Day one. Yes. Kazuki wasn't sure as he stared at his wardrobe - plagued by the thoughts of style as he stared - and then groaned, pulling out the same trousers he'd always used, the same dark green shirt that he'd always used. It was a shame that there wasn't a Chunin flak jacket to accentuate.

For now he would ignore the multiple layers of clothing left on his bed. That was a future Kazuki problem!

He was excited - the request had been processed, and he was no longer donning academy robes as he studied - or lab coats as he explored the various STEM arts. What Kazuki had learned was that he was no longer the smartest person in the room - and that was fine by him. Being adequately put in an environment to grow had meant that the now teenager had time to actually grow as a person. That did not come without its issues.

His combat training, therefore had been pulled back significantly as he tried to help Amegakure develop its own technology - and only trained once a week, or sometimes every two weeks. The past few years had been kind to him as he reeled back from his training, but he was ready to go back into a more 'active' duty.


Before he left the house, he removed the patch from his face and replaced it with the headband kept by the door - no different to leaving keys there. "BYE MOM!" Kazuki would yell out before he left the house. It had been a few strange years - but an ailment that Kazuki had all but healed from. Yes, he'd developed a proclivity to his right side but he had always been right handed. Then the raincoat. The downpour was a bit stronger today. Day one!
