This is Sai no Kawara’s golden opportunity to stick their nose into the situation and crash the event. The world wouldn’t be losing much by putting an end to these individuals and pocketing their invitations for themselves.

This news aligned with articles she had read in the newspaper a week prior, so of course she decided to pass this information on to Leaf officials as well. After further investigation, SinK learned who was behind the entire ordeal. A very powerful and successful public figure who has managed to amass quite the following due to his ideology and overall hatred towards the leaf village was pinned to the crimes, deemed as "The Don” of it all. With government officials from animus lands backing him, "The Don” is finally putting one of his biggest plans into motion. What makes it worse is that he seeks to reverse engineer the kkg of his victims to clone and redistribute to those who wish to see Konoha up in the very flames they talk so much about. Intel gathered shows that a rather sizable event is being held by the man in his own honor, a masquerade of some sort. The party is being thrown in one of his mansions scattered across Forest Country and the guest list seems to be jam-packed with tons of high ranking shinobi in attendance in addition to other high profile individuals as well as his band of bodyguards, a handful of personal ninja with superb ability who never seem to leave his side unless absolutely needed or requested to do so. The main objective is simple: infiltrate the event and put an end to "The Don.” Other objectives are to find out any information that can and will lead to where the children are being held (mandatory), and to do so without raising high alarm (Optional but definitely recommended.) This is a very classy, high profile, somewhat crowded event filled with snobby pricks and successful stakeholders who have been there numerous times before, so it would be best to navigate it as such.

I would ask that Random Scenario be turned on for the S-Rank mission. Anything and everything can and will do wrong when dealing with high value cases and their security, especially when they will absolutely be on high alert and you are trying to avoid raising alarm. Likewise, everything and anything can go your way on a stroke of luck. I want and need to see risk in this mission, but otherwise these look fine.

I would also state that due to the nature of this mission, and the one that allows it, that the missions have counter-missions from Konoha. And only from Konoha, especially if this is in Fire Country.

Random Mission Scenario doesn’t make a mission risk free. It prevents/allows random stuff that has nothing to do with the original mission from occurring. So no I’m not enabling it.

Also, why would Konoha counter a mission that they are actively involved with as well? Kazui isn’t a nukenin from an IC standpoint keep that in mind. She/Sink is working with the village to assassinate the target, planning for the mission would have been done by both parties together.

Pardon the wait while I deliberated on this mission application. Currently, the organization has no written affiliation with Konoha and thus leaves implausibilty of these missions happening as they are. Until such an appeal goes through that rectifies this aspect, unfortunately, these missions have to be denied as they are. When they officially have affiliation to Konoha, resubmit these for approval.

I'm sorry how does the village and the organization have no WRITTEN AFFILIATION when we've done the thread for their pardoning mentioning the rules of their agreement TWICE! SHES LITERALLY BACK IN THE VILLAGE! SHE HAS BEEN PARDONED! WHY IN THE HELL WOULD KONOHA TRY TO INTERFERE WHEN THE ORG IS HELPING THEM?! Please make it make sense, because none of it does.
