Taro was staring across from the tree he was standing in. His body was more then prepared- The rain that licked off his forehead simply focused him even further. This was his hunting ground. His place of art. And when it was raining? When it was raining, that was when it was the most dangerous for his foes. His nod towards Ren was clear, and he glanced back towards Shouko as well, making sure she was prepared. A single horse seal, and his body began to blend in with the very rain itself- Not so clearly distinguishable due to the very nature of the chakra infused rain of Arashi no Kuni. His plan of attack was simple, for now. Taro was an ambush predator, and that meant creating the perfect trap. Ahead of him was a thin layer of water he'd already pressed over the rather simple puddles- Another Jutsu of his that would cause the surface of such to be incredibly slippery. It was more of a simple jutsu- He didn't expect a Shinobi to run down a pathway- But it gave him some leverage for the ground so he had better control over the air. Because in the air was where Taro's mastery came to bloom. His fully stocked equipment, his cloak (Which was now tossed off and against a tree branch, because of course it was, along with all the supplies inside of it), and his weapons, sharpened and ready... He'd try to make this swift and confusing for his opponent, and hoped his allies would play along with this as well. - Suiton: Ayamariue [Water Release: Slip Surface] on the ground, making a slippery surface to anyone who walks across it! - Suiton: Amegakure no Jutsu [Water Release: Hiding in Rain Technique] to hide in the downpour, making himself near transparent to anyone without dojutsu or similar levels of detection skills.
