After performing the handseals for activation though Yuruginai Rikai-Ryoku's true purpose becomes apparent. Allowing for the activation and active use of up to three of the elemental fuinjutsu seals at one time, this can allow the effects of multiple elements to be channeled all in the same span, though the chakra cost of utilizing any and all of those seals actively stacks for the duration ofYuruginai Rikai-Ryoku. While the Seal's full duration is [3 rotations], the technique's effect is incredibly costly.
