Yamanaka Itsuki
He wasn't particularly surprised that she wasn't specific about her village, but he was a little disappointed. While part of him was absolutely fishing for information, the part of him that was still rather childish just wanted to hear stories about what it was like living in the ice and snow that was so different from his own home. Still, he'd have to stow those feelings away, his body tense and alert as he tried to box the older shinobi in with his whirring shuriken, hands tracing paths that they would arc through the air as he tried to catch her within the bladed weapons.
His goal was to trap her in a small 'tornado' formation where the shuriken could slice repeatedly, the weapons turning tighter and tighter around her as they tried to control her movements. It was tricky, her ability to dodge and weave was really impressive and he was definitely trying to take some pointers from her on how to avoid getting hit by things.
The shuriken she threw at him were signifcantly more accurate than his own (if he wasn't cheating by using fuuton chakra to manipulate them), even with her dodging his attacks he knew he woud need to move to avoid them if he didn't want to take one to a sensitive part of his body. The sudden acceleration of the second shuriken to the point it shattered the first had his eyes widening, the boy tensing and then blurring as he made use of
Shunpo to leap about five meters to his opponent's left just in time to avoid the majority of the shrapnel.
He wasn't entirely successful unfortunately.
A small red line along one cheek stood out starkly on his pale skin where a shard of metal had scored flesh, and there were clear rips in his clothing where his movement had saved him from much nastier injuries. The Yamanaka whistling loudly, impressed with the technique,
"that was really neat! I didn't know you could do that with shuriken!~" he declared, his hands already held out to readjust the paths of the shuriken as he tried to cut the young woman off from escape. Hopefully the subtle use of
Kousou that he had embedded in his whistle would help him, having tried to hide the genjutsu in the childish sound of awe.
It had worked for him before after all.

Prodigious Control - Enhanced Chakra Control
The Yamanaka clan have never been known for vast reserves of Chakra, and Itsuki is no exception to this rule. What they are known for however, is their control, of both themselves and of others. Like many of his kin, Itsuki has an instinctive grasp of his own Chakra, to the point that manipulating his chakra is simple as moving any of his other body parts.
Kagura Mind's Eye
The Yamanaka have provided Konoha with many talented Sensors, and Itsuki was flagged as such a possibility early on in his life. With his excellent chakra control, natural talent, and determination (as well as a healthy dose of misfortune and gruelling training) he was able to push his sensory abilities beyond the norm. Guided by one of Konoha's greatest living sensors, Itsuki was able to develop the Kagura Mind's Eye. Through this, he is able to detect emotions, intent, and when others are lying. He is also able to passively sense chakra up to 500 meters away, and when actively using his ability may reach up to 2.5 kilometers.

DESCRIPTION:
This ability allows the user to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds ten kilometers. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye, though due to the low chakra cost many users keep it active often. The ability also extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including the user, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, the user can perceive its location and movement with great detail.

DESCRIPTION:
By coating wind-natured chakra into weapons the user is capable of controlling their weapons remotely. While they are in this state the user has free range over the weapons trajectory and the weapons themselves gain a natural boon in their range, effectively allowing them to weave around obstacles to hit their targets from much further than standard ranges. The user must utilize their hand(s) to direct the movements of the weapons & in the event of multiple weapons one is capable of using each hand to control different weapon trajectories. While this technique can be used effectively from afar the control one can place upon them tend to lessen with extended use that normally come with large distances far beyond their standard effective throwing range. However, the amount of chakra an individual must use to effect one's weapons varies in terms of both size and design. Range & Control can also be reduced based on the design of the weapon itself such as a Shuriken, designed for flight, would have a greater control range than a Katana. Can control weapons upward to 3 posts while within range.

DESCRIPTION:
Within the Step Method's branching techniques, the Flash Steps is the most refined for pure velocity and acceleration in one, linear direction. From the point of origin until the shinobi stops, they are able to move at an incredible pace, practically vanishing from sight. However, this is an incredibly taxing method of movement, and if used to move too far it can stress the body. It cannot reach the speed granted by Body Flicker, but it is not quite as devastating on the user. Traveling beyond fifteen meters with one step will cause great stress to the body. It still has a high chakra cost, but the muscle strain will immobilize the shinobi for one round as their body recovers. It is possible to utilize multiple flash steps back to back, but cost must be paid individually.
