Peace is nonexistent in the world of shinobi. As such, investment in both talent and skill are paramount. Konohagakure no sato, while a refuge for harmony and tranquility, boast some of the most powerful shinobi to walk this world and such a tradition of strength will not conclude anytime soon. Nobility around Hi no Kuni have recognized the urgency for strength, nonetheless, salivate at the thought of entertainment. Spar against your fellow shinobi or join in teams versus another and pit your combat prowess against theirs. Entertain the nobility with your tactics and dually prove the fire country has nothing to worry about in terms of shinobi strength. While both parties will be paid handsomely, this will prove more beneficial to your training than your pockets!

Was this becoming a thing, Hibana had been called upon for a third time showcase another Genin's potential. Did the village see her as weak enough that Genin could stand on equal footing. Or was it because she was reliable and would not hurt them no matter what. Either way this was a little strange but she took the opportunity to teach another young shinobi as a blessing. "Welcome Uchiha Kai to the Namikaze arena." It was not really called that but with how often she had been here lately it started to feel familiar. She made sure to stretch loosening the muscles in her back and legs. She was wearing her normal attire of a pair of mid thigh length black shorts to match her sleeveless black crop top. She had left her hoodie at home the weather in Konoha starting to turn to spring. The laces of her running shoes were tied tight along with her headband tied around her waist. She had her pink tip dyed blonde hair pulled up into a ponytail tied off with the grey silk cloth covering her right eye. She hopped up and down a few times to finish her warm up before turning to the crowd announcing their pleasure to be preforming before them. "Alright Kai I'm gonna set some ground rules for this spar. I will hold back to the best of my abilities and not hurt you as long as you don't go for lethal blows. In such an occasion I will subdue you by any means. I've heard a lot about you and I look forward to our exhibition." A smile never left her face as she spoke to him wanting to be as presentable as possible. She began hoping up and down again humming a tune as she prepared for combat. "Begin"

Kai seemed to have the worst luck ever. Always up against Chuunin or Jounin and such. Was this becoming a thing? Or did the village see all Uchiha as strong enough that they could casually fight against opponents way more experienced than them?

Ah well, no point crying over that spoiled milk now, the Arena was waiting. Kai stood opposite the woman with a hand wrapped around the hilt of his weapon- Covered in a thick cloth, it'd allow him to smack her full force without having to worry about... You know. Crushing every bone in her body or something.

Still, his entire fighting style tended to be on the more lethal side. It was just who he was a fighter- Smarter not harder often revolved around the idea of killing an opponent- Not just sitting there and slap fighting them.

Regardless, he crouched down, waiting for her to begin, before nodding once.

"Understood."

Several sets of hand seals, and a deep breath- Kai flung forward a ball of vicious fire and flame. It would aim to burn away at Hibana on the spot- Though he was smart enough to lower its power as to not actually cook her alive, just wanting to test the waters on her reaction times and speed before he picked up his weapon again.

DESCRIPTION:
Acquisition of this technique indicates a young Uchiha's transition to adulthood, and has thus become an identifying symbol among themselves. After performing the seals, chakra is kneaded inside the body and converted into fire which is expelled from the mouth either as a expeditious massive orb of roaring flame comparable to a comet or as a continuous flame-thrower. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater in the ground's surface. In its comet form, this technique is capable of going as far as 40 meters. As a flamethrower, its range is shorter at 20 meters, but can engulf several oncoming projectiles and opponents. For those who posses a Katon Ability, this technique possesses the speed, power, and efficiency of a B-ranked jutsu.
