OTHER ALIAS: Yosaiyama (Known by older Friends/Acquaintances/Family): A bit of an unusual twist, Yosaiyama is actually the girls original birth name, given to her by her father in reminence of the First Lady of Takigakure, and her rumored beginnings as an experiment. Due to not wanting to be seen as a lab rat like the original Yosaiyama, and her own negative relationship with her father, Noeru changed her name quite some time ago to what her mother had originally proposed.

Unnatural. If there's a unifying theme to Noeru's appearance throughout her entire body it's that it is unnatural. Her palms have open holes, the telltale sign of the Air Tube implantation, and her modifications to herself only become more severe from there. And this all stems from her lineage, not as a Hideaki, but from her father's side, as a Maikesu.

Her body is sleek, with a naturally flat chest and an unnaturally thin figure, almost no fat on her body, all. This is all due to modifications she's done to herself as she's turned herself into a human puppet. It's obvious at first sight as well, her upper shoulders and inner leg joints having visible holes and tubes leading outside her body, that travel throughout her body inside. Even her eyes have very obvious modifications as well, her naturally brown eyes now having a large light blue ring around them that does not look like it belongs on any human eye.

Then there's the tattoos, she has three of them, all from her Hideaki heritage:

• A pair of bat wings spread across her back that reach her shoulder blades just before the tubes and implants, can't be missed if her bare back is showing
• A long line starting at the center of her spine and splitting into two lines along the sides of her body, both going to her armpits, also clearly visible if exposed
• A large dot starting at the center of her spine where her last tattoo left off, it leads to her tailbone and turns into a thick spiral at her tailbone. Only the line and dot would be easily visible if revealed, as the spiral would require a certain state of undress to see.

Other than her eyes though her head remains unchanged. And on it is a youthful, if harsh, looking face with spiked, uncontrollable hair that go down to her neck and long side bangs. She does manage to tame the front of her hair at least, always wearing a pull-down visor when out in public, though it strangely doesn't have a visible lens on the outside. Due to her unnatural body shape, she tends to wear jumpsuits or skintight clothes that can morph to fit her, along with baggier things when it's cold out.

PERSONALITY

NINDO: I AM the ultimate lifeform!

Noeru's attitude towards most things related to her job as a ninja is very professional, treating it with a business-like attitude. She's courteous to everyone she's not fighting, and polite while avoiding being too informal. However, this treatment of anything related to the ninja world as just business means she has no loyalties to ideologies, or even people. The only thing she's loyal to is the position of leader, and anything else is replaceable. This means she can function under a tyrant as easily as she can under a benevolent ruler, simply discarding her old code for the new ones. It also means she has no real issues with discarding or disposing of people as well. Whether they be old allies after an alliance falls through, or a fellow countryman she had lunch with the day before, she has no qualms about "betraying" them. It's just good business, after all.

As for her more personal life, she is actually rather influenced by her two families ideologies. She is utterly convinced that she's the most perfect human being in the world due to her having combined her self-modifications with her tattoos to achieve something post-human. And like many Hideaki, she is very protective of that status, and will become extremely and unusually competitive in her approach to things she considers a challenge to her self-given title of the most perfect being. It has also amusingly, shifted the focus of her ire clan wise. Instead of high status clans like most Hideaki, she is disdainful towards clans that would be considered to be peak humans such as Sunagakure's Saeko clan and the famous Uzumaki clan. This goes so deep that there is a chance she could break ranks or ignore orders in order to fight one of them, and prove she's the most most perfect being. But being the perfect being has come at a cost.

Noeru struggles, mentally. She's not stupid, nor technically insane, but the numerous modifications to her body cause her to suffer from hallucinations occasionally, to the point she has a habit of not paying attention to the beginnings of conversations as she's unsure if they're real or not. This means she's developed a habit of repeating the initial things people say to her, not cause she doesn't understand but simply to confirm it was really said in the first place. She's also heavily dependent on her Chakra sensing abilities to distinguish reality from hallucination, to the point she will unhesitatingly accept something with a Chakra signature as real upon initial interactions. Her multiple eye-augmentations have also left her prone to migraines, using her solid visor to block out all sight when they become too much. Due to this and the chronic aches she also suffers from, she enjoys lying in baths that are done in such a way to relieve her of most of her physical senses. A sensory deprivation bath, if you will.

HISTORY

(-20SD):
It is truly amazing, that something as simple as watching the Chuunin Exams could change so many peoples lives forever. How when a Go-getter member of the Maikesu, discontent with his inability to rise in the ranks of his home city in Hagaruma, saw the use of the Air-Tubes of a Takigakure participant. And it was then the Augmentation obsessed man found another toy to obsess over, and when he learned that Bonchi no Kuni had almost no Maikesu presence, he smelled opportunity. He'd leave everything behind, seeking the village of this weapon he knew would change everything. And by a mix of determination, strength, and luck he'd do it. He'd declare himself a shot caller in what he'd later learn was the decoy Takigakure village, as he started to fall in love with the history of his new home. Specifically, the father of the first Lady of Takigakure, a man willing to experiment on himself and others to improve. "A Maikesu at heart", the man had a tendency to say. And as more Maikesu migrated to this new land of opportunity, the man would hear of another village. The true village of Takigakure.

His setting up here is where his life truly changed. He'd learn of the Hideaki clan, a clan that uses tattoos to enhance themselves. And as the first real Maikesu presence in Takigakure, he'd declare himself a new title. Top Dog of Takigakure, and he'd introduce himself to a young Hideaki woman as such. And she'd fall for his charm, and with the encouragement of the Lady of Taki, they would have a child. A child the man would name Yosaiyama. The woman would believe it was in homage, but it was in fact because of their Lady's rumored beginnings, her beginnings as a lab rat for her father.

Noeru, or as she was known at the time Yosaiyama, had a complicated childhood. While she was born after the end of the third war, and thus didn't have that danger hanging over her head, her family situation was becoming increasingly worse. Her father was inattentive to both of them, disinterested in his daughter as she wasn't yet old enough to receive implants, and her young mother felt tricked and betrayed. This would only get worse in an affair that would accumulate into the then known as Yosaiyama's half-brother, Toyota Kuruza. It was scandalous to say the least, and the girl wouldn't have any memorable interactions with the man until her eighth birthday, the day she'd graduate from the Academy.

Joining the Academy had been a given, she was still part of one of the village clans after all, and one constantly looking for praise from the First Lady. So even if her life had become more scandalous then her young mother, or anyone else in the Hideaki clan had wanted, she still joined. And when she graduated to Genin at age eight, she was granted her first tattoo. And this was also when her father pulled her aside, heaped praise on her she'd never managed to get from him before, and he said he had a gift for her as well. She had assumed it would a special jutsu, or perhaps a special dinner between them, something to reconnect. Instead he strapped her to a surgery, ready to begin experimenting. She screamed and pleaded for him to let her go until he knocked her out with anisthetics, and when she'd wake up she'd be completely different. Her palms would now have holes, Takigakure's Air tubes, the things that had drawn her father here in the first place, were implanted in her. And her eyes were different as well, her pupils changing color from blue to brown, and the color shades completely changed as well. But, the man had changed too much too fast, having made two augmentations to her eyes instead of one, and her brain became overloaded from processing. That was when she got her first migraine, and the girl then known as Yosaiyama screamed in pain to her father's displeasure at this imperfection.

The girl would spend two years trying to adapt to her augmentations, having to start taking pills both to suppress her immunization response, but now for her migraines as well. And this severely strained relationship with her father would shatter completely in her first attempt at the Chuunin Exams when she was ten. While she would manage to make it to the elimination round in large part because of her augmentations combined with her tattoo, a migraine would strike during the elimination round fight and she'd lose. She was dismissed as a failure by her father, a lesson to be learned from as her half-brother would now become the one to inherit his legacy. And the girl would in turn reject the name Yosaiyama, adopting the name that had been suggested by her mother. Noeru. She was no longer an experiment at the hands of her father. And she was going to surpass him by becoming exactly what he'd wanted her to be, the most perfect being in the world, seamlessly combining technology and Ninjutsu.

The next four years would have Noeru going on missions and truly mastering her augmentations, combining them with her tattoo for maximum effectiveness. It was also here that she'd realize had been onto something. He'd been a monster, but he wasn't wrong about this was the path to becoming the perfect being. And befitting a perfect being her mission completion rate became notably high for a genin, to the point she became the crown jewel of her sensei and she found herself in increasingly formal settings as she was shown off and found herself talking to different ninja of note amongst the village. And this is where her sense of professional detachment started to become developed. As the girl had all but disowned her father, she'd retreated into her mother her clan, a clan known for trying to gain respect from notable members of the village and this she was heavily encouraged to impress them all. And this would be difficult as in one conversation she'd be nodding along to how things are going great in the village, then the next thing she'd know she'd be talking to someone else and nodding at how things needed to change. But by doing so she came off as polite and friendly, even if she never expressed many views of her own, and this did help win over a few hearts and minds to the Hideaki. And when she was fourteen, she'd once again take part in the Chuunin Exams, and pass with no real troubles this time. And this was where she'd meet her fate.

Upon becoming Chuunin she'd be granted two things, an additional tattoo and an additional augmentation. Not from her father this time, but her half-brother. While she might have detested the man, she didn't bear any ill-will to her half-sibling who had found himself in a not much better situation. In fact they were quite close for two people not known for maintaining close relationships. And that was how she'd receive her thruster augmentation, combined with a tattoo of wings. This would lead to the girl becoming almost immediately noticed by the Kami no Shi, as she was a perfect fit for a Shimin under the Jiasu themselves. This is also where she'd start making a role for herself in the Hideaki as well, becoming the Head Scientist of the clan, something she was quite content with as it let her further progress her own augmentations and tattoos as well. This is also where Takigakure had perhaps the largest political shake up since the Third War. A new Lord of Taki. One declaring themselves a true king. One who outright declared he'd rule with an iron fist, the Ryu. And Noeru wasn't phased by this at all, simply changing her values as a professional. And dealing with the internal dissent as a member of the Kami no Shi.

This is when the drawbacks of the girls augmentations truly started to become apparent, when she turned twenty. She'd have her body modified, streamlined, making her more suited for air combat. But after the procedure is when the hallucinations would triely begin. They'd always been there, little voices, but she'd always dismissed them as simply intrusive thoughts. Nothing more. And that's how it seemed they were, simple quiet words that popped into her head that she ignored. But after this surgery, they stopped being small and contained as mere thoughts. It'd start with Noeru talking to her mother and answering questions that weren't asked, then being asked to run an errand for the Jiasu only to find he wasn't even the office. And then her body started to ache, chronic and demoralizing. It wasn't horribly painful, barely more than just constant soreness. But it never seemed to end, and with the hallucinations the girl found herself having to take more and more pills. Pills to keep the hallucinations at bay, to not get up and already feel tired and sore, to not have her body reject her own implants. It was the price of perfection. And it was a price she was very willing to pay, after all, what's three pills twice a day to being the most perfect being in the world.

When the girl turned twenty-one, even more changed in her life, though this time they were positive. She'd achieve the rank of Jonin, and also Jiasu with the stepping down of her predecessor. This prestigious rank would also lead to her somewhat accidentally becoming clan head of the Hideaki, as her mingling with the upper classes of the village from her time as her old sensei's star pupil had left more of an impression than the girl had realized. Suddenly outsiders that the Hideaki were eager to please were casually inquiring on her intentions to run when elections were announced, whether when talking to her or even other members of the clan. Combined with the accomplishment of becoming head of the Kami no Shi made her a frontrunner for an election she hadn't actually announced she was running in, nor had she intended too. But seeing the way the winds were blowing, she announced her candidacy and soon after she was elected the new head of the clan. None of them truly aware of her mental problems.

Due to the clan having separate people for seperate administrative roles, Noeru is able to be a fairly hands-off clan head, something she very much prefers. What administrative duties she does have she usually leaves to her vice-head, as she fills in the more figure-head parts of the role. And due to her rather high amount of free-time due to how rare escapes by sky were in the village, she'd also ended up being assigned to a genin team by the leadership of the village, partly in hopes that this would help further keep the woman grounded to reality. And this was how she spent most of her days throughout the next few years, when not fulfilling her duties as Jiasu or patrolling the fake village to keep up the illusion of it being the main village, she'd probably be with a genin team, and only really taking part in clan matters when votes are being called. And when the leader Ryo announced his retiring, she was able to accept it with professional ease, just as she had his predecessor.

FIGHTING STYLE

As Jiasu, Noeru's combat style revolved around her specialty, flight. She's an expert aerial fighter, able to take to it quickly and attack those below her using her air tubes, or take the fight to her opponents in the air using her wings and augmentations. Whether on the ground or in flight there is a common theme though, an blitzlike approach. Her tactics can really be boiled down to overwhelming speed and firepower, trusting her augmentations and tattoos to give her the advantage in this approach.

This also follows to how she approaches close combat as well, having a tattoo to help enhance her close-quarters fighting and allow her to overwhelm opponents with her blitzlike tactics. This also means she generally prefers quick fights even with her skill at Chakra control allowing her to last longer, and approaches them with the professional manner she approaches most of her work. She won't try to torture and maim opponents, but she won't really be trying to spare them either. Another low-key ability of hers is her skill in keeping track of people, her multiple eye augmentations and her skill as a sensor ninja making her pretty skilled in this area.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Godai Myoo – Five Great Lords
Noeru went through the Hideaki ritual of applying her clans tattoos when she was a child, and has only increased her ability and knowledge with how the clan tattoos work. The tattos on her body are capable of taking a form on their own, whether spreading throughout her body to enhance her physically, or become separate from her body with their own unique abilities. She herself has given herself more tattoos as she's grown older, one with each rank up as a ninja, to where she now has 3 tattoos, though she is capable of having five through training and development like other jutsu. She is also capable of unlearning these techniques by removing her tattoo and replacing it with a new one, however each tattoo of the clan is considered personal and therefore copying of others tattoos is banned under penalty of expulsion from the clan.

Each tattoo is it's own jutsu, with one jutsu capable of being ONE RANK HIGHER (S), then her current rank, and the other two equal or lower than her current rank, however there can only be ONE S RANK and TWO A RANK tattoos. They must be maintained like regular jutsu, however they can be repaired from any damaged done to them for 1/3 the Chakra cost originally spent on the technique. This makes her tattoos highly versatile and ever present. However she can't safely create more than five tattoos, as any more would likely poison her and lead to an early demise, causing such a thing to be forbidden by the clan.

Ditch Your Prison
While she started out an unwilling experiment when her father implanted the augmentations so long ago, they quickly turned into her own desire, and from there spiral led into an obsession with chasing perfection. Multiple parts of Neoeru's body have been sculpted away, replaced with puppet parts. Each part must be B Rank at minimum, and follows Puppetry rules equipment wise. These augmentations are hyper specialized in what they do, and will always a usually mold drawback, though it can be more extreme depending. All augmentations are listed under the Ditch Your Prison SA instead of equipment.

SLIPSTREAM (S-Rank, Extreme Burst of Thrust): Based off the Jetstream Legs that can be found on some Maikesu, this is a more extreme version. Like the usual Jetstream augmentation, thin, long, tanks of air have been inserted inside thighs, however instead of vents they lead to small pipes sticking out her shoulder blades and her upper calf. The tanks of air Noeru had inserted are larger than the usual ones allowing for more air to be contained. However, this doesn't let her last longer as all the air in her tanks are used in 1 round, creating a huge burst of thrust causes her to essentially pounce at a target with extreme force.

However, the downsides to this is that she has no control and is essentially all but a projectile at this point. She gains so much thrust she's not even touching the ground, and has absolutely no physical way of stopping or changing direction without use of a jutsu. It also does not increase her durability, meaning she's as vulnerable to impact damage as the things she's hitting, and can easily break bones from impacting with things if her durability isn't increased. Lastly, due to the multiple pipes in Noeru she can actually passively collect air to recharge her tanks, but it does take longer (Must wait 3 rounds after use to use again).

STREAMLINED (A-Rank, Enhanced Reflexes specifically for High Speeds): Noeru has heavily altered her body structure, doing things like rounding her shoulders and narrowing her arms, legs, and hips with puppet implants. This makes her body look much sleeker then the average person's, and severely reduces her wind resistance. This allows her to move when going at high speeds much easier than the average person since she can move much smoother than them. However, this sleekness means she is far more susceptible to status effects such as heat and cold, as she doesn't have enough body fat to regulate such things.

LOOKING BLUE (B-Rank, Ultraviolet Vision): One of her first augmentations, Noeru's eye has been modified with Puppetry parts surrounding her pupil, creating a blue ring that also makes her brown eyes look blue on occasion. This ring allows her to see in the ultraviolet spectrum of light, allowing her to see things like fingerprints and blood splatter, and any other things visible in this spectrum. The downside is that's its completely changed the color tint she sees in, everything now having a purplish hue, meaning she can't really identify things by color anymore.

CATS EYE (B-Rank, Wider Degree of View): Another eye augmentation, Noeru's eyes have been adjusted so that she can see in a wider field of view than the normal person, pretty much able to see things to the side of her as easily as she can see in front of her, only unable to notice things directly behind her. However this benefit is also it's drawback, she's far more susceptible to things like flashbombs or visual genjutsu simply due to the fact she can more easily see them now. Another drawback is due to the fact she has two separate eye augmentations, together they cause pretty bad strain that often leads to migraines.

My Body Is My Weapon
Noeru has completely mastered her augmentations, and in return they have given her a mastery over aerial combat when mixed with her tattoos. However, even when used alone they shouldn't be taken lightly, they give her unparalleled ability to blitz people in the blink of an eye, leaping bounds in a second with her thrust augmentation and fully able to keep up with her prey thanks to her augmentated eyes. And with a body designed for speed, it means that fast paced battles are her specialty. But while she has mastered them, the augmentations take her toll on her. With FOUR AUGMENTATIONS, she suffers the usual side-effects. A weak immune system, hallucinations both visual and auditory, and just the creaks and aches that come with such surgeries. But while she isn't immune from the side effects, she has mastered these augmentations fully and completely.

-2+ AUGMENTATIONS (COMPROMISED IMMUNO-SYSTEM): Noeru is immuno-compromised from her many augmentations. This means she needs to take immuno-supressants at least once a week so her own body won't attack her augmentations. THIS ALSO MAKES HER MORE VULNERABLE TO POISONS AND THEY TAKE EFFECT MORE QUICKLY, as her body simply can't fight off such intrusions as effectively as a normal person's.

-3+ Augmentations (MENTAL STRAIN): Like many Maikesu at this stage, Noeru suffers from hallucinations. In fact, she probably suffers more than average thanks to her dedication to the implant path. They're varied, some so realistic she wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a hallucinated person and a real one standing next to each other, and sometimes they're simply voices in her head. This means that when it comes to genjutsu, she's MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO SUBTLE GENJUTSUS (ONE RANK HARDER TO KAI OUT OF), but this constant suspicion that everything around her might be fake means SHE'S LESS SUSCEPTIBLE TO OBVIOUS GENJUTSUS (ONE RANK EASIER TO KAI OUT OF.

-4+ AUGMENTATIONS (PHYSICAL STRAIN): The amount of augmentations now causes dull aches and pains in her body, dull being the keyword. She's fully able to function in day to day tasks as the pain becomes like background noise to her, making her ABLE TO MORE EASILY POWER THROUGH PAINFUL SITUATIONS, but it also means IT REQUIRES ONE RANK HIGHER TO BREAK OUT OF GENJUTSUS VIA PAIN. This chronic soreness means she's taken a fond liking of her sensory depriving baths to wash away the pain, but in her daily life it's also led to a small twitch in her hands. She tends to tense and release them, as if creating a large air blast from her air tubes, or drum her fingers along solid surfaces, or other tics that seem to be focused on her hands.

Control the Flow
Noeru has extreme awareness of her Chakra, and how it flows her body, which makes sense since she sculpted a lot of her body. But even before the augmentations, she's had a solid foundation on controlling Chakra that she's only built upon. Now, her control is so finely tuned and precise there is no wasteful usage of her limited resources, a complete mastery.

Sense Reality
Noeru was not born a natural sensor like some Shinobu, but instead found herself learning the art out of necessity. To be able to tell apart reality from fiction, her hallucinations from real life. And with her natural control, it was something she dived into to neat obsession. But, it's gotten results, and she now has a way to more easily tell what's real and what's a hallucination with her sensor abilities.
