It had only been just a few days since she herself had returned to the village, little time alloted to the jonin as she was expected to hit the ground running immediately upon her return. Having been tasked with carrying out a big task for both the Land of Fields and the Land of Wind, as well as all accompanying allies - including Hi no kuni. Things were taking a turn for worse or for better, Kazui wasn’t too sure. The day after returning, it had been made news to her that she would be taking up a higher role within the village and clan alike and well this is what she had wished for since she was just a girl though now that she was actually being faced with the burden of leading the masses there was a bit of hesitancy residing in the kunoichi.

A sigh parted her lips as she lingered around the front entrance of the village, dark coal eyes looking around, taking note of all the sensei’s waiting for their students' return. Some were proud, others not so much - the woes of being a leader of the youth - their failures weren’t just their failures. A lot of the blame could be placed upon those responsible, and it seems as if that was the case here. The woman caught a glimpse of Hon and couldn’t help but feel a sense of being behind as far as the jonin team leads go - even Ataru put on a show. And Kazui had known Raika would put on a show, but not to that extent… It seemed as if all of team one made it a mission to show out.

The woman clenched her teeth as she looked down at her now more formal outfit - suitable for a kunoichi of her rank and status though typically not the woman’s style. The cloak that loosely draped over her shoulders hid the Uchiha’s hands as she stood amongst the other squad leaders as the genin began to file in. The woman’s right hand lifted and rested on her hip as her eyes finally fell upon the returning Uchiha. Dark hues watched the boy and part of Kazui shared the pain he felt. Her gaze softened as the two drew closer until they eventually stood no more than a foot apart - the kunoichi looking down over the boy.

"Daredemo…” She voiced, silence filling the void as the woman gathered her thoughts. She wanted to choose her approach carefully though, as memories of her younger self flooded back into her mind. All she needed was someone back then - perhaps she could be that someone for Daredemo. She didn’t want him going down the very path she was forced to pursue, though there were dire issues that needed to be addressed concerning his behaviors.

The ability also extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including the user, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, the user can perceive its location and movement with great detail.

Little Know It All - Extreme Intelligence
It was no secret that Kazui was regarded as a scholar when she was in the academy. One of the smartest in her class, the Uchiha often found herself correcting and/or helping out people older than herself. Many considered her very intellectual then, but that was just only the surface of her potential. Now, the girl is regarded as a genius, her IQ is nothing to be taken lightly or to be taken for granted, even as a young chunin. The teen possesses amazing mental capacity, is able to concentrate flawlessly even in the heat of battle, can calculate things in her head with great speed, and is able to remember many things with perfect recollection, even if it’s just useless information that is meant to be disregarded. In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. The girl is highly alert, aware, and very analytical, and she is also very ingenious and is capable of thinking outside of the box as well. Not only is she capable of reading, analyzing, and breaking down a person’s fighting style, but she can also determine what kind of person they are just by the way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and their thoughts on certain things. While doing this, it’s incredibly difficult to deceive the girl, especially if one is not skilled in the art of deception. Furthermore, Kazui can formulate numerous plans to certain situations in mere seconds. She thinks 10 steps ahead, and always has a back up plan just incase.

Gone In The Wind - Blistering Speed
As a child, Kazui was born weaker than others. Her health conditions set the girl at a disadvantage physically since birth, however her constant effort and drive to become the best has pushed her far beyond many others the same rank as herself. Her speed is nothing to be taken lightly, she has pushed herself physically to be able to not only outpace her opponent, but outright force them into keeping up with her and pushing them to the brink with her speed as well. The girl is fast, quick, and agile, even rivaling those who dedicated their entire life to the art of taijutsu to the point where if they haven’t specifically honed their speed, then the girl could outright outclass them in that regard. Those with weak perception often have trouble perceiving the girl’s movements, and to a normal human’s eye perceiving her is nigh impossible. All of her movements are inhumanly quick and hard to keep track of, and when used in conjunction with her sharingan, it can make her a formidable opponent for even the strongest of shinobi.

The Minimalist - Chakra Control
There was a problem that Kazui noticed during her time in the academy and that was the fact that she often found herself tiring out and exhausting herself rather quickly, even when she had just started she could feel herself beginning to wilt. So to counter those measures, the girl studied and asked around, trying to find the reason behind it and if there was a way she could fix it. She wasn’t born with massive reserves so while she utilized her justus, she often did so wastefully. But now, the girl has managed to control the amount of chakra she uses in a technique that allows her to fight much longer than before. She uses the absolute bare minimum of the chakra that’s needed, and not a drop more.

Uchiha Bloodline: Two Tomoe Sharingan
Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. One tomoe unlocks the eye of insight, it grants the user the ability to see chakra within an opponent or ally and it also gives an increase to the user’s perceptive abilities. Two tomoe grants the user the eye of hypnotism, while in turn increasing the previous abilities that the ‘Eye of Insight’ grants. The girl’s precognition and perception is heightened well beyond what’s achievable by even the most skilled and elite shinobi, allowing her more of a predictive insight on her opponent as well as the world around her. In terms of her being able to track extremely fast objects and people alike, the eye also allows a natural reactive ability that helps her respond more accurately than a single tomoe could ever allow. As for the ability to see chakra, with a second tomoe the smallest and most faint sources of chakra can easily be spotted by the eye without any issue at all. Assigning color and analyzing the flow of the chakra, Kazui can tell which nature is going to be used as well as where the chakra will be coming from.

The Eye of Hypnotism on the other hand is much different than the previous eye, it allows the girl the ability to cast and break genjutsu with no issue at all, in a way only the Uchiha are capable of. It also gives her access to a set of genjutsu only known to those who possess great visual prowess amongst the clan. These illusions are very powerful in nature and are some of the most dangerous known to the art, they are well beyond standard genjutsu, and in addition the illusions can be casted with just a single glare. Those who met her gaze will find themselves under her spell before they can even realize what happened.

Tiny Dancer - Elusiveness
Kazui is one quick girl, which isn’t hard to tell. Thanks to her training, the girl has amazing agility and reflexes that allow her to keep herself out of harms way. Even without her sharingan being active, Kazui possesses sharp perceptive abilities and reflexes that allows her to become an escape artist of some sort as well as a complete nuisance to those trying to fight her. The girl’s reaction speed is superb and not to be taken lightly as it is, however, when the dojutsu is active, taking into account the girl’s great speed and adding her keen reflexes into the mix, it’s capabilities are much more potent and useful to the Uchiha. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

Wake Up To Reality - KME Genjutsu Prowess
As an Uchiha it is believed that Kazui and many of her clanmen were born with a natural affinity for the art of genjutsu, but of course none of it can ever come to fruition if there is no effort placed behind it. However, since she was constantly reminded by those around her about that fact, the girl began to focus on the art more than ever before.

Although her illusions do become much more elaborate, less flawed in a certain sense, and stronger, the true results come more in the form of defending herself against genjutsu. Her vast knowledge of the art as well as her training and extremely high sensory capabilities allow for the Uchiha’s escape efforts to be significantly stronger than it normally is, allowing her to free herself from genjutsu up to 1 rank above what she is typically capable of via the special ability granted to the Uchiha with The Sharingan’s genjutsu escape. It should be noted however that genjutsu reversal does not receive any additional boosts from this ability.

Sleight of Hand - Seals Master
As Kazui grew older and gained more experience and familiarity with the ninja arts, the girl’s chakra control had essentially been mastered along with her speed and accuracy with forming hand-seals. Countless of hours spent training, learning, and even creating new jutsu has made the girl grow familiar with every seal needed to perform any jutsu, every motion for every combination, her body absorbed and memorized - allowing her to flow through the motions with no given thought or effort. Her speed with forming these seals is insanely quick and precise, she’s even capable of stringing together the lengthiest combinations of hand seals and casting jutsu faster than most can even dream of keeping up with, making it appear as if she hadn’t even tried to use any hand-seals to begin with. Her vast knowledge and familiarity with sealing in addition to her refined chakra control has lead her to being able to utilize only a single hand to form a seal as well, though she only does this under certain circumstances.

DaREDEMO Lady Kazui

    The path back to the leaf was somehow both agonizingly long and terrifyingly short. Daredemo had far too much time to bury himself in his thoughts, his mind constantly looping the same mistakes of his exam over and over and over again. He couldn't help but to overanalyze every individual moment of his experience. He wanted to figure out where he had gone wrong, what he had failed at. It was eating up at him inside. He wasn't used to this feeling of intense failure. He had graduated as one of the best in his class, he had excelled at his sword work and his academy exams. He had completed missions. Why wasn't he ready?

    Yet, even with how much he hated being in his own head like this, he wasn't ready to be back at the village yet. How would his father treat his failure, how would his mentors. He had failed his teachers, he had failed the ones that got him this far in the first place. He wanted to avoid interacting with them for as long as possible. And yet, as the gates of the village came into view, he knew that would be an impossible ask.

    The visage of Kazui was probably the one he wanted least of all, aside from that of his father's. Splitting away from the friends he had returned home with, he would shuffle in front of her, ready for whatever castigation he was about to receive. "Sensei..."

Kazui was made aware that Daredemo wasn’t the happiest to see her, in fact if given the chance she was almost certain that the young Uchiha would simply keep walking and ignoring her. Luckily for the woman, it seemed as if he were ready to get their eventual meeting out of the way as soon as possible. The ravenette’s thoughts pondered on what to say next, she wasn’t the best at helping others hell she could barely help herself and to this day was still learning about herself and life itself.

Though without much thought given, Kazui’s body and mind simply…acted. Placing a hand over Daredemo’s shoulder, the jonin hancho lowered herself until she was eye level with her student. She’d give his shoulder a tight but comforting squeeze before giving a sorrowful look as their eyes met.

"I’m…sorry. For everything, from the clan meeting to not being present during your trials. I apologize.”

It wasn’t everyday that she found herself apologizing, though there was a need for it now. Kazui remained close and intimate with Daredemo, speaking to him through her soft spoken voice to ensure no one else could wedge their way into their conversation. Despite being surrounded by others, this moment belonged to the two of them both - and no other. "This is to no fault but our own, though of course I bear a majority of the blame.” A sigh parted the woman’s lips as she batted her eyes and looked around.

Every genin team lead was here sharing a moment with their students and had been by their side the entirety of the way - from the day of assignment to the conclusion of the exams. The same however could not be said for Kazui. "I wasn’t there for you, when you needed me. I pushed you away, and allowed you to make this leap on your own, when in truth I knew you weren’t ready to do so, not by yourself.” The young woman collected her breath before rising back to her height, her hand still wrapped over Daredemo’s shoulder. "It’s difficult being in this position especially for the very first time, but you are far from a failure let alone a disappointment in my eyes.” For she was the reason he lacked those critical qualities that the exam committee had been searching for.

"Though…” There was always more to the story. "It was your decision to skip out on scheduled training, and missions with your teammates Hisana and Michi. We all care about you, and we were rooting for you.” She informed the young Uchiha, awaiting their response.

DaREDEMO Lady Kazui

    "Don't you dare tell me you're sorry," in almost any other instance a sentence like that would seem heartwarming. Someone trying to cheer up a friend who was apologizing for something they couldn't control or wasn't a big deal. A parent talking to their child as they blustered on about their mistakes. Yet, when Daredemo said these words it was dripping with nothing but contempt. Something that only Kazui would know. Something Itsuki would if they were here. The look on Daredemo's face was the same he'd been carrying his entire trip home. Just a low glare, like everything around him was boring or irritating. But his mind had shifted from boredom, into anger. 

    "You haven't earned that right yet." A pretentious statement? Absolutely. Yet one Daredemo meant every word of. He didn't accept apologies. Not from people who hadn't shown themselves to care for him. His father's sobered apologies fell on deaf ears, as did his mothers on his behalf. And here it was the same, Dare didn't care about the words. Not yet. 

    "It's not like I haven't been going on missions you know," Dare shrugged his shoulders, "I've just gone on them with Itsuki and Miroru. Hisana... Michi... I don't trust them. I don't trust you either. I trust you're weirdo boyfriend more than you." Dare couldn't recall if Kazui had actually seen him at the orphanage before. But it was inevitable that Reiashi had passed the information along at some point. Otherwise someone from the Uchiha would have been trying to get him off the street by now. Someone had been given his whereabouts. And it had either been Kazui or Issei. "I've been training plenty too. I'm always training."

Hearing Daredemo speak his piece, Kazui simply retracted from the boy in a calm manner and allowed her haori to drape over hands as her arms fell to her side. Her impassive demeanor was still present as she stared down at the genin. Kazui’s mind couldn’t find the right words to say in response, so there was a delay before the ravenette reacted. A scoff parted her breath, "If you think that I’m apologizing for your sake and acceptance, you’d be sorely mistaken.” She voiced blandly with a coldness that drove home just how true the statement was. The woman’s eyes at rest as she spoke, but would open once more at the conclusion of her statement - hues crimson beaming down Daredemo.

"And I’d suggest you choose your next words wisely.” Folding her arms across her chest, the woman turned her attention from the disrespectful boy and towards the mountain at the back of the village where Reiashi’s face was currently being carved into the monument above the Hokage’s government building, the architects were hard at work to finish their project in a timely manner. This was their duty, showing up day in and day out and doing so without flaw. "I used to believe that I saw a younger version of myself in you, though I’m seeing that isn’t the case in the slightest. I was never a disrespectful prick who expected to be coddled.”

Her coldness remained. There were levels to the pecking order, and boundaries that were never meant to be crossed yet it seemed as if Daredemo was unaware of this. "You publicly disrespect our clan head while he is doing a kind gesture for our sake, of all times. You speak poorly of the very man who came to your rescue, provided you shelter, and fed you. And yet you think you’re owed anything other than a kick in the ass?” Silence fell between the two as Kazui gave the boy a brief moment to digest her words.

"Get over yourself.” She stated - moving past his disrespectful remarks and focusing more on the fact that he abandoned his team assignments to play tag-along with his friends. "Oh is that so? I didn’t know Miroru and Itsuki were your team leads. How did that go for you?” At this point Kazui was practically chewing the young Uchiha out - though with her soft spoken tone not much attention was drawn to the two. Miroru and Itsuki? The woman scoffed in her mind at the thought. Neither of the two could wield katon, let alone wielded the sharingan, what did they have to offer him in terms of advancement by Uchiha standards?

"Train by yourself all you want, you’ll never get anywhere. You don’t stop learning once you graduate from the academy, which I think sounds like a more suitable placement for a genin like yourself.” She pondered on taking the boy’s headband and deeming him unfit for active duty. Though it was only his attitude that seemed to be holding him back, so she’d ultimately give him another chance to straighten up. "Miss another clan meeting, another scheduled training, or another mission with your team - and I promise that our next meeting won’t be fun.” She voiced softly. "I can guarantee my presence, but I can’t make you accept it. If you deny my assistance then just be sure to own up to your choices during times like this.”

There were little words left that needed to be said, at least on Kazui’s end. Though she would give Daredemo the decency of listening to anything he wished to say in return.

This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye, though due to the low chakra cost many users keep it active often. The ability also extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including the user, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, the user can perceive its location and movement with great detail.

Little Know It All - Extreme Intelligence
It was no secret that Kazui was regarded as a scholar when she was in the academy. One of the smartest in her class, the Uchiha often found herself correcting and/or helping out people older than herself. Many considered her very intellectual then, but that was just only the surface of her potential. Now, the girl is regarded as a genius, her IQ is nothing to be taken lightly or to be taken for granted, even as a young chunin. The teen possesses amazing mental capacity, is able to concentrate flawlessly even in the heat of battle, can calculate things in her head with great speed, and is able to remember many things with perfect recollection, even if it’s just useless information that is meant to be disregarded. In addition to that, Kazui is very deductive, competent, and witted. Her mind is the most dangerous weapon she possesses for many reasons. The girl is highly alert, aware, and very analytical, and she is also very ingenious and is capable of thinking outside of the box as well. Not only is she capable of reading, analyzing, and breaking down a person’s fighting style, but she can also determine what kind of person they are just by the way they speak, the way they carry themselves, and their thoughts on certain things. While doing this, it’s incredibly difficult to deceive the girl, especially if one is not skilled in the art of deception. Furthermore, Kazui can formulate numerous plans to certain situations in mere seconds. She thinks 10 steps ahead, and always has a back up plan just incase.

Gone In The Wind - Blistering Speed
As a child, Kazui was born weaker than others. Her health conditions set the girl at a disadvantage physically since birth, however her constant effort and drive to become the best has pushed her far beyond many others the same rank as herself. Her speed is nothing to be taken lightly, she has pushed herself physically to be able to not only outpace her opponent, but outright force them into keeping up with her and pushing them to the brink with her speed as well. The girl is fast, quick, and agile, even rivaling those who dedicated their entire life to the art of taijutsu to the point where if they haven’t specifically honed their speed, then the girl could outright outclass them in that regard. Those with weak perception often have trouble perceiving the girl’s movements, and to a normal human’s eye perceiving her is nigh impossible. All of her movements are inhumanly quick and hard to keep track of, and when used in conjunction with her sharingan, it can make her a formidable opponent for even the strongest of shinobi.

The Minimalist - Chakra Control
There was a problem that Kazui noticed during her time in the academy and that was the fact that she often found herself tiring out and exhausting herself rather quickly, even when she had just started she could feel herself beginning to wilt. So to counter those measures, the girl studied and asked around, trying to find the reason behind it and if there was a way she could fix it. She wasn’t born with massive reserves so while she utilized her justus, she often did so wastefully. But now, the girl has managed to control the amount of chakra she uses in a technique that allows her to fight much longer than before. She uses the absolute bare minimum of the chakra that’s needed, and not a drop more.

Uchiha Bloodline: Two Tomoe Sharingan
Being born within the Uchiha clan, Kazui has been blessed and/or cursed with a power that only an Uchiha can possess and use to its complete and full potential when they have experienced extreme emotions that causes their chakra to pour into their optic nerves, gifting them with the Sharingan, also known as the eyes that reflect the heart. There are three stages to the sharingan, and it is tracked by the amount of tomoe that appears around an Uchiha’s pupil. One tomoe unlocks the eye of insight, it grants the user the ability to see chakra within an opponent or ally and it also gives an increase to the user’s perceptive abilities. Two tomoe grants the user the eye of hypnotism, while in turn increasing the previous abilities that the ‘Eye of Insight’ grants. The girl’s precognition and perception is heightened well beyond what’s achievable by even the most skilled and elite shinobi, allowing her more of a predictive insight on her opponent as well as the world around her. In terms of her being able to track extremely fast objects and people alike, the eye also allows a natural reactive ability that helps her respond more accurately than a single tomoe could ever allow. As for the ability to see chakra, with a second tomoe the smallest and most faint sources of chakra can easily be spotted by the eye without any issue at all. Assigning color and analyzing the flow of the chakra, Kazui can tell which nature is going to be used as well as where the chakra will be coming from.

The Eye of Hypnotism on the other hand is much different than the previous eye, it allows the girl the ability to cast and break genjutsu with no issue at all, in a way only the Uchiha are capable of. It also gives her access to a set of genjutsu only known to those who possess great visual prowess amongst the clan. These illusions are very powerful in nature and are some of the most dangerous known to the art, they are well beyond standard genjutsu, and in addition the illusions can be casted with just a single glare. Those who met her gaze will find themselves under her spell before they can even realize what happened.

Tiny Dancer - Elusiveness
Kazui is one quick girl, which isn’t hard to tell. Thanks to her training, the girl has amazing agility and reflexes that allow her to keep herself out of harms way. Even without her sharingan being active, Kazui possesses sharp perceptive abilities and reflexes that allows her to become an escape artist of some sort as well as a complete nuisance to those trying to fight her. The girl’s reaction speed is superb and not to be taken lightly as it is, however, when the dojutsu is active, taking into account the girl’s great speed and adding her keen reflexes into the mix, it’s capabilities are much more potent and useful to the Uchiha. With this, not only is Kazui capable of keeping track of even the most renowned speediest opponents and attacks, the girl is able to keep up with, and react to them as well with relative ease.

Wake Up To Reality - KME Genjutsu Prowess
As an Uchiha it is believed that Kazui and many of her clanmen were born with a natural affinity for the art of genjutsu, but of course none of it can ever come to fruition if there is no effort placed behind it. However, since she was constantly reminded by those around her about that fact, the girl began to focus on the art more than ever before.

Although her illusions do become much more elaborate, less flawed in a certain sense, and stronger, the true results come more in the form of defending herself against genjutsu. Her vast knowledge of the art as well as her training and extremely high sensory capabilities allow for the Uchiha’s escape efforts to be significantly stronger than it normally is, allowing her to free herself from genjutsu up to 1 rank above what she is typically capable of via the special ability granted to the Uchiha with The Sharingan’s genjutsu escape. It should be noted however that genjutsu reversal does not receive any additional boosts from this ability.

Sleight of Hand - Seals Master
As Kazui grew older and gained more experience and familiarity with the ninja arts, the girl’s chakra control had essentially been mastered along with her speed and accuracy with forming hand-seals. Countless of hours spent training, learning, and even creating new jutsu has made the girl grow familiar with every seal needed to perform any jutsu, every motion for every combination, her body absorbed and memorized - allowing her to flow through the motions with no given thought or effort. Her speed with forming these seals is insanely quick and precise, she’s even capable of stringing together the lengthiest combinations of hand seals and casting jutsu faster than most can even dream of keeping up with, making it appear as if she hadn’t even tried to use any hand-seals to begin with. Her vast knowledge and familiarity with sealing in addition to her refined chakra control has lead her to being able to utilize only a single hand to form a seal as well, though she only does this under certain circumstances.
