Tsukihime [The moon princess] OWNER: Nesaku Jin RANK: B CLASSIFICATION: Offensive ELEMENT: N/A RESTRICTIONS: Personal DESCRIPTION: Jin’s lifeblade Tsukihime takes on the form of a rare double-edged katana. Being double-edged isn’t the only unique part about the weapon, the blade itself also holds a luminescent glow akin to moonlight. The guard of the weapon is made of the remains of his mothers own weapon, bits of the metal even being near the base of the sword making it course near the hilt. This weapon was made to be a mirror of his mother’s own to honor her, and the incorporation of metal from her own lifeblade into it has made the weapon the most important belonging in Jin’s life. Personality: Whether it was due to the incorporation of pieces from Jin’s mother’s lifeblade or due to the consciousness being birthed from Jin’s lack of a mother figure, Tsukihime developed a motherly personality. This motherly instinct does however lean more into the concerning aspects of parenting, the blade often not trusting of others, and over protective of Jin. Tsukihime is also a bit of a trickster, playing tricks or urging Jin to play tricks on others at times. This mischievousness more often than not can get Jin into rough situations. Though during battle anyone that threatens Jin is seen as a threat by Tsukihime and one that she plans to wipe out. ABILITIES: Life Blade | Moon Princess Tsukihime is like any other lifeblade, upon creation and bonding with Jin, it can only be used by him. Any others that pick up the weapon would find themselves unable to use it to even cut a piece of paper. The weapon is more useless than a paperweight when not wielded by Jin. Having awakened and bonded with the weapon Jin and Tsukihime have to share his chakra pool with the latter, draining his chakra reserves till both hold an equal amount. This chakra is used in the maintenance of the blade to fix any knicks, or cuts to the blade. Combining this with the metal the blade was forged with has made it near impossible to be broken. Though if Jin is unfortunate for it to break at the hilt he will die alongside the weapon. During combat Tsukihime will use their stores alongside Jin’s in an even amount to fuel the jutsu that the two will use together to always keep them both even. Though when Jin gets too dangerously low on chakra Tsukihime will go dormant transporting what chakra it can to Jin till he can refill it. During this time he can not use any of the clans Hijutsu however due to the blade being dormant nor can it cut. Blindsense Noticing Jin’s disability and wishing to counter it, Tsukihime acquired the ability to perceive the surrounding environment of Jin through air vibrations. This grants Jin something akin to a blindsight to perceive his surroundings and those around him. The sight is only offered from the sword's perspective so if ever separated from Tsukihime, Jin will be granted no information about his surroundings but instead the ones surrounding Tsukihime. If Tsukihime retreats into a dormant state Jin will also lose his Blindsense. Hello Jin! I'll be handling this today.

So, the only thing I see here that needs touching is Blindsense. The ranges and increases here are way to much, so I'd like for you to tone it down a fair bit (and also remove Adv. Genin from the list, as its not actually a rank you can promote to). Here's more what I was thinking:

Academy Student: Active 10m/Passive 3m
Genin: Active 20m/Passive 5m
Chuunin: Active 50m/Passive 10m
Special Jounin: Active 100m/Passive 15m
Jounin: Active 150m/Passive 30m
Elite Jounin: 200m/Passive 50m
