HANDSEALS: N/A REQUIREMENT: Medical Primary, Medical Training SA, Chakra Control SA, Cell Mimicry SA DESCRIPTION: A technique created by Eko with knowledge she has of the Furō Fushi no Jutsu, combined with her Nue clan abilities. Using the technique allows the Nue shinobi to copy the cells of their host and by extension their DNA. The copying of the host DNA will allow the Nue to splice said DNA with their own allowing for them to use the kkg of said individual. The Nue will not just automatically know any abilities or jutsu associated with the kkg, and instead would have to unlock or learn their use just like any other member of that clan would. While using this jutsu allows a Nue member to use a kkg aside from their own it comes with some draw backs. This technique cannot be used to infinitely copy and store kkgs, instead the Nue member is limited to copying 1 at a time which along with their own makes 2 within their body at once. If the Nue attempts to store more than 2 kkgs within their body at once, it could cause serious genetic damage that could render them a vegetable. One is however able to rewrite the bits of DNA from a stolen kkg, and overwrite it with a new kkg. The Nue is also able to use this jutsu to study and synthesis the strands of DNA that give clans their kkg. This allows them to make medications or surgeries to pass on the abilities to others, but they must still follow the 2 kkg limit. Hello, unfortunately, I will have to [1/2 denied] this jutsu.

First, the Jutsu does not even have a name; if you create any Jutsu in the future, remember to give it one. A Japanese version and an English translation.

However, the main reasons for the denial are as follows:

1. The dual bloodline would be unable to function because the Nue's entire ability is based on being cellularly compatible with everyone. If they suddenly acquired unique cells from another bloodline clan, they would no longer be universally compatible.

2. Furō Fushi is a Jutsu on the SA&W list, so it is unique in and of itself, and the entire clan would be unable to use a Jutsu that involves a unique ability.

3. We already have a limited number of Dual Bloodline/Hijutsu slots on the SA&W list, for which players must apply and staff must approve a combination provided by the player; this Jutsu would bypass that requirement for an entire clan.

I was asked to weigh in given I made the Nue.

Fully agree with the sentiment that by the very nature of how the Nue work it'd be sort of impossible to pair them with another bloodline. I do think they could potentially have the dual-bloodline slot, but it would need to be paired with a hijutsu rather than another bloodline.

Even if I ignored the rest of Yofie's points, the aspect of "This allows them to make medications or surgeries to pass on the abilities to others, but they must still follow the 2 kkg limit." is by far the most broken aspect of this ability, since it effectively would mean unlimited dual or triple bloodline slots that the Nue could hand out to whoever they want whenever they want.
