over with his missions. The one final thing they needed to do was to make sure mobility was in a more advanced state, and to achieve that, they had been working on constructing some waterways in the region. Kazuto had overseen part of that construction before, and now that the work was to be continued, Shigure had been assigned to make sure things proceeded smoothly. And while this was considered an A-Rank Mission of great importance, the Hyuuga would likely be able to take the challenge on by himself. Still, there was something in his mind as he insisted for Uchiha Kazui to be assigned as his mission partner. His logic behind that was that he wanted the former missing-nin to be seen as a true ally to the village. He knew a lot of people, people like his late father, had more than a few reservations regarding her return, but after knowing her in person, Shigure wanted to help her show the people that she was worth of their trust, and that she could - in her own way - be once again considered a Hidden Leaf shinobi, even if not a member of their regular forces, operating in her own way. His request had been approved, much to his happiness, and he sent Daisuke, one of his Eagle summons, to inform Kazui of the assignment, should she accept it. Friend or foe? Opponent or ally? These terms were often in toss-up as they made their way into almost every conversation that mentioned Kazui’s name. There was a sense of distrust in the air, but the girl couldn’t blame other people for not trusting her especially since she wasn't all too fond of them either. Regardless, weeks of rehabilitating herself to get back to living in a village setting, the Raven found herself following the same old footpath that she memorized since she was just a young child.

Thick forests of trees created a dense and vast amount of coverage, and from behind the leaves and brustle, out raised a small-framed woman. Hands held out gently, tiny trinkets of rain falling from the leaves above, but as dark hues watched the clouds closely her hands fell naturally to her sides again - Kazui could tell that it was bound to storm yet again so that was something that she and her partner would have to deal with.

Inky dark shades locked onto their polar opposite, the eyes of a Hyūga, a ton of power and mysterious behind those shadeless orbs. The girl sighed gently, smoothly sweeping the straw hat from atop her head before speaking.

"You’re lucky you caught me on my way back to River Country..” The Raven spoke softly, the passing wind causing the surrounding nature to catch a fine tune that the rodents and creatures surely wouldn’t mind. The atmosphere grew quiet, as it usually did around Kazui, however the girl did have a few words of thought of her own.

"I’ve heard you’re quite the skilled shinobi, yeah?” She would never admit this to his face, but just letting the Hyūga know that there may be a rumor or two floating around may do them some good. Hopefully he can drown out the noise. "Well, I’ll be the judge of that.” As someone who was extremely hard to impress, Kazui more or less allowed her hopes to run high due to the words spoken of Shigure, and she was a bit upset that she’s allowing herself to be set up for such disappointment.

With that said however, the Raven haired lady continued east, a few steps ahead of Shigure.

It was no secret that Kazui was regarded as a scholar when she was in the academy. One of the smartest in her class, the Uchiha often found herself correcting and/or helping out people older than herself. Many considered her very intellectual then, but that was just only the surface of her potential. Now, the girl is regarded as a genius, her IQ is nothing to be taken lightly or to be taken for granted, even as a young chunin. The teen possesses amazing mental capacity, is able to concentrate flawlessly even in the heat of battle, can calculate things in her head with great speed, and is able to remember many things with perfect recollection, even if it’s just useless information that is meant to be disregarded. In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. The girl is highly alert, aware, and very analytical, and she is also very ingenious and is capable of thinking outside of the box as well. Not only is she capable of reading, analyzing, and breaking down a person’s fighting style, but she can also determine what kind of person they are just by the way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and their thoughts on certain things. While doing this, it’s incredibly difficult to deceive the girl, especially if one is not skilled in the art of deception. Furthermore, Kazui can formulate numerous plans to certain situations in mere seconds. She thinks 10 steps ahead, and always has a back up plan just incase.

Gone In The Wind - Blistering Speed
As a child, Kazui was born weaker than others. Her health conditions set the girl at a disadvantage physically since birth, however her constant effort and drive to become the best has pushed her far beyond many others the same rank as herself. Her speed is nothing to be taken lightly, she has pushed herself physically to be able to not only outpace her opponent, but outright force them into keeping up with her and pushing them to the brink with her speed as well. The girl is fast, quick, and agile, even rivaling those who dedicated their entire life to the art of taijutsu to the point where if they haven’t specifically honed their speed, then the girl could outright outclass them in that regard. Those with weak perception often have trouble perceiving the girl’s movements, and to a normal human’s eye perceiving her is nigh impossible. All of her movements are inhumanly quick and hard to keep track of, and when used in conjunction with her sharingan, it can make her a formidable opponent for even the strongest of shinobi.

Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. One tomoe unlocks the eye of insight, it grants the user the ability to see chakra within an opponent or ally and it also gives an increase to the user’s perceptive abilities. Two tomoe grants the user the eye of hypnotism, while in turn increasing the previous abilities that the ‘Eye of Insight’ grants. The girl’s precognition and perception is heightened well beyond what’s achievable by even the most skilled and elite shinobi, allowing her more of a predictive insight on her opponent as well as the world around her. Even without her sharingan being active, Kazui possesses sharp perceptive abilities and reflexes that allows her to become an escape artist of some sort as well as a complete nuisance to those trying to fight her. The girl’s reaction speed is superb and not to be taken lightly as it is, however, when the dojutsu is active, taking into account the girl’s great speed and adding her keen reflexes into the mix, it’s capabilities are much more potent and useful to the Uchiha. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

Wake Up To Reality - KME Genjutsu Prowess
As an Uchiha it is believed that Kazui and many of her clanmen were born with a natural affinity for the art of genjutsu, but of course none of it can ever come to fruition if there is no effort placed behind it. However, since she was constantly reminded by those around her about that fact, the girl began to focus on the art more than ever before.

Although her illusions do become much more elaborate, less flawed in a certain sense, and stronger, the true results come more in the form of defending herself against genjutsu. As Kazui grew older and gained more experience and familiarity with the ninja arts, the girl’s chakra control had essentially been mastered along with her speed and accuracy with forming hand-seals. Countless of hours spent training, learning, and even creating new jutsu has made the girl grow familiar with every seal needed to perform any jutsu, every motion for every combination, her body absorbed and memorized - allowing her to flow through the motions with no given thought or effort. Her speed with forming these seals is insanely quick and precise, she’s even capable of stringing together the lengthiest combinations of hand seals and casting jutsu faster than most can even dream of keeping up with, making it appear as if she hadn’t even tried to use any hand-seals to begin with. When they met, Kazui spoke softly, mentioning he was lucky to have caught the Uchiha on her way back from the River Country and he nodded to her. "I am looking forward working alongside you, Kazui-san." he said, cracking a friendly smile to the girl before they started heading towards the vicinities of Port City, where their mission was going to take place. The light drizzle didn't bother him, but it did make the day a bit colder, slightly hazy, but that was no issue to the two of them. Shigure was honestly surprised when she mentioned the rumors she heard and the smile on his face widened ever so slightly. "I do what I can, and I have had good teachers. I've heard a lot about how skilled you are, so... It's exciting to go on a mission with you." his tone was ever friendly, as he was. The trip to the city wouldn't take very long. It was good to be able to travel at a faster than normal pace. Things were really different when two Jounin went out on missions together after all. And using the time they had, he would debrief her on the previous mission in the area, as she was unlikely to have been granted access to the mission reports. "Kazuto helped aid the construction of the first waterway a few months ago, and from the mission report, he had to deal with three hostile shinobi, one of which was an Aburame, and the other one a Yamanaka. From what I've been told, he is also currently in the area. The Village wants to see all three of them completed soon." he explained, looking over to Kazui to see if she had any questions he could potentially answer. "So what if it seems hopeless? She watched as her surprised amount of confidence in the Hyūga dwindled down into just the mere thought of him being high level. Or maybe we’re both doomed.. The lady thought to herself, turning to glance at the man as he spoke but quickly looked away after. Gently sighing a breath of pity, defeat, and confusion as the raven returned to her focus to their route ahead. Despite being as quiet as she was, the real conversations she had were often with herself, and only herself. Dark hues quickly shot back and forth between the Hyūga so much that she couldn’t help but to bring her thoughts to the light…

"How?”

She asked in her soft somber nature, yet interest lingering behind the slight inflections of her tone, very little meaning to her words but so many meanings behind the reason she asked. The raven sighed again, reiterating the question to ensure that Shigure was understanding. "How..are you so cheerful all the time?” She didn’t know him too terribly well, this was their first few meetings with one another and Kazui couldn’t help but notice his kind demeanor, warm chakra, friendly eyes (despite not having any pupils) there wasn’t a single thing that she couldn’t point out about his personality that was a flaw outside of his constant ability to slightly aggravate her with his flood of emotional talk..he was too emotionally available whereas Kazui was more or less the opposite. How could someone like that be such a weapon?

Regardless of how the Hyūga answered, the raven swept the question under the rug for now and disregarded it. With the extra information brought forth to her by her comrade, Kazui simply gave a nod and a word of acknowledgment. "Hai.” - [lit. Yes.] The two continued making progress towards the east as the clouds began to meet in the skies.

It didn’t take long for the duo to reach the area of construction, and with that done, the raven began to push her chakra outward - getting a feel for the world around them.

ARRIVAL As they continued to travel towards Port City, Shigure used his Byakugan to occasionally scan ahead, making sure they were not going to be jumped by anything or anyone, and fortunately, the roads seemed safe enough. Still, he couldn't help but to notice a certain unease coming from Kazui, and her eyes moving back and forth towards him. "Something wrong?" he wondered, feeling a tad bit intrigued. Fortunately - or not - Kazui would be quenching his curiosity soon enough when she asked him 'How'. Yet, nothing initially came after that. "Hm?" he mumbled as his eyes gazed upon hers. And then the actual question came, and it made him blink twice, surprised and amused. The dumbfounded expression quickly shifted back to his friendly smile and he chuckled softly at her question. "Well... I guess I just try to look at things in a positive light. You see... I've lost a lot of people I cared about throughout the years... And at the time I allowed it to overpower me, and I sink deep into myself... But then I remembered that I now had the duty to live not only for myself, but for those who gave their lives so I could carry on. In a way, I'm their living legacy... They entrusted me their dreams, their smiles, and their tears... So I can't just mope around and waste all my life feeling sorry for myself." he said, remembering all the important people he had lost, and how important they were in his life. He was the person he was today because of them. And while his words made it sound rather simple, it actually took him nearly five years of his life to be able to cope with his depression and PTSD and get back on his feet. And although he didn't know what happened to Kazui in details, he knew that she suffered losses of her own. Every person reacted to pain differently, and every person had their own time. Still, he wanted to be someone she could rely on, someone she could seek out for help if she ever needed to. He was empathetic towards the pain of others. Still, when the subject was dropped, he would then proceed to brief her on the previous mission, which the girl quickly acknowledged. Shortly after that, they would arrive at the construction site, where Shigure would turn to Kazui. "I will talk to the chief of the workers, get a feeling of what has been going on here." he informed her as he sought out to the man, to ask if they were running into any issues or dangers. "So what if it seems hopeless? If it were me, I still wouldn't give up. Embrace your dreams. And, whatever happens, protect your honour as a Shinobi, for the price of freedom is steep." Dark hues watched the surroundings closely, until they fell upon the blueprint and architecture of the men’s work stashed away in a spacious tent with tables and tools lying about. A few flaws in design, but nothing serious. She couldn’t help but to feel that the place didn’t have much of a "safe” ambience to it, just from a few glances around. Regardless, the girl worked her way back to where she and Shigure had left off, and with him speaking to the chief, Kazui decided to get her hands dirty. In a sweeping fashion, the Sai no Kawara cloak was removed from her form displaying her typical clan attire.

"Let’s see..” Grabbing a seat, Kazui began taking note of the area, where is an attack more likely to come from and how should they go about handling it? The personnel, who had authorization to certain areas? Any unruly former employees they needed to be concerned of? Typical animals for the area and what might warrant more of an escalating approach for security purposes. Still a bit of information that needed to be connected, but hopefully Shigure would be able to connect those missing dots.

The weather on the way to the construction site is clear and cold. While Hi no Kuni would never experience the chill of other countries it was enough that one could experience a stark nippiness in the shade and come nightfall there would likely be a light frost. Shigure and Kazui would suffer no issues reaching the construction site, but as they arrived it became apparent why the main tent was empty and why not much work was ongoing. With the recent heavy rains and snow melts the river had burst it's banks flooding the construction site and preventing the workers from continuing their job rerouting the river temporarily so they could build the dam. Leaving the entire worksite in chaos. It wasn't difficult for Shigure however to track down the Foreman. As he was in the thick of things covered in mud, half up to his legs wading through the water with a sandbag over each shoulder barking out orders.



"You! Get the sandbags down quickly! And Taro and Haruto start moving the concrete sacks further back into the treeline! Makesure to keep the under shelter! We can't risk them getting wet! Then~" He trails off spotting Shigure his gaze flicking to the Konoha headband as he gives the man a worried nod of greeting.

"Ah you're here Hyuuga-san. Thank you for your timely arrival. As you can see we're having some difficulties right now. We were meant to reroute the river through the culvert dug over there," He points to the large ditch that circles the left side of the camp, "But with the recent rain and snow melts the water broke through the temporary routing dam and flooded the camp preventing us from continuing digging. Do you think you could do anything to block and route the river down the proper path?" The man asks his gaze hopeful and searching. "It's been one thing after another with this site." And looking around it was clear the foreman wasn't the only exhausted, wet, muddy, and tired worker about. All the men held a certain weariness to their shoulders.

"But ah. Where are my manners. I'm Foreman Karuto Najima," He introduces himself with a tired smile.

The man seemed happy with their timely arrival, and Shigure arch one of his brows, wondering what he meant by 'timely', but the man was quick to explain that they were having some difficulties, something with the rerouting of the river. Their temporary routing dam had been flooded, and it had disrupted their activities. As they had been charged with making sure the waterway was completed, it was part of their mission to provide the workers with any aid, so he would nod to the man. "We will find a way to take care of it. Now, have you guys been running into any other issues? I would like to hear a run down on what has been going on, so we can be prepared, and efficiently ensure that you will be able to finish the project in time." he said, keeping a firm, yet positive tone. He wanted to reassure the man that things would work out well now that they were here. And since Kazui apparently didn't detect anything concerning yet, they could probably employ some of their chakra to try and fix the dam. "So what if it seems hopeless? If it were me, I still wouldn't give up. Embrace your dreams. And, whatever happens, protect your honour as a Shinobi, for the price of freedom is steep." Kazui worked relatively quickly with the few tad and bits of information that she managed to collect on her own within her first few minutes of being in the camp, however there was still a lot that she needed to know. So as much as she would have liked to remain by herself, she had to go looking for the Hyūga and the man who’s supposedly in charge.

Hmph.

She lifted herself up to her feet and began searching for Shigure. The place was a muddy atrocity, rain and snow melt often did that, but it seemed to cause these workers a lot more problems than just thick globs of dirt. As she found the Hyūga’s side once again, her eyes trailed towards the ground, tracing the outline of the ditch on the left side of the worksite. "Hmm.” The girl hummed, her gaze meeting the foreman’s just as he began introducing himself to her comrade. Karuto. It checked out with what she had found in the abandoned tent.

"Perimeter is fine, not great, but shouldn’t be too difficult to cover and maintain should any dangers try to enter the worksite. Nothing really stands out in the camp.” She voiced to the men, thumbing through her notes page by page. As eager as she was to get started so that they could finish quickly, there were a few things that Kazui needed from the foreman. "Karuto, may I have a list of all authorized personnel, recently terminated personnel, and anyone with disciplinary marks to their name..preferably with pictures included.” With the request made, the girl tucked away her little notepad, rolled up the sleeves to her deep navy blue shirt, and made her way towards the routing dam. She inspected it for a split second, noticing parts of the dam had been cracked and damaged due to the amount of pressure behind the flood regardless she took in a deep breath as she realized it could be an easy fix.

"I could possibly patch it up and even fortify it..” She told herself mostly. She knew that she wasn’t the greatest doton user, but the girl was crafty enough with it to believe she could handle it herself. Swinging her arms out to the side, Kazui zipped through a set of 4 handseals at amazing speeds, slapping her hand against the cold wet ground, watching as the mud and earth around them rose from the Earth’s floor and hardened around the previous dam. Just standard doton structures, nothing too terribly fancy.

Foreman Najima Waterways Hyūga Shigure Lady Kazui

Foreman Najima heaves a great sigh of relief as the temporary dam is repaired. Routing the raging river around the camp for the moment at least. Hopefully the water doesn't rise further or they'd have different issues. The campsite is still a muddy awful mess with supplies washed away or outright soaked from the dam burst, but no longer in active danger. Allowing the Foreman to pause in his work at least momentarily. "Thank you shinobi-sans. Your assistance is appreciated," The man offers his gratitude with a large beaming smile.

"None of my crew have been dismissed or have any strikes against them, but I do have everyone's files back in my tent. I think each one has a picture attached..." He states trailing off as he tries to answer both their questions as quickly as possible. "If you could help haul the supplies up to higher ground just in case the river gets any worse that would be appreciated. Otherwise we're going to start digging to put down the main support beams for the dam here... and here." The foreman points out the spots marked with tall bright oranges flags that have thankfully like reeds bent with the water rather then breaking or getting washed away.

"Mostly the issues we've been having is terrible luck as far as the weather and area goes. This spot used to be an old swamp and while it's been built up into farming land to grow trees the ground is not the most stable. So we're having to put down strong foundations to ensure the dam won't give or if it does it fails in a safe and repairable manner." The man explains as he rakes a muddy hand through his hair trying to slick the strands back uncaring in regards to the dirt with the day he's had.

A day that only seems to be getting worse as one of the workers runs up ashen faced and nervous. "Sir?" He begins as the Foreman turns to the man with a frown. "More bad news?" He questions.

"Err we managed to rescue most of the concrete sacks Sir, but I'm afraid the bottom two stacks were ruined." The worker explains earning a tired sigh from the Foreman. "Luckily we put in an order for more to arrive this evening. Hopefully what we have will be enough to start the foundation at least if the damnable stuff will set." The foreman grumbles waving the worker off who scurries away to help his fellows.

Although they are fairly standard for the markings and coloration of other golden eagles, these eagles are much much larger than a typical golden eagle. Large enough to ride, it’s difficult to measure just how large these creatures are, though the average between them would be about the same size as a horse from foot to head. Their wingspan is also more than twice the length of their bodies, allowing them to carry things that would more than double their own weight.


PERSONALITY:
While the personalities of the birds vary from one to the other, they all operate in a highly coordinated manner, much like what would be expected of a pack of wolves. They are calm and calculating, never using an ounce more energy than they require. The group will typically work together to take down targets much larger than they would be able to on their own, though thanks to their size, it is not typically required to have more than two or three of them around for a take down. These eagles are also incredibly loyal to each other and their summoner, and will often put themselves in harms way to protect one another.

As the convocation is made up of eight of these giant eagles in total, the summoner is able to call forth any number of the eagles they desire at a given time at the cast of their summoning jutsu. While this of course does cost chakra to summon each individual eagle, it would allow for the user to call multiple eagles at the same time to fight by their side.

Soar with the Eagles
Often used for their great size, these eagles are large enough to be ridden through the sky. They are often called upon for rescue missions, able to swoop down and pick up allies with their massive claws, or allow for their summoner to be granted a quick escape. It should be noted though, it does take a considerable amount of energy for the eagles to fly for vast distances while being ridden, and as such they typically cannot be mounted for more than 40 or 50 kilometers before they require rest.

Kazui mumbled softly as she turned to face the Hyuga. Bringing her hands to her backside, the girl began to dust off her palms and brush away any dirt and mud that may have been clung to her clothing, soft dark orbs shifted between the Shigure and Karuto just in time to catch the foreman’s sigh of relief. Perhaps the structures could provide them with enough cover until they found a permanent solution. She could tell this man was a ball of stress, so she would keep the majority of her thoughts to herself. Though, the teen had to admit she was a bit lackluster to have been informed that the only problems that had encountered thus far were due to inclimate weather and bad luck - but if all she were going to be doing would be bathing in mud while helping with construction work then Shigure was definitely en route to receiving a bunch of unpleasantries from the teen girl once they got home.

Regarding their workers however, it was good to know none of them had behavioral issues, so they wouldn’t need to worry about insiders too much, but it was still best to know who was who and who had authorization to certain areas, equipment, etc. "Hm .. right.” She spoke. There were a few tasks that they would need to knock out. Equipment needed to be on higher ground, and there were holes that needed to be dug up.

"Sure.”

Kazui agreed before stepping away from the foreman and making her way towards the tents yet again, this time digging a bit deeper with the permission of the foreman to access such files. She would jot down the names, age, and all relevant information she would need down the line before returning the papers back into their rightful places. She would be able to memorize their faces, so there was no need to carry the documents around.

With all the information needed finally attained, the raven quickly made her way next to a few of the workers and began to help tote some of the supplies to higher ground as asked, keeping her sensory over the entire area to ensure all was well while she wasn’t by Shigure’s side.

Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. One tomoe unlocks the eye of insight, it grants the user the ability to see chakra within an opponent or ally and it also gives an increase to the user’s perceptive abilities. The foreman would glance towards the massive eagles his eyes wide and impressed, "W-well~" He begins stammering slightly in surprise, "We need to get the rebar and the steel foundation beams up to higher ground. If the rivers gets out of hand they could be swept down stream and if anyone was caught in the water with them they'd likely be killed." The Man advises before glancing around.

"Other then that we got the concrete moved up to higher ground, but... say your eagles are awful fast right? Do you think you could send them out to meet the shipment of concrete and bring it back? Then if we can get these holes dug and the first beams put in and starting to set then we'd be able to make up some time." The Foreman requested with a nod towards the large birds as with the two shinobi taking some of the work off of them he ordered a group of his men to grab shovels and begin digging the holes for the support beams. It was slow going with the mud and wet, but the men were making some progress.

I could definitely see Fire or Lightning. I was just a bit surprised, but I guess I should've expected no less. Dominating all elements is not among my skillset." he admitted. Shigure had put a lot of effort in order to master three elements, and he was pretty sure he had reached his limits; the concepts behind properly using Earth Release and Water Release sounded almost alien to him, as his chakra was mostly perceived as an offensive force. Still, he admired people who could learn techniques for terrain control. While Kazui would step towards the tents to get access to the files, Shigure took care of summoning his Convocation of Eagles. Their size was really impressive, so he couldn't blame the man for being surprised. He informed them that the steel foundations beams and the rebar needed to be taking to the higher ground in order to avoid being carried away from the river. But before finishing, he also mentioned the shipment of concrete, wondering if the Eagles could also help with that. "They are certainly fast. They are Giant Golden Eagles, so they can fly at around three-hundred kilometres per hour (around 185 mph), maybe a little less if they are carrying a lot of weight. You ordered one shipment, correct? That case... I can send one of the Eagles to retrieve it, while I assist the other two with the rebar and the steel beams. How does that sound?" he would ask, and if the man agreed to the work, Shigure would get them all started, issuing the instructions to his summons. For what it was worth Kazui thought that Shigure made a good point, she definitely wasn’t the typical earth release user, in fact she only just learned it recently, being around a few ex-iwa shinobi being the only reason why she found interest in it. Coupled with her intelligence and her overall thirst for knowledge it didn’t take her too long to get the basics of the element, and then she began to study scrolls to help with the utilization of it all. "I suppose..” She voiced softly before moving on from the topic.

Nevertheless, little by little the girl helped the workers tote their supplies up to higher ground, albeit reluctantly and with a little spice as well. "‘Hupp” Hoisting bags of material over her back, fireman-carrying them up a hill before repeating the process over and over. She was beginning to grow annoyed, she didn’t sign up to be a construction worker - hell she wasn’t even an active shinobi. A breath left her lips once she finished her previous trip, the girl grabbed a seat on the hill tops, secluding herself for a moment. Overlooking the camp, Kazui could practically see all of the workers and the work they were doing. With time to herself, the raven thought if this was something she really wanted to do? Helping the leaf with missions? She was torn between her organization and the village…just knowing that eventually she would need to choose between the two.

A sigh escaped her breath as she started on her way back down to camp. A giant eagle soaring overhead, its wings creating a strong gust of wind that sent cold air and chills down the teen’s spine. She shielded her eyes naturally from the wind and any debris, it was second nature to her. Regardless, she returned to the Foreman’s side once the task was complete.
