After becoming a well known doctor and scientist at such a young age, comes with the perk of fame. Due to her heavy knowledge of cells and the body itself Eko earned the title of the Cellular Woman.

Eko is a very beautiful woman, with a slender yet athletically fit and well-endowed build. She is of average height, with dark skin, golden irises, and black hair that she dyes purple. Her hair is waist-length and kept in a high ponytail with chin-length bangs framing the sides of her face. Her standard everyday attire consists of a black, backless, sleeveless, and skin tight bodysuit, an orange over-shirt with two white straps on each shoulder, a large beige sash around her waist, and a pair of brown shoes.  

Her outfit choice for when she is going to be conducting surgery or medical experimentation, consist of a simple pair of white surgical scrubs and white clog like shoes.

Some small everyday items she has regardless of outfit are her 3 waist pouches(one on each side and one in the back of waist), her ninja headband that is worn around her waist.

PERSONALITY

NINDO: Knowledge is power, and power is needed to win.
Eko is very bold and outspoken, speaking her mind whenever she feels. She is the definition of a strong woman, as she is constantly seen as a leader even when she is surrounded by men. She often times can be seen(and acts) less than feminine, boasting a somewhat masculine attitude. Even with such an attitude Eko cares greatly about those close to her.

Although relatively calm and mature when a situation calls for it, Eko is quite laid-back and playful in nature. She often times will take her playfulness borderline too far, by playing about during missions and during serious medical operations. When she gets serious however, she is often times seen as scary and empty as she shows little to no emotions.

Eko above all else is driven by a desire for knowledge. Eko wants to know all she can about medicine, the world, and jutsu alike. This great desire of hers is what pushed her to leave her village of Yukigakure. Learning new medical practices or jutsu alike, excite the usually calm woman.

Gaining the title of the Cellular Woman amongst those in the medical community and world as a whole, Eko is very heavy into medical experimentation. No matter how big or small the experiment she is always happy to try her hand at a project. She often times can obsess about her experiments progress, and her patients recovery. 

HISTORY

Birth of a Genius[992-999]
The year was 992 and Eko was born to the Nue clan of Yukigakure. As she slowly grew it was clear that she was different than most kids, some would go as far as to call her a prodigy. In truth the girl was simply born with a high intellect, and an ability to just see things and know how they work. In a clan based in the medical arts such an ability would serve her well in becoming an amazing doctor.

With her high intellect and her path somewhat predeternined by her parents, Eko would join the academy at the low age of 7. In the academy she was very remarkable when it came to her book work, yet it was clear that her actual ninjutsu and taijutsu were somewhat lacking. But where she truly shined was her ability to use medical techniques, especially those of her clan. She would graduate the academy in only 3 years where she would then begin the next part of her ninja career.

Genin Days[1002-1006]
As a genin Eko was assigned to the medical corps of Yukigakure, where such an environment would nuture her desire to learn and grow. It was here where she would conduct her first surgery and even saved a life, but most of the time was spent simply learning from other doctors and nurses.

As time would pass though something within Eko would tell her that soon she would grow beyond the walls of the village. She would one day need to go elsewhere if she was to continue to grow and learn, but she was too scared to ever act on such a thing.

Chunin Days[1006-1008]
Eko would still be working within the hospital, but she would gain rank due to some of her previous efforts. This increase in rank would allow Eko to go and do more within the building. This was where she would start doing surgery regularly, and as long as she had support she was even allowed to use her clan jutsu to help in operations. She was only 14 but she performed much like doctors who had been practicing for 15+ years. In short she had the skill and ability but she just lacked their experience.

During her time as a chunin in the hospital she would begin to do her own 'research' in secret. In the beginning this research was far from abnormal, being mostly the disection and autopsy of animals and humans when she could get a fresh dead body. However as time passed she would begin to get darker and darker with her experiments. One that she knew was going to get her in hot water was human augmentation, using the Nue Cells as a basis.

Special Jonin Days/Defection[1008-1012]
Eko would again be promoted this time to the rank of special jonin. Her secret experiments going on for years in the shadows. During this period she would decide to put some of her research into practice, by get a local smith to make her a special synthetic material. This special material would be used to make her first prototype, for a item bonded with Nue Cells. Nue had used their cells in many ways long before Eko was ever even thought of but, what made her application different was the fact the items she made could merge with anyone. On the surface this would seem like a mild achieve but in time she would learn more ways to use it.

In the year 1012 Eko was discovered, her dark secret experiments now known to the village due to her being sloppy. She had left evidence in her desk at the hospital, something she knew better than to do. With the village looking for her Eko did the one thing she knew how to do and that was survive. Now on the run she would escape the village by merging into a bird, and just going for the ride as it went off into the wild. Eko knew not where she was going but she knew she was going as far away as she could, as she did not wish to fight those she once called friends.

Training in Darkness Period[1012-Present]
Now stuck in nature Eko would simply spend her days merged with different animals and stealing their bodily nutrients, hoping that one would get her closer to the border so she could leave the cold country. However she would get her wish as a bear she happened to merge with would go straight towards the border. Riding along inside the bear she would be taken to its den, and Eko would get the idea to kill the bear and use its home as hers.

From there Eko would convert the cave deen into her medical lab of sorts. Here she could conduct experiments and research to her heart's content. Being here for many years she would further her research on the nue cells, allowing her to make new jutsu utilizing the clan kkg along with her utilization of the cells in objects.

Now having nothing but free time on her hands Eko would get to do a lot of reading, which somewhat satisfied her hunger for knowledge. She would effectively become much smarter than she already was before, something some would think a difficult task. She would go out into the wild world on ocassion but she would always do her best to avoid other people. 

FIGHTING STYLE

Eko has never been a frontline fighter, as her most useful position on any battlefield is as a medic. Using her Nue clan abilities she is able to hitch a 'ride' within one of her allies and directly support them in battle. Whether this be through healing, augmentation, or sharing chakra she does whatever she can to help them win. However when she is forced to fight directly she uses her knowledge of medicine and the human body to her advantage by aiming her attacks at vitals areas of the body, or using different poisons. She has also been known to use cruel and inhumane medical ninjutsu for combat purposes such as ripping out organs. She has also been known to make a number of contraptions which she uses for combat.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Medical Prodigy
As a young girl Eko was trained in the medical arts, as she was to follow in the footsteps of her mother and be a doctor not a shinobi. Being part of the Nue clan Eko had access to all sorts of medical books and such to help guide her, that along with her kkg helped her become a top tier medic at a young age. Her medical prowess is her main claim to fame as a ninja, and none of her other ninja arts even compare to it.

Enhanced Chakra Control
Eko has a great grasp over the control of her chakra, as such a skill is vital in the use of medical ninjutsu.

Enhanced Cellular Structure
Refining the usage of her clan's unique kkg, Eko is able to 'reinforce' the structure of her cells giving her amazing endurance. She is able to withstand damage that most others would be killed by. It also allows her to require less food and water than the average human to live. This cellular enhancement also extends to the brain making the user immune to mental manipulation such as interrogation techniques, and only B rank and above genjutsu effects her.

Skillful Inventor
Although trained and practiced as a doctor or medic, Eko uses her intelligence to make various different things. Be it medical jutsu, medicine, weapons, or armor Eko is able to put her own spin on classic designs or make something new all her own.

Her greatest invention to date would be the bonding of synthesized materials to Nue cells. In theory this allows for a multitude of applications, and it is because of this that many see Eko as the leading specialist in cellular medicine.

Like others from her mother's clan, Eko is capable of utilizing advanced medical ninjutsu to fuse her body with others. Furthermore her cells are capable of being split an infinite number of times meaning she effectively stopped aging in her early twenties. Like others of her kind, she is also capable of flipping the aptosis switch in any of her cells or any cells that she is merged with. 

High Intellect[Intuitive Aptitude]
As a doctor with a lot of free time, Eko is highly intelligent on a large variety of matters outside of medicine. She has the ability to know how most things work just from seeing it, as well as how to fix them if given enough time. This includes weapons, armor, and even jutsu. This makes fighting Eko a battle of brain over brawn when compared to most.

Age should be 30+ or you'll need to make your prodigy SA not also your medical knowledge SA.

Equipment: you're allowed 1 s-rank, 3 A-rank and 5 B-rank medical items as a medic sole. Only 1 a-rank and 3 b-rank can be standard equipment.

Military Ration Pills are a B-rank so you would be burning all three your A-ranks essentially on trading down to have the five extra. Bare in mind you die, if you take more than 3 I believe.

On top of that you have 14 A-rank items, only paralyzing agent fits the medical bill. Unless the Nue stuff is supposed to.

Eternal Youth; nothing wrong with having it, but I just want to make sure you know if you steal someone else's body you would lose access to your Nue SA as it's a kkg unless of course you steal another Nue's body.

Items so you presently have four A-rank items (Bingo Book, ANBU Cloak, Mask and Armor) and one B-rank item (Nue Reinforced Armor)

I'd say none of these are medical equipment, so out of your allotment of 1 A-rank and 3 B-rank, if you trade up your 2 B-rank alottment, you're still 2 A-ranks too many.

On the opposite side of that, as a medical sole you could be using poisons and medicine with an S-rank, 2 A-rank and 2 B-ranks; these numbers are based on you still using two A-ranks out of spec and 1 B-rank. (IE; keeping like cloak + mask and Nue reinforced armor) Military Ration Pills are considered a medical item to my knowledge, so you could use two of those for your remaining B-ranks. You might also be able to bring back the suicide pill, as that's in my mind medical too.

I'd honestly say, despite the ANBU equipment being for ANBU they're all incredibly old and realistically not that well designed by our present weapon rules. You can certainly take them, but you definitely don't have to. So I'd suggest replacing them in time possibly, unlike jutsu you can appeal after character creation to swap your equipment realistically at any time and so long as you remain within the equipment limitations you're fine.

Techniques:
As a Nue outside the clan residence village and not in an ally country but a neutral one with no real support of your clan to learn the jutsus properly, your character would need to try and develop or at least further develop their abilities on their own which means personal jutsu that are often more flawed versions of standard clan techniques. Meaning, in the future you will need to make your own personal jutsus. That is the price you pay for taking the out-of-village slot. Plus your character could be on Nue's/Yukigakure's blacklist and/or have some animosity.

"an ability to just see things and know how they work." - Nue has no such ability, please remove this. Even if Eko is a genius, that doesn't work that way.

"Eko would join the academy at the low age of 7." - This is not a low age, this is a normal age.

Chunin Days[1006-1008]:
"She was only 14 but she performed much like doctors who had been practicing for 15+ years." - I think this would be better reworded to something along the lines of her being far better than her peers.

There is no proper explanation on how she became a Chuunin - exams or something else, if so what? There is no History of how she became a Jounin or Elite Jounin and went missing. If she went missing before becoming one, then change her rank to Sp. Jounin. Because, at the moment from her history, it does not read as if she did anything that showed her growth/skills/badness in such a way that she became a Jounin and/or EJ, while she is missing.

You even wrote that the village was looking for her, which means she is most likely on the ANBU list and Nue Clan list plus on Yuki's ally lists, so basically she is hunted non-stop. And Yuki is an island, so I doubt she can just safely live in some cave for ten-plus years.

At the moment her history feels a bit lacking. I would like you to expand and explain more.

This SA could work if you reword it to something that has some connection to medical ninjutsu, and for sure you will need the remove such things as "just from seeing it,".
